This is a Starbucks I visit on a weekly basis - the baristas are always super quick with your order and really helpful in case of other requests.

Very clean , nice place to take a rest from the sun ☀️ enjoying a cool drink or just 🧊 water. The staff is very friendly and professional.Keep getting my order wrong every time I don’t even order anything special or complicate it 🙃 but is ok I’m not the only one …….

Its good to see, that business at businesses, is busily starting to pick up in a busy way of manner, for us buiz folks, whove been waiting for things to get back to normal!Starbucks in Belmont, off of Ralston and El Camino is no exception!Its a wonderful sight for sore eyes, and my nostrils open wide to fully embrace the warming, welcoming, almost forgotten smell of freshly brewed super coffees in an abundance long missed and absolutely welcomed!And Im certainly not alone, this was proven this morning, and it was barely past 6:00 AM, as I had arrived at my destination.It took me really at no surprise, that Starbucks was fully occupied to its capacity, while everyone was patiently going through the process of ordering, paying, then waiting for their early day beverage.Leaving with an almost suppressed smile on their face, like a child who had gotten away with something!It was great, is great, and will continue to be great, to have our standard, or not so standard, coffee brews available again in the mornings, noon, afternoon, and not to forget eve; again!It was a much needed awakeningexperience!And by that I mean both:The whole alarming COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the catastrophic side effect for all of human kind currently existing on this planet, over the age of 18; not to have our daly brew of coffee in the morning!Smile everybody! Yes, smile!We got away this time...!!!And let NO ONE ever take our right to have coffee, when the early sun rises on the great horizons of America, EVER EVER EVER again !!!!!Have a wonderful day EVERYONE!I know I am! I’ve come to this location at least 5 times now, and every single time they take 15+ minutes to make a drink. I get that mobile orders take priority but if ordered my drink at 10:40 there’s no reason why 5 different people should have came in after me and had there drinks right away and I not get mine till 11:15.

The lady put the extra carmel drizzle on the carmel frap drink instead of on the iced white mocha drink & almost left off the whip cream as well. Other then that it was nice.

Its a lot better than first encounter, thei city parks & services department did a very great job transforming it into a nice family park

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s often busy and I have limited time during work hours so I utilize the app and it’s already ready for pickup in the estimated time and the order is always right.I absolutely love the salted Carmel cold foam cold brew and I have to say, the staff here? Always gets it right. So many other locations mess up the drink and it’s always layered correctly with perfect, fluffy foam on top.Staff is always friendly. The store is almost always clean. I do have to say some people can be super inconsiderate of other customers and the staff and just won’t throw out their garbage, throw their straw wrappers on the ground, around the garbage can but not in. So when it gets busy and frantic, and you get more of the inconsiderate people that think the world is their garbage can, it can get a little messy in the store. But the staff always does their best to keep it under control and as soon as someone is free or the rush has died down, they immediately go to righting the store and getting it clean again.There food selection is also always well stocked. And the staff doesn’t rush a person to order, even with a long line. They are very accommodating and professional.

My favorite neighborhood store

Ah, such a nice experience! Its located in a quiet, pleasant alley, with friendly staff. My latte was very good, and the danish pastry very fresh and tasty. It was also relatively fast. It basically has everything I look for in a coffee shop.

I will NEVER go here again!!! FIRE this nightmare manager, please! I had such an awful experience at this Starbucks that if I could give zero stars in this instance, I would. They have an absolutely horrible manager. This is not the first time that she has been rude in front of me, to others at this location, even her own staff. I think she is the manager, because she seems to think she is the god of Starbucks.I was observing this situation just less than an hour ago: Very nice, respectful young lady came in to the Starbucks and explained what she would like to order to the manager. The manager was busy training another staff member. The customer was nervous, because she did not want her order to be wrong and she was busy ordering many items. She calmly and patiently tried to explain to the manager and trainee behind the counter what she wanted to order and how much of everything she wanted. She didn’t say anything wrong or out of place. She was just trying to be thorough.Next thing I know, this very bossy and rude manager starts talking over her and the trainee who was ringing her up. I owned businesses and I can tell you I would never hire this person for any position in any of my businesses. She was so unprofessional, impatient, obnoxious and had a real superiority complex in the way that she spoke to both the trainee and the young lady was trying to order her food.I felt so sorry for the trainee and for the lady trying to order her food. The trainee handled the situation absolutely wonderfully. She was super soft spoken and professional to the lady but the manager ruined the whole thing. This manager was raising her voice to the customer and to the trainee. Trying to override everything both of them were trying to tell her.She then actually proceeded by reprimanding the customer in front of everyone in the Starbucks because she said the customer was not ordering her food properly. Can you believe it??? The way she spoke to that customer, I would not be surprised if that customer never comes back to Starbucks ever again in her life!The poor customer just froze, looked up and said “I don’t want to do this anymore” and almost literally ran out of Starbucks - I think she was in tears or near tears...Starbucks, I have been a very loyal customer of yours for a very long time, but I can promise you I will never come back to this Starbucks ever again because of how it is being handled with this person working there. I am sure I was not the only one in that Starbucks who felt this way today. If I was that trainee, I would quit on the spot. Get a handle on this person fast! In fact, if they worked for me and my business, I would fire them on the spot.

I got my coffee the way I like it and they were not busy so the service was great.

This Starbucks has nitro cold brew, which is my new drink of choice. Something about the nitrogen infusion makes the drink slightly sweet, and kind of creamy, without sugar or cream. So its only got 5 calories.Also, the staff here is kind and quick with your order.

Nice, clean, and just all around normal Starbucks. Definitely seems more homely and safe than my neighborhood Starbucks. Staff were nice and I had no problems ordering right away.

The staff barely pays attention to their customers. A lady walked up and said she was waiting for her sons oatmeal for 15-20 minutes. I request extra caramel in my frappe....theres one line of caramel. And even better when I asked the barista to add some he gave me attitude. Im sorry you cant read the instructions on a cup at your work...

Good starbucks. Super friendly staff. Regular visitor. Sometimes couple homeless guys will bug u to buy them something. Other than that, they have several tables and chairs outside which sweet.

The place is good for working, reading and just chilling. It is usually not too crowded. The store has many power outlets.

Attractive interior styling, and outdoor area (shaded, under the vines). The service is fast and friendly, but the coffee drinks (in my case the Macchiato) were not mixed well, and way too sweet. But, I shall give them another chance, they seem nice enough there.

I like this Starbucks because its usually not crowded. The tiny parking lot can be a challenge. Street parking along el camino is worthwhile. Good amount of seating. Unlike most Starbucks this one has two separate sugar/creamer counters.

This used to be the best Starbucks on the peninsula...then the manager left. The replacement mgr is unfriendly, snobby, cant be bothered with getting to know her customers and generally quite rude. She treats her staff with the same contempt - so much so that several have left. Its really quite unfortunate. She has managed to alienate many and has single-handedly ruined the experience in a community coffee shop.
