Pretty good , ice cream ok. Needs cleaning on inside, but thats not the kids fault that works there. There is no strong management on site, employees frequently have friends on site. Owner needs to fix cleaning and hangout situations. Ice cream is still Carvel good 👍

Whoever runs this place needs to pay attention to the horrible customer service your counter people are responsible for. Walked out of this madhouse and wont be back.

This location is not run very well. At first I attributed it to being a newly opened location, but the level of service has only declined since opening. Serving size for soft serve cups/cones is inconsistent yet always disappointing. Sometimes you’ll get a smaller serving than you should and other times they’re substantially smaller than they should be. I can’t think of a single visit when I got the size I ordered and paid for. On a recent visit, an employee was on a FaceTime call while serving customers. On most visits, their credit card reader doesn’t work properly. The locations in Merrick, East Meadow, or Levittown are all managed and run much better and are worth the bit of an extra drive.

I tried to use a coupon that I received in a coupon booklet from the Bellmore newspaper and they told me it “looks like I made it and printed it out”. The coupon was for a buy one, get one free sundae, and when I asked for a certain flavor, they told me the coupon was only for soft served ice cream. It doesn’t say that anywhere on the coupon by the way. Then when I handed them a $20, they thought that was fake. Really disappointed that I had such a hard time buying 2 sundaes. I was the only person in there and it took me about 15 minutes of scrutinizing and questioning to get them.

Ill never go back to this location again! walked in and the only other customer a women already being helped . the other 2 employees were talking with their friends who came in. waited for over 2 minutes to be helped. They also had ALOT of fruit flies in the store so after 3 minutes of being ignored while watching the employees hanging out with their friends and even letting them behind the count I walked out and went across the street to The International Delight Cafe and was helped RIGHT AWAY! I walked out with my ice creams before that poor women being helped at carvel !
