Been paying for their storage for two months. Not much complaints for that. But I came in today bc I locked my storage unit wrong and they said they I had to come ASAP and they had no way to secure it for me. And when I came there was three locks they put on there so I had to call the front desk when there shouldn’t have been. Then when the worker came she didn’t have a mask or shoes on even though I said I had a covid exposure. Didn’t get their name but it seems as if they don’t care about the safety of their customers and family.

I could not be more thankful for the outstanding customer service I was provided from Melanie! She went above and beyond to help me get situated with my move and was always ready to help! I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants to have a safe, secure, and friendly staff to work with! Thank you Melanie!

Royally ticked off! 2nd time in 2 months I have gone to the office to make a payment only to find the office closed! Get your act together PS!Ok... so I was frustrated and overreacting. Just got a call from the facility... she apologized for not being present when I came... love the personal touch!

I find this facility very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Found me a better affordable arrangement for my secured vehicles. I will gladly do business here again. Highly recommend.

Moving to WA from NH and going from a 2 bedroom 2 bath home into a one room was a bit overwhelming for me. But from the first phone call to Public Storage in Bellingham, I knew I found the right place to store my belongings. Belinda was very friendly and helpful over the phone and helped me pick the right unit for my situation. When I arrived, the woman in the office, Melanie, was there to greet me and walk me to my unit. She took the time to explain everything to me that I needed to know. This is the most clean and friendly Public Storage facility I have ever used,. Their customer service is great!

We are moving from PA to WA and I have been calling around to find a storage unit in the area for about a month. Most of the storage places were full and would not look to see if people were leaving. I called here and got the greatest service and was told they were currently full but they had two that might come open by the end of July and they would call me. Well true to her word I got a phone call and she walked me through getting my storage space on the computer. I would rate them 10 stars but 5 will have to do. Again thank you so much for making things so easy!!!!!!!

Honestly, words cannot truly express the amazing, above and beyond customer service I have received from Belinda at this location. She is truly a superstar. She showed me such kindness and patience. If you need a reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, place to go. This is it.

If you honesty and integrity, if you like dealing with people who tell you the truth in a assertive manor on a need to know basis or if you enjoy excellent customer service from who know how to communicate properly then I cannot recommend this facility, sadly. There is a younger lady that is quite the passive aggressive ambitious one! So be careful around these kind of people because they care nothing about providing good service, only advancement of their careers at any costs including yours!

Went to see for a parking spot for my truck and was offered a deal for 3 months. The girl working on site had a very positive attitude and excellent customer service. Even tho I didnt end up leaving my truck there, she did everything in her power to make it happen. So I figured Id let ppl know. If it comes up that I need storage again,I will go out of my way to go there. 😎 ✌️

I can’t believe this company has the audacity to raise rates, not only during the year of the pandemic, but the subsequent year as well! While America was suffering, during an inequitable year for corporations versus consumers, nonetheless, this company charged their customers MORE. In year 2021, they did it AGAIN. I will be strategizing an exit plan immediately. Don’t rent here! EXPENSIVE!!! Corporate got it wrong.

Just moving to the area with my fiance and Belinda was extremely helpful! She walked us through the online registration and got us a discount for the parking. Saved us some money and the orientation of the lot was quick and concise.

Belinda and Melanie were so very very helpful in my insanely rough transition into a new town after a 900 mile drive with uhaul. There were no units in town available last minute, but they got me in that day and found an open unit. If I ever need storage for any reason again I will go back to them with out a single hesitation. Warm and personable staff, even offered suggestions for apartment search. Also very professional and clean property.

Safe and secure with excellent customer service!Belinda, manager who live on-site, is helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to assure that the premises are clean and everyone’s storage unit are closely watched over. She frequently can be seen driving around the property checking up on everything. I feel safer keeping belongings at Public Storage because of Belinda’s presence and vigilance.On the downside, the rent has increase around $75 in the 2 years I have been a customer. Guess that’s how it goes, though, with inflation and the high demand for storage lockers in Bellingham.Definitely recommend this Public Storage.

I cannot say enough about Belinda and her team! The facility is very well maintained and secure. They are very professional and helpful. They made our move in & out so easy and seamless.

Belinda was fantastic! After going through the process of renting me the exact kind of unit I asked for, she went out of her way to walk me to the unit, showed me how to open it and how to use the lock. Then she made sure I knew how to open the front gate. Not too many people know how to provide excellent customer service these days but Belinda seemed to be a natural at it. Belinda & Sammie are awesome. They both answer all your questions in a timely manner and always provide solutions. I have been renting with Public Storage for over a year. The staff is what makes this place run smoothly. The grounds are clean and no hassles with gaining access.

We rented a storage space from this location over the weekend. Belinda Thomas, the Manager, was extremely friendly and helpful, showing us different size spaces and asking questions about what we were storing to make sure we got the right size. The process was quick and easy. Several customers came in while we were there and she knew nearly every one by name. It made us feel secure, knowing that she took that much pride in her attention to detail.

I got my storage unit today and my first impression was that it smelled so darn good!! I have been told that Belinda keeps the units really tidy-- which is a huge plus! Who likes creepy crawlers and dirt on their stuff, anyways?? I know that I dont! Also I like that there is a security gate and cameras. Belinda was super friendly and explained everything in great detail!I would definitely recommend it!

Really helpful people, they answered all of our questions and more. Belinda showed us all of the storage units we could rent and explains how they all work to find us the best option. We’re from Vancouver but won’t be go anywhere else for storage needs from now on in the US.

Great storage facility. Its clean, secure and has easy access. The staff is very nice. The only reason we are giving it 3 stars is for the rate increases. We rented a 10x10 unit Spring 2018. Three months later in July, the rates increased $20 per month. Then an additional $30 per month this July. We felt this increase was absolutely rediculous and have moved to a very nice similar facility close by and are saving $65 per month.

Belinda is the best! She got us into an upgraded unit for an awesome price. And whenever I talk to her she is an absolute delight! Love her!

Just needed a storage unit between moves, and Belinda was amazing at helping me understand all that I needed to know about storage. I had already researched prices, and knew what I was getting in to. I was, for a moment, surprised by the price (it was more than I thought it would be) before it was explained to me bit by bit and I ended up getting a pretty good deal. I did not know about having to purchase insurance, but I was informed that if I found out if my home owners insurance covered it I could opt out by simply calling.All in all, great place to rent from. Very friendly, very upfront about pricing, and exactly what I needed.

We reserved a unit online the night prior (which is a great feature because you get a few dollars off a month with the online rate) and then went in right when they opened and they were able to help us right away! I got to see what was available online before going in which helped me decide and be able to budget. The lady took us out to view the storage unit and the easily went over the paperwork with me. It was fast and easy and a very pleasant experience! They offered other products for packing such as boxes and tape which I thought was nice! Great place!

I compared three storage companies and Public Storage was selected. Good value, clean property, security and well organized. Belinda was the duty manager and she was friendly, attentive, and very efficient at getting us applied and checked in.

What a wonderful experience. Belinda and staff are amazing. Youll not find any place better. For the six and a half months I was there no problems at all. They take very good care of you. And the property is clean and tidy.

Awesome customer service! Had a reservation for the weekend and Belinda called to have me come in today to sign for the unit since there was another person also interested. Got the last 5x10! Great size and nice and clean!

Belinda and Brittany were very helpful and nice to us when I was looking to open my first storage locker and they were both very knowledgeable and the process was quick and painless. The units are very nice and theres a variety of packing type things you can buy in the office. The security is awesome since Belinda lives on the property and I felt secure leaving my things there. I highly recommend storing things with them.

This is my first time at Public Storage but I have been very impressed with the experience.I am from out of town and construction in the area made locating the entry the first time a little difficult but staff was very helpful and with a few simple directions over the phone I was able to locate the main gate.The unit was just the right size and access to the unit itself was very easy.I would definitely recommend this Public Storage location..
