If I could give you zero I would. I got the truck, asked for an inspection of the driveline disconnect on my personal vehicle being towed, the owner told me I didn’t need to on my Nissan Pathfinder. I don’t know too much about cars so I believed him, he’s supposed to be the expert. 4 hours in to the trip my personal car started to smoke and pour out fluids. I had to call a mechanic to come road side. He said that person was WRONG! I am out the cost of the mechanic and now I don’t have my second vehicle for my husband to find work in a new state. I have contacted customer service several times, I hope they make this right. So far, it’s not looking likely.

Went to drop off a truck and had some of the best customer service. Very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend this location and their employees!

Always great experience and equipment would use no one else.

I have had a decent moving experience with them but had a bad experience today with them blocking a one lane road. When I asked if they were going to move soon they said theyd be there for 5 minutes. Mildly inconvenient especially when they could have used the back alley to load and unload instead of the middle of the road.

This place was a thousand times better than uhaul. Uhaul was twice the cost, budget took my reservation. Then called the day I needed it and said they didnt have one, but still tried to get away with charging me a 50 dollar no show fee. Penske to ok my reservation, and helped me load and unload my motorcycle. They were awesome.

Excellent service

Used them in 2012 for move between Florida and Bellingham, WA. and they were great. Will be using them again this year for long distance move.
