Good introductory service with Joseph, who led me through the process of securing a storage facility. He was patient with some of my dumb questions and showed me how to use the key, which is a new kind of technology for me. The elevator is nice and large, and hand trucks are available for customer use.

Great location with easy access! My son who attends WWU was able to get his double size bed frame, mattress, desk, dresser and some in 5x5 space until next fall quarter. Alex at the front office was very friendly and helpful!

Discovery Park storage is a convenience storage unit facility along with being heated I will say the cost of these storage units is absurd I believe that they are extremely overpriced for what they provide so I still rent a unit there I am searching for new storage.

I guess all storage is pricey these days. Its clean conveniently located and secure.

Christina and her team are phenomenal!! I cant recommend them enough - so helpful getting a storage unit, and ended up using their UHaul rentals four times over the course of our local move (didnt even realize they offered the UHauls until we got our unit - definitely convenient one-stop place to go!). Always friendly, and such a clean well-run place - they definitely made the move SO much easier!

First off, great service and location but theyll keep raising your unit fees once youve past your initial contract. Last year I was paying $122, in just over 18 months they have raised my unit fee 3 times and Im now paying $149 ($122, $132, $139, now $149). Its darn near extortion b/c they know Ive been a long time customer and probably wont move my stuff out, but now I might have to.

The fat guy in the office is unhelpful and doesnt answer the phone. I would not waste my time

I have been a customer of Discovery Park Storage for less than a year, and have had multiple problems. I changed the account my payment came out of when I got married, and subsequently received several messages that my payment account was invalid. Each time I contacted them, they had reverted to my original account, due to a system update. Not my fault, yet I received continual threats of collection and auctioning my belongings.Today I went to my storage unit, for which I am paid through almost 2 more weeks, and there is a red lock on the door, and no one in the office to talk to about it, and no answer on the phone for the past 30 minutes! Im angry, and SO DONE with this place!

Okay place to store your stuff. Otherwise, coming here was the worst part of my day. Waited for the person to return to the office to get a storage unit. When she came back, she just walked past us and didnt say anything. Overall rude as hell. It was wild to me to be signing up for a service Ill be paying almost $100 a month for, and the person signing up to take my money was literally the rudest person. I watched her be wildly rude to every other person that walked in while we were signing up. She seriously couldnt have tried any less. If you need help identifying her, she is the blonde woman who doesnt smile and probably has had zero positive interactions in her life.

Renting a Uhaul from here was slick and efficient! Staff was extremely friendly which made our early morning pick up and move so much better.

I reserved online, got an automated quote for the advertised price the next day. I came in after work the day after that and they didnt have my reservation. It was 30 minutes before close and he couldnt look up anything on the computer because it was doing end of day stuff. Offered me a bigger more expensive one from a paper list. Also a $10 setup fee and mandatory $10/mo renters insurance. No thanks. Too bad because its close to me and convenient.

After shopping around in Bellingham for a place to keep my stuff, this one seemed the best choice. The staff was always pleasant and frankly answered my questions when I called for information. They helped me to get the best deal I could for the length of my stay. Theyre a bit pricey, but so was every other heated storage place I looked at. The building seems quite secure and I never once worried about the safety of my stuff. You have to purchase a lock that fits flush in their doors and there is a move in fee, but it is less than the fee at Public Storage. If you need storage in Bellingham I suggest this place.

Secure place, jacked up price but when I pointed out it went up 2txs in past yr. They dropped it back. My unit door doesnt stay up and lighting is on timer down hallway.

Great location with easy access to I5 yet off of a very quiet street and close to fred meyers. Staff is always friendly and helpful and units are very secure. I also really like the access hours for a indoor heated storage 6am- 11pm. Great choice for someone looking for a storage unit in the lakeway area

The property manager is honestly the rudest person Ive ever encountered in Bellingham. I had a terrible experience and dont find them helpful or welcoming at all.
