I dont like to this but I was so frustrated that I had to put this review. I called on a Saturday to get a quote for a windshield install I had the windshield and the rubber ready, I talked to a guy by the name of Jose ,it was a good conversation and he gave me a quote of $250 for install only, I had the parts ,he gave me appointment on a Monday between 10:00am and 3:00pm and said that the tech will call me when hes on his way ,I usually work Monday so I took the day off just to take care of this .Monday comes I couldnt go anywhere because I was waiting for the tech ,I was waited all day and at 3:00pm I called and talked to Jose to see if the tech is running late ,he told me he talked to the tech and he told him that he didnt quote me enough for the job. After you inform me that the job would cost $450. Which I would not have had a problem paying if they had called to informed me instead of having me wait around all day. Im a business owner myself and would have made my customer aware of the change before they called me. I lost money at work and my window was not installed. Is this what customer service was reverted to?
