This place is great! The customer service is excellent! They are super knowledgeable and helpful AND HONEST. I have had them cut multiple pieces for me and Ive never once had a problem. I highly recommend them for any glass, mirror or window job!

They’re great!! I am a crafter and needed a certain size glass for the top of a bookcase. I measured and they took care of the rest. They called me and let me know that the piece was ready for pick up. My first time coming here, but it won’t be my last. Very nice, respectful people. Would highly recommend!

Very rude and always in a hurry. No time for customer. Very impatient .Talks to you so fast and never gives you time to speak. I would never recommend him to anyone .I was so so disappointed dealing with him. Like he is into something . Never conduct business with this establishment. Very, very rude staff.

I was very pleased with the quality and the price. I needed a sliding glass window replaced. I took the window to the store. Within days it was complete. It was a good experience from start to finish.

I informed Leal of our predicament first thing in the morning & by 2pm, same day, Mark replaced our sliding glass door. Phenomenal customer service, respectful, prompt, & courteous. They live up to their name.

These guys are outstanding! They are extremely busy and i knew that. They finally got to me and came and measured, and installed my glass in my single hung windows. I then needed all my screens replaced and they told me at least a week or so, but i mentioned to them about the sudden passing of my father, and the next day i received a phone call that they were ready. QUICK SERVICE! THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED MY 2 BROKEN WINDOWSWITHIN 2 HOURS. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE TOO. YES, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Its nice to shop for glass in a well lit and very clean environment. Courtesy glass offers a good choice of products and they provide very good service in a timely fashion.
