They provide great quality service. They make a great job painting my bumper and fixing the bracket that holds the sensor. My experience is so convenient. Just dropped off the car and pick it up. Extremely professional body shop with amazing staff and constant updates about the vehicle (email, phone call, and text). I had my rear bumper damaged and needed to get it repaired. It came out brand new and I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw the repairs. They truly care about their customer and put out an amazing end product and also wash your car for you. 10/10 would come here again with another repair.

Very good, quality work. They returned my car clean, inside and out. The office is nice and the staff are courteous and friendly.the only down side was that they kept calling my husband about the car, when I was the one who signed all the paperwork, dropped off the car, and gave my number. In fact, my husband didnt get the voicemail that said my car was finished until three days later! that was annoying. I had to drive the stupid rental I had much longer than I wouldve liked. But, they apologized. mistakes happen.It didnt sour the experience, and they made it right. Id go back.

I took my car on an insurance claim and the communication was great, the repair was done when promised and they even corrected an alignment issue I had after Just Tires aligned my car. Just Tires left my steering wheel crooked (with less than 20K miles on my car).I would recommend Eurotech to anyone looking for professional, honest people.

I hit a tire on the freeway on my way to work. Eurotech replaced the front and a lot on stuff you dont see and completed a front end alignment. At under 20,000 miles I had taken my car to Just Tires for the 1st alignment (maintenance) and got it back with my steering wheel crooked. Eurotech fixed that, too! I highly recommend this professional and friendly place. Prices were very fair, too.

I was referred to Eurotech by AAA so I came in to get an estimate after someone hit my car. I made an appointment that same day I called, got an estimate within 20 min of being there and was given great customer service by everyone. By the end of the day I then get the approval from the insurance to go about with the repairs and I call them schedule an appointment and they are able to book me in soon.On the day of my repairs I was given an amount of time as to how long this would take. All of the staff was kind and honest and seemed like they really cared. I got frequent texts and calls updating me on the status of my car while it was in the shop and that was so helpful.My car ended up being fixed a day early and they called me right before they closed to come pick it up. They washed my car and made the bumper look better than it did before it was hit. I was amazed by not only how kind all of the staff was but also by the outstanding work they did on my car. It was the quickest process ever and I’m so happy with everything! Thanks Eurotech!

I had a positive experience with this company. The customer service was top tier all around. Everyone working there is very helpful and they stay on top of keeping in touch with you. I damaged the front of my vehicle after running over a parking block. Didn’t know so much damage could be done from that seeing as this is my first vehicle. Will definitely be more careful from here on out. Anyway, I turned my car in as soon as they opened on Monday and it was ready by Thursday around 2 PM. My car was washed and detailed, which I am thankful for. They also took care of whatever issues I was having with my engine. I was surprised to see that the check engine light was no longer on, but also very thankful. I had to pay out of pocket for my repairs, so if you happen to run over a parking block then expect to pay around the mid $1,400-$1,500 range. It all depends on the amount of damage though. Either way, they were honest about the cost every step of the way. They even called me to explain that my estimate had changed. Surprisingly, the cost ended up being the first estimate I received so this company is fair about their prices.

The work they do is superb great job

Had an insurance claim to make a bumper repair. They painted the whole bumper including the area some of affected areas but not all saying that it was not an affected area that was covered by the insurance. Though Im not sure what made the representative think that since he acts like he was at the accident but the insurance had to get involved in order to fix any issues with the bumper since its all one piece. They tried to fix the more visible things but the other imperfections were only sprayed with the paint but didnt receive actual body work to correct the issues. Took them 4 times before everything was fixed before I finally took the car although their paint matching skills arent all that great. They probably used any white coloring they were able to find because its a little off.

Stay away from this body shop. 6 months after my accident I still do not have my car repaired. Sloppy work from the start. Making idiotic excuses when I talked to the manager Kevin who gave me the run around so that they wouldnt have to redo the work. They tried refinishing one of my wheels which had very minor cosmetic damage but instead completely changed the look and texture of the finish. They were supposed to get me a new wheel but never did. Had to go through my insurance to make it happen. Complete waste of time dealing with typical car garage scamming and incompetent people.

If i could give a negative start i would this becarfull when going to this place.I got in a very bad accident and the toe truck took my car to the closest dealership which was kia cerritos and they send me to this boddy shop for inspection but these people sneakly abused my situation of being a women with a undrivable vehicle and coming staright out of an accident, without explaining me anything and providing me informatinons they got signature from me and lied saying its for inspection then later after inspection when i was going to pik up my car found out they got signature to fix my car and they want to charge me for fees . Unfirtunatly i learned this lesson vwee y hard after paying 500$ however they supervisor Lesslie is very patiant and trying to help out even though she wasnt able to fix what the team messed up.

On October 12, 2021 I turned in my Lexus ES350 for body damage resulting from a Not at fault collision. My estimator managed expectations with me that parts and the supply chain was an opportunity in the industry. I accepted the possibility of experiencing delays on repairs.I turned my vehicle in and Eurotech set me up with a ride to Enterprise rent a car. 13 days later on November 4 th, 2021 my car was perfectly repaired like new. I am extremely satisfied and the shop exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated all the daily texts with a percentage of completion status update.The whole experience was very positive.
