Angela was extremely helpful and professional. While 1 one of the clerks took about 15 minutes to help one customer and the other hid in the back while there was a line to the door, she made sure to keep the line moving.

This was not usually my first pick in the past, due to past staffers attitude at times, but my most recent experience with Jeff made me change my mind and I am willing to take the time to write this review for the store. I think this should sum it up all up for you. He is the assistant manager and he does a great job, with great attitude. Look for him if you dont want to be abused!

Sam gave me options and even helped me check whether separating my package into three boxes would help. Even though I did not ship my packages with Fed Ex that day, I would ship with them in the future. Thanks Sam for your help!

The customer service representative named Sam treated me with contempt, and was horrible to me. He refused to send my letter and looked down on it for having it in two languages. The address was in English but because it also had Asian symbols on it he refused to send it. I have reason to believe he was discriminating against me for some sort of conscience bias.

Open 24/7 - super convenient!I dont have a printer and am new to the area and needed to print a few return labels and some paperwork for my job. Very easy to do so here! I didnt need to interact with any of the employees, but all asked if I needed help and were very willing. I used the self service print/scan machines and there are a bunch! They also have the normal stuff you can buy - planners, tape, paper, shipping supplies, different types of cords and adapters, printer ink, ect.Definitely my go-to for printing and scanning needs currently!

Terrible, terrible customer service. Today, I legally parked in their upper parking lot, next to other cars. When I came out of the store, I was blocked in by one of their package delivery trucks, so I ran back in the store and asked if the person blocking me could please move their truck, as I needed to get my daughter to her school bus. I saw one employee go to the back of the store and ask the driver to move his truck, but the driver just looked at him and continued to scan his packages. Seeing this, I went back in and (at some volume) asked if he could please, please move his truck NOW, as my daughter was at risk of missing her bus, which would mean a missed meeting and an hour of unplanned driving for me. This guy just finished scanning his packages and finally slowly walked out of the store to move the truck. What a (expletive) JERK!!! It literally took this guy 5 minutes to move his truck from when I first made the request. Most frustrating was the fact that, had this guy only parked 3 feet forward (where there was actually room to do so) none of this would have happened. We missed the bus and my meeting and I got to do an extra hour of driving on my kids last full day of school. Please, FEDEX, hire people with bigger brains and better customer service skills. As a business which is supposed to be accustomed to dealing with urgency, you really let me down today.

Very helpful staff. I needed to print a shipping label but didnt have a printer handy. They had me send the label to them via email, and they printed it for me at no charge. Very nice!

I have been coming here for years. Always good service and I have never had equipment not work. I am a bit surprised to read that some have. Anyways I would say that if you have shipping or copy needs use them they are quick and efficient

Jason was working when I came in, helped me figure out the complex printing system, dude is a rock star. Always go late at night, pretty empty. Easy to get stuff done.

Wasted too much time there only to find that they ran out of 4x6 paper after taking the time to select them, and neither of the two other colored printers were working. Left without prints, but good customer service and nice staff.

Store changes their hours out of nowhere. Got up at 4am this morning to get something printed before work, show up, and they are closed. They say its because weather has slowed down the shipments, but the store offers other services, its ridiculous that they would close the entire store for that. Also, this wasnt even when it was bad weather, it stopped snowing 4 days ago, the streets are clear, theres no reason for a store in the middle of a city should close for that reason. Were not talking about some country store thats buried in snow. Completely ruined my whole morning! It doesnt take that long to update the information on Google, they should have updated the hours, although there really was no reason for them to be closed in the first place.

When dropping off packages I cringe when I see the assistant manager Martin working at the shipping desk. He saw me struggling today to open the door with my package and then continued to walk around the label stand when he could have easily opened the door. A delivery driver popping in came to my rescue and held them open. Poor customer service from an assistant manager.I started preprinting my labels to avoid the strenuous interaction of him shipping my packages. He still manages to make snide comments even when Im just dropping off about how he probably cant ship them due to its size and weight. Im shipping multiple large orders out of here on a weekly basis so I am well aware of size/weight restrictions.Not really sure how this guy is in customer service, let alone a manager position.

More or less, I have issues with the service that I received from the night clerk. Whilst I had a conversation with him, it didnt make any sense, customer service doesnt do much to help you with the simple things, like creating an account.

Terry helped me out quick and easy. Packed my box, printed my label, and did all the work for me. Couldnt have been easier than that

I had no time not energy, but seriously nearly 4 hours for a poster print. Full price. Talking up your coworker. And I don’t doubt you have other jobs in queue. Thank you for letting me know about print issues, but if you know what’s wrong fix it, just run the next print before you show me the mess up three times.

If you like dealing with rude customer service and having your packages shipped incorrectly then this place is for you. If not? I suggest you find somewhere that respects its customers.

Staff have always been friendly and accommodating on the print side At this location. However i’ve now had a couple of issues with staff on the shipping side. They seem to have a arrogant attitude. Today I was told they would not ship a pre-labeled warranty return in its original good condition box. I would have to pay extra for them to repackage and ship it. Funny I’m pretty sure I dropped off a similar item here in the past. He said it’s FedEx policy. That just tells me to take my business to UPS or the post office.

The picture stations are garbage. It takes forever to verify the credit card and to read pictures off a flashdrive. I was trying to print a 4x6 and it didnt work, turns out that machine didnt work for 4x6, yet the machine wasnt labeled that it was broken. They should accept NFC payment.

Had to wait for 20 mins to pay 5 bucks for a pack of white paper after I forgot to pick one up during my service, and eventually asked one of the employees who was trying to read something on the monitor over his glasses for the last half an hour or so if they have a self checkout, the guys started bitching about being with a customer and how dare I ask him a question and he couldnt just hush for the next minute bitching about some people this or that, basically trying to blame their incompetance on another customer. Eventually I left the shop without papers and a scene that I didnt want to act in on a Sunday morning!

Its 9:12. Ive been here for at least 5 minutes. There is 1 man here waiting before me. There is 1 person working. There are 4 of us waiting and she has been on the phone the whole time. How do you only have 1 person working?

Poor customer service. I ship a lot of packages via fedex for my small business. All of my packages are prepaid and labeled including fedex ground stickers, and I went to drop off at this location on a Sunday because they were the closest fedex office/drop off to me that was open. And the employee acted like it was a lot of work to use a scanner to scan 4 barcodes and hit print receipt. There were no other customers in the place. Then he was so nosy about what I was shipping, and was pretty much interrogating me. None of youre business, all you need to know is it complies with all shipping policies and regulations. Every other location I have been to, to drop off packages DOES NOT interrogate me about what I am shipping. All he needed to ask was something along the lines of, Are you shipping anything fragile, liquid, hazardous, or prohibited? Not, WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING!! WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING!! YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT YOU ARE SHIPPING. I HAVE TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT LIKE A BOMB! Seriously, get the F out of here.

I am in town on business and we accidently sent the wrong training manuals to my seattle site. This has happened before and Ive had them printed for about 30 bucks a piece. Well they asked me to email my manuals to them, as opposed to ordering online, because it would be faster. When I went to pick up my order they had used premium everything and tried to charge me 700 dollars for four manuals! What?! I expressed my concerns but I had to have the manuals for my class. They gave me a discount and I left having spent only 400 dollars. Shady if you ask me. I use FedEx around the country but this particular store is a joke.

You can pretty much get any office work done here. Copies, Prints, Packaging, Shipping, Cutting, etc!

I had a deadline, and was having trouble uploading my file to theKinkos web page (which btw is very cumbersome). The manager, Phil, went the extra mile, called me to tell me that the file was not loaded, asked me to e-mail it to him directly, and got the job done perfectly and on time.

Night folks were really great. helpful, quick service.

Had to drop off package, some one told me to put it on scale while they were helping other customers. It was prelabeled so just a dropoff so saved me having to wait.
