Originally intended to rent a storage unit here but my plans suddenly changed so I had to cancel. Remy, the training manager, was super helpful throughout the process. She gave me a thorough tour and explanation of the facility. When I had to cancel my reservation, she was also very understanding of my circumstances and graciously helped me. If I were to ever rent a storage unit in the future, it would definitely be here!

This is the cleanest storage facility Ive seen. I had to store some furniture for a few months and the manager was so helpful. She was closing before my mover showed up and she even dropped me at a nearby coffee shop. So thoughtful. The managers kindness, the cleanliness, security, and security cameras in the offices helped reassure when when storing at their facility.

Remy was amazing! She helped me coordinate a pod delivery and move all over the phone. When I arrived to move my stuff, she had reserved a spot for my pod and everything. The service is great, and the storage place quality. Codes to get into the building, elevator, and cameras everywhere. Felt safe to keep everything there

Ive been using WCSS for about a year and it has been simple and easy. They have extra heavy duty carts and an easy to navigate facility.The management has changed and their excellent customer service has remained. Recently was late with providing paperwork and the new manager Remy Chen took additional time to explain the changes and gave me time to get everything in order. I then had a family emergency and was able to complete this for several weeks. I explained the issue with Remy who understood and helped me all the same.Great facility, great staff, and great management. Rather be here than anywhere else!

Reasonable prices, better-than-average access hours, decently clean.Taking off one star because they used COVID as an excuse to stop offering a restroom to the customers, and never reopened it.

This is one of the cleanest and well-kept storages I have every seen (and Ive been to quite a bit)! The storage is clean, modern, air-conditioned, and very well-maintained. There are many little details that make it convenient and offer additional layers of security (so you have a piece of mind keeping your belongings there). The manager, Remy, is one of the best managers I have seen ANYWHERE - always friendly, willing to help, and so pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this storage to anyone looking - ask for Remy, shes the best!

I rented a 8ft x 10ft unit with West Coast Storage from October 2020-Feb 2021 and had nothing short of a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and the monthly rates are super reasonable. The building is clean, in a safe area, and secured with passcode entry at the front door and elevators. I used a professional moving company for my move and they had no problem getting in and out of the facilities. Would definitely recommend using West Coast Self Storage! 5/5 experienceLastly, special thanks to Remy on the Management Team! She followed up with me after my departure to ensure my account was closed and that I enjoyed using their services. Remy made my rental particularly pleasant. Thanks for all of your help!

Remy was awesome and helped me move out of my storage hassle free after an issue with the move out date. She understood the situation and corrected it perfectly! She made my day and Im so happy! My items were never harmed and the storage is very fancy being indoors and temp regulated. Ive stored my items at uhaul and they had a rat problem, so definitely chose west coast self storage!

I had a great time here. The manager aren’t Chen was super polite and explained everything to me! My English isn’t the best so Remy translated a lot of it into mandarin for me. Highly recommend coming here if your looking for storage spaces.

Amazing self storage! The facility is clean. Since all the units are indoor with great security system, you feel safer with your belongs here than any other outdoor storage. The staff is friendly and helpful.Thanks Remy, she help me make room by breaking up the pallets in my storage and stack the boxes on the side so that if can fit in more pallets from delivery. So the first time I went to WCSS Bellevue, I was actually looking for a place closer to where I live. The manager Remy recommend me to one of the location over Columbia city. In my opinion she was very friendly and was professional. I live close to Seattle so i went there, the office wasn’t really organized. The outside was messy. The female employee opened door for me. i would say she was rude, i don’t think she knows what she is doing. Well, I decided to drive extra 20 minutes back to bellevue location. Eamon was very nice, friendly, know what he is doing, listing out all the options along with map. And much more clean and organized office. Eamon also told us about the trunks. I think he really helped me a lot more. I strongly recommended Bellevue location, make my moving process way easier.

I have been renting storage units from WCSS for several years now and I appreciate the clean facility and long access hours. The prices are appropriate for what you are getting in my opinion.This last weekend, I used their moving truck for the first time to move a couch out of the storage unit to my place. Remy and Mike were friendly and very helpful in processing the reservation and answering some billing-related questions.

Ive been a customer for a few years and want to give a shout out to Terra and Mike for their amazing customer service. I recently upgraded to a bigger unit and, in the midst of moving contents, my hand truck tire deflated. Mike noticed the problem and offered to use his personal air compressor to blow up my tire. He did not need to stop his work day to help me but did so generously. Both Mike and Terra are professional, friendly, and helpful - great representations of West Coast Storage.

On two occasions I stored my stuff with West Coast Self Storage of Bellevue, both times were easy to set up my units and helpful staff to answer all my questions. Great location off 520 helped me chose them over other storage options.

Office staff very nice and helpful. The facility is clean, security access to use elevator code, cameras, and location. Presents as timely to freeway access, regarding the ability to relocate contents by large moving van exception is the surrounding hill. Climate control is important however, it comes to a rather stiff price, and raising cost yearly makes it challenging to maintain. A short term plan, is smart.

When our moving company underestimated how much storage space wed need, Brian saved the day by finding us a second unit next to the one we already had. He charged a very reasonable rate and the paperwork was easy. The facility is clean, secure, temperature-controlled, and easy to access. Brians help and the West Coast Self-Storage facility made our moving day less of a hassle! thank you, Brian!

This is a great storage facility, new/clean and the most convenient location on the east side. Tera and Karen are awesome! Super friendly and helpful and have the Christmas decorations up early.

The place is clean, the facilities are modern, and the staff are friendly. On top of that the access hours are the best I’ve found: open till 11pm. Other places close at 5 or 6, which at that point, is it even your stuff if you can’t get access to it? Also appreciate that the staff here don’t try high pressure sales tactics here, unlike other places which told me I would need to sign right now to secure a price which may change in the future (it didn’t). All in all, a real gem.

I started at this facility when it first opened, and have been extremely satisfied with the property and the staff that work there. Clean, modern, no theft issues like you see at most other storage facilities. Climate controlled and late access (11pm) which is perfect. Would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a storage unit, West Coast Self Storage will not disappoint!

WEST COAST STORAGE At BELLEVUE IS A BAD BUSINESS! They promised for new people to use their moving truck for free as you sign up for a storage unit. THEY LIED!!! The broken truck is parked at their front door for months. NEVER REPAIRED. NEVER ALLOW PEOPLE TO USE. They said it is broken because someone put diesel instead of gasoline in it and broke it. But, it has been months and months ago when they said that, and the truck was never repaired since. THEY LIED about letting people use the truck for free when moving in. They dont understand how difficult it is when someone needs to move big stuff into the storage. Other nearby storage companies have a truck for their customers to use- whether free or paid. But West Coast Storage at Bellevue has no truck. Just a broken truck parking there that they dont even care to fix for many many months!!!

The manager Christian was super helpful today. The facility is clean, moving supplies are fairly cheap and a big plus is the free rental van for first time move ins.

Beautiful new facility. Great service. They have cameras monitoring activity. It’s warm ! The hours are good. I moved from another storage company without cameras , very limited hours, very cold and costs the same. Also Mr. Ganesh was both fun and smart. I ended up renting 2 units. Really the building is so attractive I could just move in.

This place is awesome as far as storage goes! They are nice, accommodating and friendly! The units are clean, well designed, and best of all, well priced! They are also well secured and tempered. They are new and well built. They also have good hours! I suggest them to anyone looking to store their stuff!I want to add: I moved to this storage from the next door PS, where I paid considerably more, had less access, and then after a year and approximately $3500 in monthly fees, I decided to see if the new west coast storage was more accommodating, safer, had better and longer access, as well as; a seemingly unusual wish of nice, frendly, accommodating, honest and welcoming staff: this business is all of my wishes and more they have repeatedly shown me that they appreciate my business. I cannot begin to tell you enough, to not entrust your belongings, as well as get overcharged, and not appreciated by PS. Go to West Coast Storage you cant go wrong.

Great, heated, clean facility with various sizes of units to choose from. We have had stuff here for over a year and nothing has got damaged due to moisture. Staff is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. They have a moving van for rent - which is very convenient for small jobs. Plenty of carts and safe facility.

I had a great experience working with Sean Ganesh and Danitza Hobson at the Bellevue location. Both are courteous, personable, and professional. They always offer a smile and a Hi when I pass by. The facilities are fantastic. The complex is clean. The lighting is superb. The roll-up doors to the units work well. The locking slides in the doors and the receivers in the door jams dont bind. The moving carts are a great resource. The back-in parking is very convenient, too.

Not as friendly of a place since Shawn quit, not as well kept or as well managed. Nothings changed for the better, homeless persons still camp out in their units at night.
