During this pandemic, this has been the worst company to deal with. The rates are ridiculous at the moment and it is very hard for my family to even find a place to reside because of Covid. We are paying more to keep our stuff there, than monthly housing and I get a feeling the storage has an interest in my families belongings which pretty much is everything we need to continue to operate our businesses. The customer service is way below average. Maybe try providing solutions for your customers who have been affected by whats going on and teach the employees how to communicate using empathy for all customers wether its billing or general questions. Just a start! But this will be the last time we do business here and hopefully all of our belongings are where we left them.

After checking the self storage place we found this location were the manager also speak spanish and made our 1st time experience a very quick and hassle free. Thanks to Harim, we didnt not to look elsewhere and convintly help us with everything we need for this process. Place is clean.

Needs markings on buildings such as A, B and better slope into lobby where there is an elevator for accessibility purposes. A 3 inch lip is hard to get over with mobility devices! The locker we rented had a water leak in it. Could do with more lighting also for lockers on 2nd floor. The one we have at the end of the row is very dark.

The cement post are much too far removed from the entry code box. Which seems like a silly gripe. But this entryway actually has a reputation for scraping doors and sides of cars from tenants.The fact that they don’t tend to this easy fix (replace poles - relatively easy / put rubber bumpers on - extremely easy) sets the tone for these very mediocre storage units.

We were looking for a drive up storage 10x20 in the Bellevue area, without any appointment, we decide to stop by yesterday at this location and check it out. We met the staff on duty (his name is Dennis), he was very kind and helpful, led us (we could only have one person in the room each time, he was very strict following the rules) step by step to set up the rental agreement. Within a reasonable time frame, we set up everything. Dennis was kind , knowledgable and attentive to his duty. We had a great experience and very thankful to his help.

Harim is the most helpful person I have ever worked with at a storage facility. I had issues with accessing my unit in another state and Harim went above and beyond to help me. He was even willing to stay late!!(Usually not keen to write public reviews - my experience here with Harim has been that motivating)

I rented a 10x30 at public storage, just vacated the unit yesterday and over stayed trying to clean up and remove all the donations and trash from the premise. I would love to say Lorita the relief manager was very understanding and welcoming. She was so pleasant that when my daughter graduates from Wazzu we will be back. We need to have the human touch and Lorita sure had it!!Lorita l will be back!!

I dedicated to her work and takes pride in this property. He is always cleaning this place. Nothing escapes his eye. He goes the extra mile for her customers. My family rented a unit in a different state for over 3 years, so I know what storage units can be like when poorly maintained or well kept. He makes this difference in how this property looks and operates. He always fights for the customer. Definitely a keeper.

Public Storage on 30th in Bellevue is an excellent location. The unit was clean and dry. The manager, Leon Drae, is extremely helpful and professional. He gets 5 stars in my book for his careful attention to detail. He made sure we had all the stuff we needed to unload our POD., made sure the POD driver put it in the correct location where it was easiest to unload it and opened gates to best access our storage place. He did a great job.

Great value, convenient, clean and professional. The internet pricing fit our budget, the location, and ease of access is great, the property is kept clean and tidy, the on staff are courteous and professional. The on-site manager asked us a few questions to better understand our storage needs. Then he offered a few options to consider. He also showed the ability to be flexibile to our storage needs if or when our situation changes. Storage made easy.

I have had a great experience here. Two codes and two keys required for entry. Very secure. I forgot my codes one time and they verified my identity and set me up with new ones. Fun people in the office too. I recommend them.

DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. F rating from Better Business Bureau. They jack up rent every 6 months. I have to pay $406 every month for a 10 x 20. Online AT SAME LOCATION 10 x 10 is $126. THAT WOULD BE $252 FOR 10 X 20. THEY PREY ON CUSTOMERS. They count on it being too much of a pain to move. I believe all the 5 star reviews are phony and submitted by Public Storage. Dont get me wrong, Ive had no problems with employees, but the corporation has unethical practices. Dont trust my review, Google Public Storage complaints. They also changed access hours from 6 am - 9 pm to 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. The corporation is a total scam!

BEST SERVICE in Bellevue for your storage needs, I was stressed because my previous storage facilities was closing down, to build apartments, with short notice I had to find a place that met my needs and was not a hassle to get to. I made an appointment to check this place out and the manager LeonDrae was awesome, answered all my questions showed me some units that was priced less than what I was paying before and it was bigger. I wasnt sure so I reserved one then later LeonDrae took care of making sure I got the storage space that met all my needs. I would recommend this storage facilities over the other ones. Very clean, professional service, simple process and great security. Thanks Public Storage.

It was a great experience at this Public Storage location from the beginning!I reserved my locker online and the next business day I received a call from the on-site manager Dorian to confirm my reservation and answer any questions I had.Upon arrival I was met by Dorian who showed me the locker I was renting. I decided the locker I rented was too small, so he was able to change my reservation to a larger size. No problem.The rental process was explained to me in-depth and all costs were transparent and easy to understand.Moving is never an easy process, but Dorian at Public storage made things a breeze.

Before I comment on the facility...I want to acknowledge the staff person ...Dennis..he is very professional, very competent...organized....knowledgeable... terrific...I so hope he is appreciated!!! The facility is very clean and there are many options available...thank you so much!!! Dennis was extremely helpful and I will be back many more times and I am glad he will be able to assist me!!
