Excellent sales service, we worked with Lee and he was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. What really make the experience great for us was the delivery - its all in-house (not a third party delivery service) and they were professional and painless - we had them do a more complicated than normal install (taking an old mattress out, moving a mattress from one room to another, switching box springs) and they knocked it out quickly and without damaging anything. Will be doing all our future mattress buying here.

From before we entered the store, Quality Sleep was already serving us by their informative blogs. There is a lot of specialized lingo in the mattress field. I thought I would need familiarity with it, but not so! The store personnel, Hannah explained things beautifully. We got in on a sale and saved some real money and have not regretted that as our backs are now happy. As for delivery, they were precisely on time and handled our bulky take-away mattress with finesse.

He helped me decide on the best mattress for our needs, and I felt well cared for. I look forward to our new mattress being delivered and having our old one hauled away. I think we will have a much better sleep experience once the new one arrives!

Good selection of beds are available in the showroom to help you make a good decision. The layout is straightforward and easy to allow comparisons. The sales staff are helpful but respectful to give you time to consider and compare on your own. The return policy is a great insurance in case the bed does not work out. Price match guarantee is also very useful.

I stopped by quality sleep in Bellevue today to try the new Instant Comfort Number Bed Q9 and I was so impressed! That is the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. The feet adjust. The head adjusts. I love that you can adjust it exactly to your body. Plus, the customer service was amazing. I tried almost all the mattresses and Tom was patient and explained the highlights of every model with a smile. He really listened to me and tried to match me to the best bed for me, not just all the most expensive one. They also have pillows, mattress covers, sheets and free delivery. Such a great store and a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this place.

I was happy at first, made a special trip to the store after visiting a number of other mattress retailers and research. Then, not long after, the typical hard sell tactics and attitude issues began to surface. I was given the lowest quality mattress protector one could ever imagine as a consultation prize for spending top retail price, I did not haggle due to my nature. In conclusion, this store was the worst experience, I should have paid top dollar somewhere else. I will remember this negative buying experience and definitely not recommend this retailer to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Quality Sleep Mattress Store in Bellevue. I had gone on Labor Day and the owner, Tom, had taken the time to educate me on all the different types of mattresses and was very knowledgeable. I felt like he was a very honest man who sincerely had my best interests at heart. The whole experience was great and I ended up purchasing from the store. My experience here was considerably better then their competitors such as mattress firm, Sears, and Macys. Prices seemed to be very competitive and Tom was a pleasure to talk to. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Yvonne was great and all ended well and we are very happy with our mattress. That being said I would have two recommendations. The mattress that you test in the store may be different from the new one you receive. Maybe fat people tested it a number of times and made it feel softer. We had to return the first purchase as it was hard as a rock unlike the one we tested in the store. Second suggestion is, prepare to wait at least the full ten days or longer for delivery. This may be a problem on the supplier for the box springs. Lee was most helpful in trying to expedite matters. Again I would like to thank Yvonne for her patience and personality throughout the whole purchase.The delivery guys were wonderful!

Lee, who was helping us, sold us not just a queen box spring, but a king Sealy bed, two king pillows a mattress pad and pillow covers!!! We did not feel any pressure at all. We called Quality Sleep in Bellevue, because we were trying to find a family owned business to work with us on 3 critical needs:1. We needed 2 top quality mattresses for our home.2. I am so excited to have a new store in Bellevue. I stopped by Quality Sleep last week to check it out, and do a little preview. The show room was so much better than the typical mall stores!! They had a selection of what must have been close to 50 beds ranging from economy priced to top of the line name brand mattress options.Knowing I can find great deals, have awesome customer service from employees that clearly know their product and are NOT pushy or high pressure sales makes the idea of buying a new mattress so much better.I am really impressed with all that I saw and highly recommend this location!!

Searching for and eventually finding an Extra Firm mattress turned out to be an overwhelming challenge. We love this store! Wed needed a new mattress for a while, but had been hesitant to go try some out because the two stores near us had very bad salespeople. One night we stopped in here on a whim instead. Were so utterly delighted that we did! The salesman didnt sell or try to make us feel guilty or dumb. He told us the truth about each mattress and answered all our questions. He made recommendations and kept track of our comments to help us remember our choices as we went along, and he got us checked out quickly once wed made up our minds. Its easy to recommend a company when you have first-hand experience with them. Quality Sleep is a company thats worth recommending as Ive purchased several mattresses from them. Last week I helped a family friend connect with them as she had a bad experience going it alone with one of the big mattress companies ....she felt like they wanted to close the sale after every mattress she tried. If you want the opposite experience check out Quality Sleep. They have 40-50 beds on the floor of their Bellevue location, a variety of options, including a hybrid memory foam/spring coil that my friend settled on and it was a relaxing experience with no hurry or pressure. Lots of education too...such a breath of fresh air. They delivered today as my friend emailed me a pic of her new mattress...she was excited the delivery guys set up the new bed and hauled away the old mattress too. Kudos to Quality Sleep for a great experience. Wish I could give you 5+ stars!

Its easy for us to know where to go any time we need a mattress because of their lowest-price guarantee. If you bring in a competitors published regular price this store will match it. It doesnt get any easier than this.

I already ordered and pay my mattress 12 days ago. Today they call me just saying that my mattress in going to be here next Saturday, so I have to wait almost 15 days for my mattress. It’s the most terrible service ever! I want cancel my order, but off course, the charge 20%. Nobody call, nobody answer my questions or send any papers.... Never, ever buy something to this store!
