I love the products. The store employees are always polite. But I got to be honest, their business model is archaic. I have a product that requires periodic replacement parts which the store does not stock. Additionally, they do not have an online ordering system. That gives me the option of driving over an hour roundtrip to the store or calling. But when you call, they can never help you then, but have to call you back. So you wait.Once they order the part, its a 2-4 week delivery window. But wait theres more! They have to send you paperwork to sign, including an order form and credit card slip. They cant seem to drop ship the product to you directly, but only ship to store. That of course requires a trip to the store (an hour or more roundtrip) or they will mail it to you from the store (requiring another phone call), of course causing additional costs and delays. Not to mention an additional round of paperwork to sign documents related to paying the postage and mailing.Its seriously at the point where its just too much trouble to do business with them.

Lovely bedding and youll end up with a ton of new decorating ideas, especially for super small spaces!
