Our experience here was great. We were cared for by the owner, who was attentive, kind and understanding. Lillian spent a lot time with us helping us choose the right mattress. Any problems we had, she addressed them and worked with us. Very accommodating. She is also very knowledgeable about the mattresses and carefully chooses where her products come from. We love that the whole process is personable and is nothing like going into a bigger shop.

Bought our mattress back in September after two weeks of searching around.The Sleep Store was the first store we visited and Lilian (the owner) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and she let us test without any pressure of buying. We really liked one of the mattresses she recommended, but as it was the first place we entered, we wanted to visit other stores to compare. After we went visited another 4-5 places (both chains and independently owned), we came back.We love the mattress we ended up purchasing: great support, organic, double sided for longer life time, not that expensive compared to many others weve seen. We also love the wool topper she recommended. The mattress was built to order and got delivered on time.Great value for money! Definitely recommend this local business.

Lillian, the store owner, is amazing! Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable, and helpful. Holly is great, too. They will spend as much time as you need with you to choose the right mattress or combo, and they encourage you to spend time resting on the bed you think you want. My husband is over 6ft tall and we have very different sleeping habits, so our mattress needs are very different. This family-owned and operated business did for us what other local top-name companies could not, find us a mattress to fit our needs! They are VERY educated about beds and spent hours with us until we found the right fit. They even checked how different mattresses impacted our spinal alignment. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and sympathetic and they treated us with the same level of care I imagine they would for their own family. Most importantly they are determined to help make your life better through better sleep, and they have for us! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us. It has changed our lives to be finally sleeping again.

I wish I could add another star, this is a family owned business and they are just wonderful people. We shopped all over and online for a natural latex mattress with no off gassing and the right amount of firmness and it turned out the best deal for the high quality we were looking for was right across the street and locally owned. Truly a wonderful experience all around. So glad we saw the sign and popped in to take a look.

These guys are literally the best in the business! I am telling everyone to go there when they need new beds & bedding. They have a great selection of organic and natural stuff, but more than anything they have the most kind and knowledgeable staff! Both Holly & Lillian are sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and will work with you FOREVER to get the exact bed that makes you feel comfortable, and teach you about different materials and how they work with your body at the same time. I am floored by how much help theyve given us. These guys will take care of you not only when youre in the store looking to buy stuff, they will continue to help you with any sleep-related issues you have long after youve bought their products! I ended up getting a bed that was too soft and caused me back pain (My fault, I had a too-hard bed previously and ended up fixating on a super soft bed despite advice that it might not be best for me) but when I came in to explain, Lillian completely fixed it and we went home THAT DAY with the pieces we needed to fix our bed and a new bed configuration to make pain-free comfortable sleep happen, and without paying millions of dollars for new organic stuff like I was expecting (the bed I bought didnt allow for free returns so I was afraid any changes I made would cost me lots of money for shipping & purchasing new layers - instead The Sleep Store worked WITH me to fix it and probably ended up eating the extra cost). I cant recommend these guys highly enough! Please, please try them next time you need ANYTHING sleep related, whether a comfortable pillow, topper, or whole new bed!

You might be hearing commercials on TV about the Sleep Store. It is the very best place to shop for a bed. Lorraine is so wonderful and educated about all brands, it seems. We purchased the Savy Rest 100% Latex Bed in March and we could not be happier. My husband thanks me every night for searching for this bed.
