Outstanding customer service, really impressed. I have recently ordered a pair of Britzgo BHA-1222 hearing amps as a present for my dad and theoretically they should have arrived before my scheduled departure. Unfortunately due to the Canada Post labor dispute the delivery was delayed beyond my departure date; called Britzgo, explained the situation and they saved the day by offering a new set of amplifiers ready to be picked up in person from their office in Richmond BC. They really know how to attract and keep their customer base. In today’s competitive market, the old saying “If you don’t take care of your customer, somebody else will” is truer than ever and looks like these guys have elevated the customer oriented service to new heights. Kudos Britzgo.Will follow up with a detailed review of the BHA-1222 once I’d have the chance to test it.
