Costco is a great place to shop with plenty of different options for just about anything. Also, there rotisserie chicken is the best.

It is wholesale. Products and prices are good. Customer services is non existent. That isnt a bad thing, there just isnt any on the floor. Not sure why you pay a membership fee, that takes off a star.

I love the company, love the products, love the employees, and I love the prices! Its rare that anyone else has a better price on a product sold at Costco and I have never been disappointed by a Kirkland label product of any kind. The mix of quality and price makes them the best value, and you can return anything if youre not satisfied (which no one else does anymore).

Definitely worth the yearly membership. Deals everywhere from food to clothes to household needs. Just dont lose your party its hard to find them again in the huge store.

Well worth the yearly membership just for their amazing $5 rotisserie chickens! They pay their employees a living wage with solid benefits that most companies refuse to match, sacrificing corporate profits for happy and reliable employees who, in turn, are helpful, compassionate, amd very efficient. Youre going to spend $100 whenever you go there, but youry getting $200 worth of stuff. Totally worth it!

Bought some quality imported cheeses. Warehouse was clean. Fast check out and friendly employees.

Long line for check out handled very well! People at register very helpful and efficient! People at door check very friendly and efficient. Guy collecting carts in parking lot extremely helpful. People at New membership desk helpful but not friendly! They actually looked tired.

I love Costco its a great place to pick up some food for the week and also to see what deals are going on. They have a good variety of things from appliances to food.

I like to go to Costco. Bit you need to be ready to buy in quantity. Like to buy lamb chops and vacuum pack them 2 @ time. But they havent had any for a long time now 😠. Since covid no more free samples. Miss that also. Snack bar giant all beef hotdog $1.50 is just Great. Lots of nice stuff there. Wish I could afford more. Good bargains if you can afford.

Love the deals. Disappointed that a large percentage of staff at this Costco were not wearing masks. They interact with thousands of customers per day, many of whom have COVID, but management does not care enough about customer safety to require masks. Look at the Covid incidence rate and you will be as alarmed as I am.

Only thing I didnt like about my trip here was the tire associate. Went there with my son for his vehicle. He was very short and only showed us 1 tire option for his vehicle. I asked if this was the only option and he didnt answer me. Then he went and helped another customer with a battery. Well we left and went across the street and bought a set of 4 tires and they were done in a little over an hour.

Its nice. Prices are good. But being a wholesaler thwre is not guarantee products you purchase this week will be there next week.

Good product availability and cheapest gas prices. There are items I can consistently get here at very competitive prices. The personnel is always courteous and helpful! 😎

Easy to shop due to the layout but Ive realized I shouldnt get attached to certain brands or items because they change up their options and discontinue items frequently enough to be annoying. The executive membership is worth the up charge because if you shop there enough it pays itself off quicker!

Great products..could be a nice shopping experience but as many people that work there..good luck finding any help.

It was a my first time at Costco, they did have a variety of products. No WiFi which was a minus. Otherwise it was a good shopping experience.

Always love our Costco day! We have our favorite things we always buy, and it never fails....we go in for 5 things and leave with 15!

Have shopped Costco many moons ago when it and Sams Club 1st opened. Use to be Sams was better than Costco, here in Greenbay its the other way around. Sams has less Items to offer.

Usually have good experiences. Got a soda at food court and that tap wouldnt shut off unless your put your hand under the soda and wiggled it for about 20 seconds. Told staff about it and he stated its not running now and I explained how I stopped it from constant running and another person who just used it was there and said the same thing. He argued with us that it was working fine but would let someone know and started piling boxes. I explained the same thing to the person who checks your receipts and she said she is end of the line and to let member services or a manager know. My ice was starting to melt and didnt want to wait in line for member services to report the same thing a third time. Seems to be a not my problem mentality at this location even when it becomes a safety issue with surfaces and wasting company money.

I’ve shopped at this Costco location a number of times and have always been pleased with the friendly service, except this time. Our cashier, Lindsay, immediately barked at us for not starting to unload our cart while she finished up with the previous customer. She was very unfriendly and short during our transaction and didn’t say thank you. Definite thumbs down on Lindsay and her abilities dealing with the public.The saving grace was the lady at the exit- unfortunately did not catch her name-who was very personable and kind. She allowed me to leave with a smile. If I see Lindsay again, I’ll steer clear of her line. Don’t need to be verbally abused by the Costco cashier.

Great location to do your bulk shopping. It gets really busy on the weekends, and right at opening, but as long as you plan ahead a little bit, you should be able to get your trip done with relative ease and speed. Check out here it’s super fast! Don’t be intimidated by the lines.

This is my favorite Costco! The selection is incredible and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Not from the area but I will make the trip to GB to shop at this Costco. Rick, a store supervisor, was my cashier. Rick was fast and friendly. I will return to this Costco.

Indoor dining is back. I love this store. Great deals on certain foods and they will be giving out samples again June 14th.

Hit or Miss. They never seem to be stocked real well. I know Costco is a revolving door as far as available items in store, but this place always seems to have much less than other Costcos Ive been to.

Erika the optical department technician really went above and beyond. It was really busy, she juggled incoming calls and clients waiting to be helped including myself. She really took extra time explaining specific benefits of products she was offering me. I have had measurements taken before but not as thorough as she did today. She should be commended for a job well done and with an exceptional attitude on a really busy day.

Coctco is Costco anywhere you go. Super efficient store. Checkout is a breeze. The liquor store is great. But not alot of domestic 6 packs. I take advantage of their grocery deals. Excellent frozen vegetables and fruit. Most of the stuff they sell is just to big for a single person. The clothing is top notch.

Always something there one did not intend to purchase. And the pizza is good!

Overwhelming selection of merchandise. Quality products. And you cant beat the gasoline prices.

Good place to get gas if you are a member,save about 20 cents per gal.

Usually has everything you need under one roof.We got camping equipment, groceries, house decor...Our favorite is being able to get high quality things at a cheaper price and/or in bulk.

I really applaud the hard-working folks at Costco through the whole COVID-19 pandemic. Theyve been really diligent about keeping it both safe and efficient to check out. Were members of both warehouse clubs in the area and Costco is still our favorite.

The food was as expected for a McDonalds. Was there around 11:00PM and the drive through was extremely busy.

Truck driver experience... they are pretty quick getting you in and out for live load and unload. They didnt say anything to me about parking here during thr night. Just dont park at the dock, you probably dont want to do that since the sign says not to. Lol! Good experience.

Just love Costco. Every stop must haves; rotisserie chicken. Pork tenderloin, kirkland coffee (costa rica), spinach artichoke dip, popcorn combo cheese and caramel. Cheap gas too!

We love this store, but lately have been frustrated about the lack of certain items that should be constant. For instance...your 12 Kirkland hot dogs (delicious) are for sale , but no hogie buns to fit them. They are for sale in the restaurant area, but not in the store. A couple months ago, you had the rolls, but no hot dogs! It seems like these two items should be always available for purchase together.

Just found out that COSTCO treats and pays its employees better than Sams Culb and Wal-Mart does! Also I have to safe always a buck, which I do by shopping hear, I do not like Cooperation sharing its profits only with the rich!!!!So thank you for making everyone happy!

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation for my girlfriends parents for their vehicle since they are up in years, and this would be one less thing for them to stress over.Thats when the fun started. It took them awhile to find the vehicle in their system. They purchased the tires from Costco, so tire rotations are free. I am also a member, so I didnt think this would be an ordeal. It was. I ended up calling my girlfriends father to get his Costco number. Apparently the orders have to be chiseled into some sort of stone tablet because it took way longer than it should to check in a vehicle with an appointment.We finally got to the part of contacting me when the vehicle would be done, 30 to 60 minutes to rotate tires. I gave them my number and Id be in the store. Before I left the counter, I double checked that they had my phone number to call me. Yep, yep, we got it.60 minutes goes by and Im checked out and now sitting over by their counter. They looked really busy for a place that had every bay open and workers standing around when I arrived. I sat there 15 minutes and people were coming and going, even the guy that checked me in. I thought we had a good thing going because of the amount of time we spent together checking in and I did slip him my number. Nope, I was invisible. I get up to check to see what is going on after 75 minutes since checking in.Well there was an extensive line of one ahead of me and two people were really burning the midnight oil to help this guy buy tires. Others came and went and I still didnt exist. The one guy must have broken a sweat with tire guy because I could have sworn he left, took a shower, and came back to finish helping him. Finally someone comes to see if Ive been helped. Thats a negative.I ask the status of my vehicle and he said it was done long ago. I asked why they didnt call me? We didnt have your number was his reply. I informed him that I gave it to them and double checked that they had it. I even went over to the pad that they wrote it down on and there it was. Amazing.So, I guess this relationship is off. I was ghosted by a tire center after I gave them my real number. My shopping experience in the store was uneventful as usual. My experience with the tire center will be my last. Too bad. My car is due for tires and Costco Tire Center made it easier to find a place because I will not have to consider buying tires from them.

What is not to like... cheapest gas in Green Bay....bigger parking stalls.. clean..large aisles..great prices.. I save $ 20-30.00 everytime I go there. Fast checkouts ... just saved over $100.00 on one item vs big box stores.. Glad I bought my membership.. will continue to renew..

Costco is well worth the 115 mile drive 1 way prices are super, yes you buy in quantity but we only shop every other month, your in and your out way faster....Ive been a Costco fan for close to 20 years, the quality of everything you purchase is impeccable.........
