Very quick look in a nose and discussion about history and we have a plan. Glad that there are options to try first aside from just jumping into any kind of surgery.Wonderful staff all around!!

Not only was I lied to when I called ahead and informed them I would be late for an appointment, but I was greeted with rudeness and actual sarcasm from a fully grown 50 or 60 something year old woman. Shame on you, Proliance. Disrespect for a patients time and dignity.

Bellevue ENT is the best! Been helping me for 20 years. Dr. Laury is amazing, personable and thorough. I have never been disappointed in prescribed treatment.

Overall good experience, efficient, staff was nice, wrote separate review of Dr. Knipe which was 5 star.Not sure the going rates but no insurance cost $250 a visit, also add a few minutes if you drive for parking and going through a couple elevators.

Virtually no wait time. Nurses/techs/ staff were nice and helpful. Doctor was decent, but as usual the visit was brief. The website for early check in and filling out forms was spectacularly awful.

Front desk was friendly and efficient. I saw Dr Truong for the first time, who is very smart, however I do not recommend him if you are a Senior Citizen. He was abrupt when I got off track, and I didn’t think he had any real interest in solving my problem.

I scheduled an appointment because Id never truly known what it was to breath normally through my nose and wanted to know what could be done to help. Suffering from severe allergies to dust mites and having a deviated septum, I opted for surgery. Dr. Truong performed the surgery and the only regret I have is not doing this sooner. Surgery went smoothly, I felt practically no pain whatsoever, and am healing without any issues. Best of all, I can breath! I cried tears of joy after the first followup to get the splints removed, which was also quick and pain free. I cannot recommend Dr. Truong and his staff enough! Thank you so very much!

Dr. Truong has a very poor style. He approached our sixteen year old son who broke his nose in basketball with arrogance and disinterest. Our son commented that he felt unwelcome as though the Dr. didnt think he should be there. He offered little to no information or detail without us pressing with questions. Would not return.

The doctors are nice but the billing department is horrible! They are cheating by randomly charging people for the follow-up visits. At first, they said the follow-up is free. Then they said, based on the contract, you are responsible for the copay after 90 days of the surgery date. Then they said it was not 90 days it was 10 days! Clearly they are dishonest and cheating their patients!And they told me this one year after the surgery, and chasing me to pay the ridiculous bill!Im telling my friends and relatives not going to this clinic any more!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Kopelovich and Bellevue ENT. They are a first class organization on all accounts.

Facility has on-site parking, was nice and clean, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Overall a good experience.

I met with Dr Knight and he was very pleasant and listened carefully to what I had to say. I fee very comfortable if I have him go ahead with a procedure we discussed. Also his staff was very friendly and helpful.

The nurses and doctor are very responsive and friendly. Their clinic is a little difficult to find and you have to take two elevators. Plan give yourself a little extra time. Their Issaquah location is much accessible and parking is free.

Scheduling easy and seamless. Theyre busy so I had to hold for a while. Intake and paperwork was easy. Audiologist very good. Dr Truong was excellent as well. The bill has yet to come, so well see what my insurance and Proliance do to me. lol

This is her husband, Bill Solomon, posting as I am Dr. Laury’s patient. Dr. Laury is great! I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest and approached the condition in a practical way. Most of my visits have related to infections and sinusitis as well as vertigo. Easy to work with.

I have salivary issue, I visit their Clinic three times, each visit cost my $144 after insurance , first time they even didnt find it is salivary issue, then my family doctor found the root, then I went to ENT again, every time the doctor keep saying I should observe and wait for couple of months, nothing they did but charge me Dilation of salivary duct $149, the salivary gland stones still there! I had to visit my Dentist to fix my issue (attched the stones my dentist help me remvoed). basically they didnt do anything, just talk to me then charge me $450, what was that!!!

The doctors here were very friendly. My only problem was the fact that they had to rescheduled my appointment but didnt contact me ahead of time. I didnt find out until I got there for my first appointment.

Unfortunately despite a great job by the surgeon (Dr. Laury) the complete lack of professionalism regarding estimates and billing has meant that I cannot recommend this practice to others. I asked for over a week for an estimate and was final given one the Friday before my sons surgery on Monday. Then when the bill arrived from the facility it was $300 more than I was told, almost double the original estimate. I called the billing team and was told that the scheduler was poorly trained due to COVID and that I would have to talk to her, the billing person was quite rude during the conversation. After filing a compliant through their feedback channel I am told that the scheduler never gave me a cost for the surgery center or the anesthesiologist. Then why do have have prices written down next to each of those in my notebook. Guess I just made those numbers up. If you cant provide a reasonable estimate to your patients or inform them how to get an estimate youre not doing your job.

De. Kopelovich was super professional and kind. Surgery went smoothly. This was the second tubes surgery we had to do for our kid. We did the first one at a different clinic that was twice more expensive, and so far, 90 days after, things are looking great.Very recommended!!

Dr. Knipe is a terrific doctor. Happy to have found him after moving here from Virginia.

Great clinic! I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Front desk personnel is very nice and efficient. Dr. Zundel is caring and thorough. His MA Lisa is terrific too. I highly recommend Dr Zundel for all your ENT needs.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. The buildings layout is extremely confusing. You have to take two different elevators to get to the correct floor. Just give yourself a few extra minutes to get there.

Their staff is wonderful, in particular their rock star doctors. In my own case, Dr. Knipe is extremely knowledgeable and his bed side manner could not be better. They dont validate parking but, aside from that, it cannot be beat!

Make an appointment quickly. Staffs are nice Don’t come to urgent care waste your time,money and health problems.

Dr Samson Lee is the best. No other compares to him.

This clinic is the worst place Ive ever visited, please DONT go to this place in the future!!! The doctor here is so unprofessional and just wants to earn you money. They asked you to sign the waiver to do some exam which is totally useless, whats more important, they never told you that it is charged expensively. After the expensive and useless exam, the solution to your symptoms is just everything looks fine and it is just allergy. Their bill manager is also very impatient to answer your questions. anyway, JUST DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC, ITS THE WORST!!

Dont go anywhere else. I saw other doctors in another local practice who were indifferent, and plain old school in practice and mentality. One doctor even made me sit through a video made in the 80s about sinus surgery before even diagnosing me. Go to this place. Dr, Knipe was sharp, and very thorough. I wouldnt take my care anywhere else.

We were seen on time for 2 back to back appointments and liked both the doctor and audiologist but the parking garage was confusing and frustrating and doing a visit with a toddler was tough in a number of ways.

Clean and prompt. Doc helped me w problem and now I know how to care for myself and heal!

I had been having ear problems for 10 months before I threw a fit and asked to see a new ENT. I got in a few days later, doctor was fabulous! And within 6 weeks I had kinda major surgery to fix my ear and get rid of all the infection. I had been told for months by other doctor and other ENT that there wasnt anything wrong.

Ive been seeing Dr.Troung here and I didnt have any issue with him. But, one of their schedulers is really rude. I dont know how she got hired as a front desk/scheduler with such manner. It wasnt just once, but I end up talking to the same person multiple times and she was rude every time. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to keep coming here because most of the ENT doctors in Bellevue are here.

Doctor Lee listened to all of my concerns and addressed them professionally. Overall quality of care was very high and so was my confidence in the staff.

Here is the view from inside the building. Its interesting to see the progress DOT is making. As for BENAT, the receptionist is great; welcoming, instructive (be prepared for lengthy forms ) as is the medical assistant. While the physician diagnosed and successfully treated my issue, the little procedure he did was painful. He isnt an exrovert, be prepared. Since hes one of many there, pick someone else. Message me, Ill tell you who.

Dr Thomas Knipe performed the WRONG procedure on me. Caused more pain than prior to visiting him... would not recommend this doctor.

I am continually impressed by how efficient and friendly Bellevue ENT. I have been a patient here for allergy and sinus infections. Exceptional staff!

Even with reservation, I still waited 20min to see the doctor. After 8min talk with the doctor, I got nothing but was referred to another dentist clinic. And the bill for this visit is $200.

Dr. K has gone above and beyond to meet my 2 year old sons emergency needs. Its never easy sending your baby into surgery, but I know hes in good hands!

Saw Dr. Knipe and staff - was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, I didnt have to wait long when I got there, and everyone was very cordial. Dr. Knipe did a great job of explaining what was going on. Highly recommend Bellevue ENT!
