Great expirence overall. They were motivated to sell me the car at a very fair price. I work over an hour away and dont get off work until they close, and they will willing to wait for me until I got there. I came in with my own financing ready to go, and unlike every other dealership I went to they didnt push me to go through their lenders.I will refer anyone I know who needs a new car over to them, and will be back for my next.Also, as a side note, i had to bring in my two year old when I went in to do docs, and the woman who was helping me was super sweet and patient with her. A great team to work with, and a great car!

By far the best experience me and my boyfriend could’ve ever had buying our first car! Drove all the way from Lake Stevens to look at one specific car and couldn’t be happier with our choice! Andre was very helpful with the whole process, got us approved fast with an amazing interest rate and even paid for our vehicle to be inspected and everything to be fixed after we noticed a problem! We were also given a loner car to use for the time our car was in the shop! Definitely will be going back!

1st review I have ever written, but after a relatively bad experience buying a used car for my partner’s son from ANOTHER dealership, I thought you should know they (J A Auto sales) are amazing!!! It’s great they have a detail shop too so their cars are amazing. We loved the used car so much (Mercedes SUV) that we put our new car in “storage” for insurance purposes as we liked our “new” used SUV so much. Had a dent we didn’t see, they fixed it. Absolutely recommend this organization and their owners/employees.

Finally an honest car dealership. Great team and a professional business. They also own a detail shop connected to the dealership and they take great care of every single vehicle there. This was the most stress free and simple car purchase I’ve ever done. Highly recommend! Thank you all for a great car!

I had such an amazing experience buying from J & A Auto. My husband and I came across one of their SUVs online and decided to make the drive to Bellevue to check it out. The vehicle was even better than I had imagined and in great condition. The detailing job was so clean and really nice. Great experience! Family run. After taking the car to an independent mechanic, they ended up fixing most of the issues that came back from the mechanic. Saved me a lot of time! Even took the car to the dealership and had a recall issue addressed. Good communication. They seemed invested in being honest and caring. Sweet how they took a photo of us with our new car :-)

I purchased a white 1998 jeep grand Cherokee.I normally dont go to dealerships or car lots to buy my vehicles but I was in the market for something in particular and went to J & A. What I found was exactly what I was looking for in better condition than I could have imagined and a very fair price. I was so happy to see that I was buying my vehicle from friendly people with honesty and integrity. While I was on my way home there was a user error with the vehicle and I thought there was something wrong and when I called Andre he assured me that I could bring the vehicle back and he would have it fixed. After a short amount of time of messing with things it just was that I had bumped the transfer case shifter with my knee and taking it out of four-wheel drive locking the shifter. While I sat in the ferry line thinking I was broke down Andre kept in contact with me to make sure that things would be resolved and once I figured out what the issue was I drove onto the boat and I have not had issues and dont foresee any issues. I was very impressed by his ability to stay calm while talking to a panic and frustrated customer (me). The vehicle was detailed perfectly the inside and outside are clean beyond belief. I could not be happier with J&A.

J & A was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the purchase process. Service records were provided and when I asked to have the vehicle inspected by my regular shop, it was not a problem. Highly recommend you give them a look if your in the market for a used car.

J & A Auto Sales are truly one of the good guys! As paperwork was being done he came in and had noticed something was wrong with the car that he could have just overlooked. He didnt he offered to pay for the repair. It turns out this repair cost him about $1,800. He ALLWAYS was friendly and offered a loaner while the work was being done. This family run business should be looked at for being one of the most honest and friendly businesses in Bellevue. You will no go wrong working with J & A Auto Sales.

I had a great buying experience at J&A Auto. Andrey was low-pressure, informed, honest and patient as we worked through checking out the car--a Chevy Volt--and then confirming financing with BECU. The car was clean and in great shape, and the entire process was one of the best Ive experienced in buying a car. Highly recommend these folks and this company. Bought the car August 31st, and ben very happy with it.
