Sam, owner of this place made my purchase easy by doing all paperwork for me for minimum amount. He gave me useful suggestion about the trucks that I own. Our Business placed a deposit on a truck as it was presented as being in excellent condition. After driving 2 hours to pick up the truck we found that it was in very poor condition. They had taken white spray paint to hide rust and damage and the interior was full of broken parts and a cracked dash. The truck had a major oil leak and was not at all in the condition they had suggested. They refuse to return our deposit and we will be taking legal action against them. Please beware when dealing with this business. They are clearly out to rip people off.

Bought a car here they told me they had replaced a motor mount, three weeks later I had both mounts replaced and they were both old and worn out, so which one was replaced? It was a lie told right to my face. I also asked Does the car have body damage? That is a direct question containing six words. I was told, No, it doesnt. Professional body shop confirms the car was hit and repaired at right side rear. This car is worth at least a few grand less than I paid. Also claimed car was fully serviced, oil was filthy and like water, filters were dirt clogged, what was serviced? LIAR...Theres a BILLION cars in this world, buy one from someone who will not lie at your face!! If a car dealer is telling you something it is A LIE!!

Purchased a bmw from Saide, within 2 weeks the car was not drivable. Saide had told me it was a sensor malfunction, took it into the shop and was told it was the drivetrain that would cost 4,000. Platinum motors refuses to take any responsibility as they knowingly knew the issue. I was told it’s drivable because it was able to “drive off the lot.” I am disgusted with how they do business. VERY slimy company that does not care about customers or doing the right thing. Their lack of morals and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. Do not do business with this company.

Purchased a 2008 Silverado from Platinum Motors (sam) Sunday July 26. Was notified by garage after 8 days coolant was leaking into head gasket. $4,000 to fix. Called Platinum motors but they were not willing to take responsibility.I would be careful with future purchase.
