I just bought my beautiful Audi A6 and was extremely happy with experience. Sean took is time to explain everything about the car and I came back the next day for more. No problem. They took care of all my worries. Prices are great - super competitive, but I still got a little discount to make me happy. Inventory nice and cars are well picked. We recently purchased a Volvo convertible from Bellevue Auto House. Our salesman was Jim Oakley. Our experience with Jim was exceptional. The car was in high demand and yet he held it for us until we got there a few days later to see the car. He could of sold it multiple times. There was NO pressure, even though he held it. We have bought many cars over the years and this was by far our best experience, because of Jim. He really cares about his customers. We highly recommend Jim and Bellevue Auto House. We needed a replacement wind shield and Jim graciously picked us up at the windshield place and took us over to the Bellevue Square. He came back 2 hours later to pick us back up. He went beyond the call of duty on so many levels. He even went as far as to dig up an old dusty HUGE red bow and had it on the car when he opened the garage door to show us the car. I wish I read the negative reviews before purchasing my son’s first car. My wife being Italian wanted a car made in Italy. We had planned on going to Maserati in Kirkland but wanted to look at Bellevue Auto House. We fell in love with a 2015 Maserati. We asked to test drive and were discouraged that we couldn’t due to the company not wanting extra miles on it. That was a red flag but ignored it. We didn’t negotiate the price and bought it for what they wanted. A week later the check brake pads sign came on. We contacted Bellevue Auto House and were hoping since we were good customers that they would at least offer some type of compensation for the breaks to be repaired. They offered nothing and now we will need to pay $2,900 for brakes on a car that we have only had for a week with 20,000 miles on it. We had planned on buying another car from here but due to their poor customer service we will be spending our money at Maserati in Kirkland. Do not purchase a car from this company. They do not know how to treat their customers.

I bought a car from Bellevue Auto House 2 years ago and recently had an issue with the 3rd party warranty company not covering the cost to an engine issue. Small but interesting luxury inventory of cars. Not the same old selection as every dealer on auto row so that makes them my kind of place. Condition of used vehicles seemed good. Ads for cars were accurate, I wasnt disappointed that I made the drive to see the Jaguar I was looking at.

Bought a car from Alan a couple weeks ago and I am very happy with the service. He has many options of upscale cars and is very knowledgeable about all of them. I went back to pick up my plates from him, and he was very kind to install them for me as well as take care of various miscellaneous things like cleaning sap that had fallen on my car. Id definitely buy from him again.

We got to work with Alfredo and he gave us honest details on the different cars(Audi, BMW, and Lexus) we were looking into. We got to test drive two of the cars and it sold us on the BMW. We worked through all the details of the trade in, insurance and financing and came away with our new X1. Amazing experience. Sean was pleasant from moment one, even though I was dressed in ratty jeans and a t-shirt. He spent a lot of time asking questions and showing me convertibles in the huge showroom. I ended up test driving a Porsche and a Benz -- eventually financing and purchasing the latter. I could not be happier and will shop here again.

I am taking the time to write this review because I believe in GOOD customer service. I was in a situation where I had to find a car within two weeks after being hit in a rear end collision. With that being said, one could only imagine the stress and difficulty in finding the right car within a short period of time. By the time I arrived at Bellevue Auto House, I had already experienced five bad experiences with dealers who were rude, didnt listen and were simply not trained to give ANY service. The second I inquired about the BMW I was looking for, Alan was quick to respond to my needs. Both of his sales associates were busy, but he took the time to engage, ask me what my needs were and he IMMEDIATELY found someone on his staff to accompany me on a test drive for the BMW 525i. On top of that, Paula Joe asked if I wanted any coffee-which is always a nice gesture.Following that great service, he also worked with me on pricing and went as far to hold the car for me for one day. We recently bought a used Audi from this dealership, and it was a good experience overall. My husband and I dread dealing with car dealerships, but the staff here made it pleasant. Purchased a 2011 BMW Z4 from Bellevue Auto House last month and could not be happier with their service. The day after I purchased the car, cracks were found in both rear wheels. The folks at Bellevue Auto House went above and beyond my expectations and paid to have both damaged wheels replaced. They negotiated in good faith, helped make the car affordable by locating low rate financing. And based on my personal experience they stand by their cars when it counts the most.

They sold me a car and showed me a printed black and white copt of a clean carfax( always ask for the freshest carfax on the carfax site) a year later found out my cars actually had a report on the carfax... so the conclusion is up to you

Came home today with a beautiful red BMW from these folks. I went to look at another, much more expensive car. Peter, the sales associate, listened to what I needed, and steered me to this one. It saved me a good deal of money, and Im delighted with the car. The whole experience was low key and friendly. Alan even threw in protective wrapping for my rear bumper! I would recommend these people as a very good option if you are looking to drive something very nice without having to pay the new car penalty.

Awesome people! Family type environment! Sean and Dale were Great! Went to Bellevue Auto house on 4.18.2013 with the intentions of purchasing a white 2011 Audi A4. I decided to apply for credit online to speed up the process. Sean called and told me to come in and he would help me with anything I needed and would make it work. When I got there Sean showed me around and was very helpful. Dale did the financing and could not be more pleasant! He got me the best deal I could have ever imagined and gave me some tips on the benefits of a warranty! They quoted me a payment of $650ish but when it was all said and done, Dale was able to get me a payment of $580 with warranty throughout the length of the contract. Could not be happier! Visited on a recent October quiet Sunday morning. Am looking to replace my 3 series with a newer model and there were three on the lot of interest. The sales associate did not offer his name or ask mine. He explained since I wasnt purchasing immediately I would not be permitted to drive any of the models of interest. Associate offered NO information about the models.Complete waste of time. Staff is unable to develop a customer relationship as they are bound by a transaction mentality.

A+ rating by the BBB doesnt say enough. Ace, Dale and Sean are very friendly and went out of there way by staying after hours to get me financed and into the car I wanted. Bellevue Auto House had a car I was interested in, so I went in there despite reading the bad reviews. I found it hard to believe the Yelp reviews that they assault customers. But its true! Alan, an owner, had a complete meltdown in front of us. It was during the middle of a discussion in his office, he suddenly snapped out of nowhere. We literally ran out when he lost his temper and started screaming hysterically.Bottom line, this place does not like it if you ask questions. Alan made it very clear he could care less about customer satisfaction. He flat out told us he seeks customers who dont ask questions and used every car salesperson pitch possible to pressure me to make a decision quickly without taking up his time. They sell luxury cars, youd think they would realize their customers will likely be intelligent buyers with higher expectations.I purchased a car elsewhere and could not be happier with my decision. The car is great and the customer service I received was outstanding. Also, nobody there verbally assaulted me - bonus!If youd like to be assaulted and pressured during your car purchase, this is definitely the place to go. If not, please do not waste your time with this place.

I had set up an appointment to take a look at a C400 and arrived promptly and was greeted by one of the employees, cant recall his name but had facial hair and was on the thicker side.It started off well but as the encounter continued he became more and more rude and disrespectful. Both my girlfriend and I were appalled by the way he spoke to us. I am on the younger side and perhaps he did not believe I could afford the car--even after I told him I daily drive a Cayman I bought 2 years ago.He kept making statements such as lets just cut it short and have you come back with your dad another day, and LAUGHED at our faces when I said I wanted to have my dad, mechanic by hobby, to take a look at the car as it was making a little too much sound under the hood.I read a previous review about this dealership selling them a car with pre-existing damage that was not covered so obviously getting a second look would be the wisest decision. Well, this set the guy off and he brushed it off while at the same time trying to get us to fill out an application in a condescending manner by saying You probably wont get approved but we can try it out.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.Deferring to the reviews, the rest of the staff sounds like theyre nice but this guy was a nightmare. We left right after in shock about his attitude. I ended up getting the same car, same features, with less miles and a lower price from a different dealer 45 mins away. And yes, Mr. Rude, I did get approved with an amazing interest rate. The lot had some amazing cars, if you stop by just make sure to avoid doing business with this man.

Wish I had read the reviews. Went to look at a car (which has been listed for sale over 500 days), which was in their showroom. the sales guy got dodgy the second I mentioned a PPI (DO NOT buy from these shady guys without one), and started babbling about not wanting to allow a test drive unless we were going to buy it...thats not how test drives work. The stupid thing is, weve test driven a couple of the same car previously, and this was the cheapest of the bunch. We were ready to make a purchase, but these bozos either dont want to sell their cars, or are hiding problems which would turn up during a PPI. Ill never know, because I wont be coming back. Stay away.

Bought a BMW 528i from here. Within 90 miles of leaving the dealership our check engine light came on. When we called and asked we were told the light was due to a low battery charge and to continue driving the car until it was sufficiently charged. Took it to a BMW dealership who diagnosed it with over 1300 in damage. With the information on when the error light came on BMW told us with 99% certainty that the dealership knew of the issues and cleared the error code. BMWs run diagnostic checks every 90 or so miles so the check engine light came on in the time it would have after a reset. And then we were told they werent willing to pay for the cost because we had driven too many miles on it!The owner was extremely rude, refused to help us, referred us to their trusted shop whom was not even certified to work on BMWs because he didnt trust BMWs honesty and level of work. Sold us a car with a recall but gave us no notice (illegal). Told us we could purchase the warrantee 45-90 days after the date of sale and completely backed it on that. Lied to the BBB saying we signed documents that we didnt, lied about the situation to the point that the BBB advised us to peruse litigation against the dealership and the owner. Also because of all of this they are refusing to submit out title transfer until 45 days after the sale because and I quote we are allowed to, so we are going to wait.This business is garbage just like the appearance of their building. The only positive we can take from this is our sales person was amazing. Hopefully she can get out of there before her business reputation is completely ruined.

I showed intrest over a car in me email and said I would drop in tomorrow for test drive as I was interested in buying car. This was the reply I got.We work by appointment only. Especially on Sunday. Please let me know what time you would work. Rarely write reviews; yet as I was shopping with my wife for a new (pre-owned) car, we stopped in on a weekend to check out the cars at the Auto House. I have to say, We had a very good experience. Worked closely with Sean and the extended sales team. Nothing but cordial and willing to take the time with us. We test drove a number of vehicles. 4 series bmw, 3 series Mercedes, etc. Sean took the time to also show my wife all the details of each vehicle.Although ultimately we landed on a brand new car, thus we did not purchase from BAH, we had a very good experience. Have read a number of reviews, with numerous negative comments. Seemed a bit unfair to me/us. They have a beautiful showroom & garage and take pride in having very nice vehicles on site. As a consumer, just need to know what you are looking for and what you want to pay. The sales team is used to dealing with high end consumers, who have $ and know what they want. Of course they want you to buy a car when you are on their lot, thats why theyre in business. Just need to be direct with what you want and are willing to pay. They can either do the deal or they wont. Pretty straight forward stuff.

To my surprise, that review was removed within a day of my post. They were kind, professional, very well informed - and the inventory at Bellevue Auto House cannot be beat. You will not be disappointed if you visit this business. I have told all of my friends, family, and colleagues about my wonderful experience. (Additionally, after my purchase of a beautiful M5 I had a mechanical issue arise - Bellevue Auto House responded to my concern immediately, got me an appt with BMW Seattle within an hour, and my experience was truly perfect - these gentlemen followed through every step of the way, even when they could have said their work with our deal was done). I just purchased a BMW 3 Series from Sean Kiani at Bellevue Auto House. After looking at some other places for the right car and being unsuccessful, I decided to try BAH. I know they always had nice cars on their lot when they were in downtown Bellevue, the new lot is great. Much bigger and tons of choices. I was looking for a BMW, Audi, or Mercedes so they were the perfect place to shop. All of their cars are very clean and they have such a huge selection. I ended up driving an Audi and the BMW that I ended up purchasing and Sean was extremely knowledgeable and informative without the pushy car salesman routine. The process was from start to finish was painless and ended up with a beautiful car that was exactly what I had been looking for. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a very clean pre-owned car and who wants to receive great pressure free service in the process.

The worst experience in my life. I was interested in an Audi A8L. I talked to Jim and the owner on the phone. Jim was very nice and provided all the information I needed. So I decided to fly to Seattle from Michigan to buy the car. When I got there, Jim was not there so I had to talk to Sean unfortunately. he was very very pushy and nervous about selling the car. I asked him if I can get the car to the Audi dealer to do inspection and he said he doesnt think the owner would accept it. The whole time he was nagging that I am too picky about the car and people just buy their cars without even seeing the cars just through Internet. The car was 42000 dollars so I think people who buy cars from them like that are very rich who dont care about their money. The next day that we went to buy the car, we checked the car one more time and saw that all the cigarette lighters are not working. So I asked Sean if they can fix the car and he said this car is as is and they cannot fix anything on the car while he was angry and shouting at me. Then he went and talked to Alan and Alan came to us and said because we buy the car from out of state and we have our loan lined up, we dont have any benefit for them and they prefer not to sell us the car. That rude. I cannot believe how bad are these sellers. Very rude. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who expect people respect them.Fortunately I bought a similar Audi A8L with similar mileage from Audi Seattle, pre-owned certified for 6000 dollars less than their car. They were very helpful and I had very good time buying the car from them.PS. Please read the way Alan responds to people reviews. Instead of apologizing for their behaviors, he still offend people to defend the company despite their disrespectful behaviors. Please check how long each car sits in their parking lot before they can sell them. For example for this Audi A8L, it has been sitting on their lot for more than 4 months. This is the result of their bad behavior and not treating people with respect.

THE WARRANTY DID NOT COVER due to it being a pre-existing condition.I HAD TO PAY $21,107.69 OUT-OF-POCKET TO GET THIS CAR REPAIRED.ALLEN PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE AND BASICALLY TOLD ME TO GO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE WARRANTY COMPANY.Ive posted the purchase receipt, tow receipt, and ALL repair invoices in the pictures section.. YES THIS REALLY HAPPENED TO ME!I purchased the car on 10/14/17. It was a BMW 750li with about 46,000 miles. I also purchased their $3600 premium warranty that covered everything but the usual wear-and-tear on the vehicle.6 days later.. 10/23/17 the car wouldnt start. I called a towing service and they towed the car to a repair shop. The repair shop diagnosed the problem and told me the battery and starter needed to be replaced. Allen told me hed help pay for the battery.. which he did not! Luckily, the warranty did cover the starter.3 weeks later.. THE VERY NEXT DAY after I get the car out of the shop, theres a grinding noise coming from the engine. I get the car towed back to the repair shop... AND GUESS WHAT?! The engine needed to replaced.After multiple calls to the warranty company.. and multiple denials. After multiple calls to Allen, with absolutely no help.. I decided to pay for the engine replacement out-of-pocket.I just got the car back today.. 3/1/18. Since 11/07/17, Ive been paying the car payments and insurance without being able to drive the car.Not only did Allen sell me a POS car, he sold me a POS warranty. The only advice he could give me was, Have your attorney file a lawsuit against the warranty company.Like I said, Ive provided all the receipts and invoices in the picture section to prove this is a LEGITIMATE NIGHTMARE.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!SEE PICTURES BELOW!

I bought a 3 series BMW convertible , I was dreading the process since I never bought a car on my own before . Allen and Alfredo were really awesome and helpful . Very patient , and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns . Could have never had a better experience . Not only that but I went back a few weeks later with some scratches on my car , they took care of it for free .Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know .

I read some of the less than 3 star reviews for this dealership on Yelp and I was surprised to say the least. I can only share my experience with Ace, Alfredo and Dale - but here it is - TWO THUMBS UP for all three of them! I just purchased my 1st Bavarian beauty at their dealership yesterday (5/23/13). I spent more than 3 weeks researching (Im a professional market researcher by the way) and had visited their lot 4 times. Ill admit Ace (one of the partners) was a bit rough around the edges to negotiate with at first but once we established what would work for us both (and after encountering several other awful dealerships & their less than professional sales staff) - I realized that he simply means business and only GOOD business. This dealership and their team are honest, they care about providing customers with transparency (and great service) and their luxury cars are in stellar condition. Alfredo was nothing short of exceptional - never pushy (even after 4 visits from me), polite, considerate and he carefully followed through with my questions/concerns. Dale is their top notch finance guru/partner and was very accommodating with my tedious purchasing needs (im not someone who forks out large sums of $$$ without being 100% prepared).at the end - they also sent me home with a fresh, high quality cigar to congratulate my husband (who wasnt able to join me yesterday when i finally pulled the trigger and drove my new BMW home).

This place has an outstanding choice of quality cars and a very pleasant sales saff to work with. I have never been to any other dealership and been treated as well as they treated us. I hope more people find this woulderful little Bellevue Auto House in downtown Bellevue.

In our search for my perfect car, I was looking for three things. It had to be sporty, a hardtop convertible, and I had to look amazing behind the wheel. My search led me to a handful of cars - at the top of my list was the BMW 328i. There were also only a handful of dealers in the region who had this car in stock - Bellevue Auto House had the largest inventory of any place. When we arrived, we were not stalked by high-pressure salespeople, which I dread, instead, they treated us with the utmost respect. Peter showed us the fleet of pre-owned hardtop convertibles 328i. He and all of the staff were very knowledgeable about the cars and their features. They had numerous convertible BMWs to look at and drive - all cars were in excellent condition. I fell in love with the impeccable white convertible parked on the showroom floor. It was a little more than originally budgeted, but Alan helped us crunch the numbers and get the best price possible for the lowest interest rate available. Although it was still under warranty, he offered us the extended warranty at wholesale cost. As difficult of a decision as it was for us, they were patient and allowed us time to make the decision without pressure. When we arrived to sign papers, Alfredo stayed late to take us on a test drive one more time to be sure we were familiar with all of the features of the car. I absolutely love my hardtop 328i. With one touch of a button I can go from Coupe to Convertible. Its like having two amazing cars in one. It is fun, sporty, and I do look amazing behind the wheel! Its the perfect choice for our Northwest weather. Thank you, Bellevue Auto House for making my dream come true!

Great experience at Bellevue Auto House! Early march of 2016 i bought a barely used 2015 Subaru BRZ. Not typically whats on their lot, but thats okay because I got it at an amazing price that they advertised online. 1400 miles less, and it would have cost me $4,000 more at least.Came in pre-approved for a loan from a bank of my choosing. At the time of me wanting to make the purchase, my bank rep failed to get in contact with me when I needed her to, and I had a 3 hour drive back home and needed to get on the road soon. BAH ran my credit, got me approved with another bank and on my way home at the same APR that I was already approved for within an hours time.Sean and Matt both took part in my experience. Great guys, sincerely wanted me to take the car home with no hiccups or issues. Followed up with me when the loan was finalized, and answered all questions I had AFTER I had purchased the car. Really shows they care, definitely recommend these guys.

I arrived at Bellevue Auto House because they had advertised a pre-owned BMW that was specd just the way I wanted it. I arrived 30min before closing and Alfredo greeted me as I was circling my soon-to-be new ride. He could tell I already knew what I wanted and we quickly agreed to start the loan documents. While my past was being reviewed we went for a test drive, the car was beautiful and everything worked as expected. Its been two-weeks now and so far so good!In the end the whole process took just a little over two-hours. This will be the fourth car Ive been involved in purchasing and the one-time cash was the whole payment even it took longer than working with Alfredo and if I remember correctly his finance person, Matt. Thank you both!Btw the car had one month left on the factory warranty and I was able to purchase an extension warranty for a very reasonable cost through Bellevue Auto House.Overall, I couldnt be happier :-) 2011 BMW 335i Xdrive

NO STAR!!! ABSOLUTELY CRAZY people at this dealership. 01/12/2013Me and my friend were hunting for a used Acura MDX and found one on this lot, it was a 2009 MDX (smelled like smoke/pot inside of the car).The listed price was HIGH. We came to this place after visiting ACURA of Southcenter and this jerk was selling it for more than what was the asking price there at the Acura dealership.We made an offer based on Edmunds number (clearly the guys did not like Edmunds). There was a tall 6 foot guy and a short fat guy. The short fat guy started bad mouthing about Edmunds.Then all of a sudden the short fat guy started throwing insults at us, using all the curse words you can think of. If you dont like the offer reject it, no need to throw personal insults!!We started walking away towards the parking lot and got in the car then the Fat Guy came near the passenger door showed his fist and said Get the F out here, or I will punch you in the face. We were physically threatened at that time.This was the worst car buying experience EVER LITERALLY.I am going to file a complaint with the BBB against this business and also with FederalTrade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection very soon. There was another very similar incident reported by a Yelp user dated last year. So this is not the first time these guys have done this.I will make every possible effort to make sure this does not happen to any future potential customer at this dealership. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS who treats your fellow consumers by using filthy language and physical threats.GUYS/GALS DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. There are so many other good dealerships out there.

Be aware before you go, This is the worst dealership i have ever been to , I have gone there to see BMW and asked for test drive of the vehicle, Salesperson heisted to give a test drive and not even respectful
