As someone who has never bought a car from home and knowing how sketchy some car salesmen can be, I was pretty skeptical shopping from literally across the country. Jason however, made the process 100% smooth. Jason was able to help put me in my dream car with dream spec(2018 bmw 440i). He was friendly and gave me status updates practically everyday as the car was being prepped for sale (detailing, inspection, shipping, etc.). I must also add that Jason was transparent, understanding and very patient with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything and made sure all the paperwork was thouroughly correct and everything else was to my liking. He was also kind enough to throw in two sets of wheel locks with the sale at no extra cost. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. So I was probably Jason’s most annoying customer he’s had to deal with but he worked with me through all the hoops we had to jump through from purchasing a car from out of state. I live in Missouri and buying a car online from out of state really made me nervous but Jason did everything in his power to ease those worries. Had considered just taking the leap and purchasing the car and having it shipped. But my paranoia got the best of me and I decided to, on a whim, fly up to WA on a weekend to test drive the car. And it was just as good as advertised! He’s a tough negotiator and won’t come down much on price, but that’s because he’s priced the cars fairly. I purchased the car and the whole ordeal, test drive and all, only took like 2 hours, if that. Drove the car 2,000 miles home without a single hiccup. I’ve waited a little over a month to write this review in case I found any issues after getting home and so far there are none. Would for sure recommend Jason in the future and will be checking out his inventory the next time I’m in the market for one.The only downside I can possibly have is the car only came with 1 key but Jason agreed to help me get another one at dealer cost which would be saving me a couple hundred bucks of MSRP.All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my 2015 BMW 435ix M-Performance with the rare manual transmission.
