Good they di not have to many phone to chose

Never in years of going to this place to buy phones have I received such poor costumer service. I went in with one request a good camara and the girl with long blond hair showed me an LG when there was a perfectly good samsung (same price but better camara). As I was paying for the phone I asked her if it was possible to exchange the phones and she told me no, because it was an upgrade not a new activation. I was not rude because I have high expectations for this place so I didnt say anything when she decided to make a joke that I should come back in 3 months to get another up grade. She was lucky that I wasnt a rude costumer. Honestly DONT go to this girl just go to the Manager he will definitely help you out and will give you what you are looking for.

I appreciate your support for the break prices that you offer and the deals you can provide, but come on dude, stop allowing our numbers to reach out to sellers and tellers of the fraudulent scams! Do something! Dont just sit there! 📞

Dont go here if you dont want to be ripped off. They sold me a phone that didnt work and when I went back to return it, they just gave me the run - around in order to waste my time and let the 7-day return policy expire. After it expired, they wanted me to pay $15 dollars to be able to get a new phone. Are you kidding me? How does that make sense? Sold me a bad phone, then they want me to pay extra to get a new phone, when the first one they sold me was malfunctioning? Juan is such a rude sales rep and his lack of education is quite appalling. They have brainless twits running this place. Avoid this place altogether. I have put in a complaint to BBB for their scam practices. With any luck, theyll be shut down for good.

I went to PCs to change a phone, a woman answered me very reluctantly, she didnt want to change the phone, she wanted extra money for the change, she said I was yelling at her when I didnt even do it, the manager can check the camera, this woman said her name was Mary, I think She was on the morning shift on Monday, July 2 at 10.30am she got aggressive I do not recommend this place at all I hope the owner or manager is reading this message they do not deserve a star ......
