I was helped by Chris today.He was extremely helpful and patient with me even as I kept switching between phones while he was making the transaction. He is very knowledgeable and cares about the costumers concerns. Chris was very generous with his time in exploring my options until I arrived to a phone I was happy with.Everyone on staff that I interacted with today were extremely pleasant and helpful.I will be taking my mom for her upgrade soon!

Upset with Sprint.. I was trying to surprise my daughter with a new phone for this Christmas. The Sales associate at this store said I need to have the phone with me to transfer service and or be the primary person on the service line to purchase a phone. Well that would of ruined the surprise if none of those 2 things come in play. Well I took my money to Best Buy and purchased her phone there no questions asked other then me saying it was a Christmas gift!! Problem solved 😁 Stupid Sprint Store in Bell Gardens 👎🏻

Came in to figure out issue with SIM card. All employees are standing on one corner talking. One comes up and greets. I ask for help on SIM card and he immediately says we cant help you here, go to another store.. to be honest Ill just mess up your phone tried upgrading phone and he said wait six months. I am willing to pay to get out of this phone thats giving me issues and he denied service. They dont take their job serious. Wish there was 0 stars option this is why I stick to online services because of lazy people like this.

Sprint service is as good as its data connection, reliable on random occasions.... Sprint is only worth for its unlimited data, they dont offer nearly as much phones as other phone companies; they also rarely accept foreign phones so the restrictions are not worth the service.

Emily is the worst!!! The manager there the one with all the tattoos... I didnt get his name but he is horrible at customer service! Its almost like a club when you walk in because the music is so loud. The employees there are more concerned chit chatting about upcoming partys more than Focusing on the actual customer INCLUDING THE person In charge. SPRINT I beg you AUDIT this store! CHECK your people! CLEAN IT UP! I have been a customer for 20 PLUS years and I have never been treated the way emely, supervisor and just all your team there in general treated my son and I. Ive always had great feedback and positive up lifting stories from this company. My horrific experience Was in your particular location located 6919 eastern ave. Bell gardens C.A. On 7/6/17. My son showed up to pick up my phone they didnt give it to him because his name is not on the contract. So then I showed up and now emely started asking me for proof of my actual purchase. She wanted my son to come back and show her the email. We went back and forth for hours. She was extremely rude had a bad attitude. So was the manager who was NO help. After hours of waiting they couldnt find my order. She said my confirmations number wasnt valid. SO WHY GIVE OUT CONFIRMATIONS THAT ARE NOT GOING TO BE VALID SPRINT? I wasted more than 3 hours of my day just to receive a new phone. NOT CORRECT! I deserve and apology and I expect something be done CORPORATE home Overland Park in Kansas.

I have been going back and forth with Sprint and this store over a $15 a month credit I was told I was going to get since November of 2014. Ive yet to see it and Im getting the total run around. I do not appreciate being lied to by the sales people. Do not believe what they tell you when trying to hook you into something you dont even need. I regret listening to their offers I should have just walked out with what I needed nothing else.

If you happen to come by to this store, please stay away from a customer service rep by the name of Brian. He will lie to you and deceit you about what you will pay on your bill. He will neglect to mention any extra charges youll be getting on your first bill (not including activation fee). It seems to me all this guy wants is his commission. Duck this guy.And I wont even mention the hassle we went through just to transfer two numbers (within sprint) when we signed the contract.Never mind, just stay away from sprint altogether.Hatefully yours,A pissed off sprint customer

I dont recommend this place, the people that works there are not prepared. I had an appointment at 1pm just to pick up a phone that Ill ready ordered online, and they make me wait two hours because they said that there was only one person in the store that process online orders. The guy in charge was just walking around the store, like if he was working, Ill never back again!!!!

Worst service ever just went today to make a complaint 01/29/16 at 0630 about a case from mophie it cost me more than 100 dollars and the stupid guy that was right there he was so unhelpful that i cant even describe it he was to busy texting on his phone i went to ask him about the case cause it supposed to be good quality and it just felt once and it broke and he just say that i had to call the factory instead of checking for another solution i wouldnt recommend nobody to go to this store customer service sucks
