Last phone died after 6yrs n had to go shopping. The boost manager was very nice and helpful.

This store never answers their phone. I have to drive an hour away to get to the store. But I love my phone. Only carrier where I can get service.

I had a wonderful interaction today with Brian, he was very knowledgeable about the phones, he answered all my questions. Brian was a pleasant conversationalist. I had my two kids with me and he was very nice to them. You did a good job when you hired him. Way to go Brian, and thanks for helping out my daughter she is very happy. Amy

Went there today to get 4 phones sign said gone to lunch b back by 430 445 latest. We waited til 510 and no one ever unlocked door. Not a good business practice there. Or mayne have more than one employee to help cover breaks and lunches. As far as their service i dont have a problem with the boost product itself.

We swithed from straight talk in March and couldnt be happier! Brian is great, he was very patient and courteous even with my 2 boys I had with me..def recommend for sales service, phone service, price and quality!

I had bad experience at walmart in March very rude salesperson was not happy at all . I went to Boost on April 3 I have the best salesperson by the name of Brian was there for couple hours I was get a nunber transferred.Hewas a ver nice person I could not ask for better person im am so happy with this phone and service TY Brian keep up good woor you have great worker I rate you a 5 star

Went 4 times to get service and they didnt have any phones except for one in stock for over a week and then when we are told there boss was bringing some then there boss MR SATIAGO said they had to charge for the free phones that they advertised for FREE because of the plan even though we told them the past 4 times we went there we was getting that plan and was aware our Metro plan was endind tommorrow !!!! This is illegal and i will be reporting them to state and federal agency for BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
