Shout out to Michael D., at our local Verizon store, for the most amazing and reliable service over the past years. Michael makes everything seem easy, and makes you feel like you’re special- as if you’ve known him your entire life. He takes the time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with all aspects of the cellular experience. Michael makes Verizon look good! Seriously

Visited the Beckley, WV Verizon Store and was promptly & friendly greeted by Michael with no wait, on a Monday of all days! He went above and beyond taking care of all our phone needs. Give this guy a raise Verizon! My 90 year old father-in-law was impressed with his patience, competence and friendliness.

It certainly did take a long time for all the stars to align so that I could get this phone but I couldnt have asked for better service once it arrived at the store. I was hoping for patience and kindness and I certainly received both. The service was professional, friendly and made the journey to an upgraded phone as seemless as possible. Thank you Michael!!

The team at the store did a wonderful job helping me with what I needed all I would say which has nothing to do with the team at Verizon is I wish they had a larger selection but again the team did wonderful !!!!!!

Purchased two new phones with the help of Michael. He was the absolutely best at customer service. He patiently answered all of my many questions and walked me through each step.

Awful experience. I was told there was a $20 setup fee, that turned into a $20 convenience fee because I didn’t buy the phone online. Absolutely disgusting. Got the vibe that they were just trying to get an extra $20 off people, which is apparently true. Literally no other Verizon store that I’ve been to had any kind of set up or convenience fee. Will never come back to this store and will always tell people to just take the extra time to drive anywhere else.

2 hour wait to buy a phone with one person ahead of me? Maybe they need more employees or just better ones. Go to Princeton like I did to buy my new Iphone 12.

Michael always makes upgrading super easy! Hes always knowledgeable about products and is great with his customers! Ive been with Verizon for about 10 years now and once Michael started doing my upgrades I havent been to anyone else. All of the employees are friendly and they always work together to satisfy the customers.

I walked into the Verizon store and Michael greeted me right away. Michael helped me get a new iPhone and seamlessly transferred all my photos and apps. He made sure I was confident before I left supplying me with accessories that would enhance my experience

While there was a bit of a wait, overall, customer service was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were given detailed options for different phones and plans. I felt well informed and treated well.

Michael is the Best! I have dealt with him for years. He is always courteous and knowledgeable. He knows about my entire family and always asks about everyone. He really cares. On top of that he gives me the best deals and the most honest answers.

My experience yesterday, while checking on getting an upgrade to my husbands iPhone, was excellent. The sales rep (Doug) provided excellent customer service.He helped lower monthly bill, after upgrading my WIFi box, including an iPad, all my devices with insurance coverage and including an upgrade to the newest iPhone 11 pro max, which will have to be ordered.Nice to have someone to provide the best they can for their customers. 2nd visit to the Beckley location, different reps on each visit. Both times rep was knowledgeable and efficient. Second visit involved service regarding a stolen phone, I know Richard was paying attention because he he recognized my phone when someone tried to activate it...great job guys!

5 stars if youre there to buy something.... But if verizon already has you on the hook and you need help with something they just say sorry I dont know and put you on the phone with verizon while youre sitting in the store. Save your gas and just call verizon if youre having a problem, because the store is clueless unless your giving them more money.
