I brought a Samsung S21 ultra 5g this the 4th phone I had they all had the same problem speaker didnt work while having it on speaker I can hear them but they couldnt hear me ,the phone hang up while on the phone for about 3 to 5 minutes, get gets hot while talking and the battery goes down fast now they telling me after having 4 phones I have to pay for another why would I pay for a Samsung S21 ultra 5g when Im having this much problem with this phone all I ask to get another different phone and just pay the difference this is not fare when you can see that I had 4 phone and they all having the same problem if I can afford to get my own place I would dish Verizon they dont care about their customers all they care if you give them your business Dont buy a Samsung S21 ultra 5g

Unable to help fix the issue even though there is a Verizon fix for it online. Ryan, the associate who helped me, was great. Spent more than an hour trying to find a solution. I think Im gonna switch service because unfortunately there has been a decline in the quality of Verizons service ... dropped calls, no 4 or 5G, spotty service overall.

I have tried multiple times to call the local store because I left something. The phone number that is listed for the store is not their number, but goes directly to their corporate office and you either have to choose billing, customer support, talk with computer via chat, or purchasing something online. You never get to speak with an actual person at the local store.

Seems the store on college is using covid as an excuse to not conduct business well. This is the second time I have drove to the Beaumont location for help with our phone and the second time they have failed to help. First time they gave printed instructions and this time he said to ask YouTube for help. His best option for me was to go to best buy and ask the geek squad for assistance. They will not even let you in the door. Not sure why I pay so much to have useless customer service.

David is an absolutely amazing Sales Rep/Customer Service Rep! If he isnt available, definitely ask for Nesha. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and amazing to be honest, and their wide variety of products makes it just a phenomenal experience. Not to mention, I live on Major Drive and we had AT&T. I didnt get any reception at home and actually had to use an app based on wifi to keep in touch. NOW?! I can use my own cellphone and call, text, surf the web, no apps necessary! Im so glad that we made the switch. We did experience a few hiccups along the way but now that everything is straightened out, we couldnt be happier! Thank you all!!

This is the best store in Beaumont for dealing with Verizon. All the others are just authorized dealers, but theyll act like they are the official store. Weve been dealing with this location for many years now, and have always had good experiences. Be sure to ask for David...hes awesome!

The cellular function on my iPhone 7 stopped working out of the blue. I researched and found out that my model was recalled due to this issue. I went to my local Verizon store (because that’s what I’ve always done with malfunctioning phones with no issues). The wait time was short and the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. I told them the issue and they told me I could go to Apple but there was no need because I had insurance on my device and Verizon could replace it for me - great. I went through the process (like I’ve gone through many times before without a hitch), and my dad sees a charge on his account...odd because this never happened before when I went through the same process. After calling customer service, they told me they found “physical damage” (apparently a 1 cm scratch in the top corner of my phone...seems like normal wear and tear) and would reduce the fee to a $149 deductible. They proceeded to tell me I should’ve just called them first or just gone through Apple - it would’ve been free. That would’ve been great, but no one told me to call Verizon and no one told me to call Apple. The store said they could handle it. After being on the phone for 52 minutes, I gave up and decided to take the $149 loss (that I would’ve never incurred had I actually gone to Apple). I am extremely frustrated. I just moved away from home, and I am getting my own phone plan within the next week. I am very tempted to go to AT&T even though my entire family has been with Verizon since before I can remember. Trying to convince my dad to move as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to the store to return a device I had purchased the day before. Not only was the wait painfully long but once it was our turn the rep took our stuff went to the other side of the room left us sitting there. After a while we watched customers come and go and be helped no problem. At this time the store is now closing been there over an hour already. Asked several people what was going on if anyone could just come talk to us could not get a straight answer out of any of the employees. At this time all the customer service representatives went to the back room still with our stuff or we would have just left. We could hear them talking laughing and joking back there and still yet to have heard anything about what is going on. Finally the man helping us came out and said oh we can’t do it you didn’t purchase the device from our store so we can’t help. Seriously?? Took an hour for y’all to come up with that excuse? I’m so terribly disgusted with Verizon Wireless from the store all the way up to every supervisor we spoke with the fraud dept on top of every other dept we spoke with. Have gotten nothing but misleading information lied to ignored hung up on and told to go to another company. Nobody will do anything it is an endless loop of rude customer service reps and the absolute worst phone company I have ever had to deal with. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. 2 weeks now with no working phone, lost wages, gas to and from stores, and not to mention the mental anguish this has caused us.

Terrible service. We had an appointment and were told what we needed to do was not critical enough and to call in. We called and they told us to go in store, we even had verizon on the phone tell the general manager of the store that we needed in store service and we were still denied. They have no desire to help us. Bad service is normal, but now they have an excuse to give worse service. I guess we looked like criminals too because the constable kept poping out when all we wanted was some help. No, we did not make any statements or actions to warrant needing to show law enforcement. Never had an experience this bad with customer service before in my life. Verizon people on the phone were nice and apologetic for their in store employees.

My LG phone went black. I took it to Verizon where I was told first that I would lose all my information from the phone. No one tried to help me at all. Finally, do you know who helped me? The policeman helped me. I think Verizon gives very poor service. If you’re gonna buy a phone, they start salivating, but ignore you when you need service.

The wait was extremely long I understand why but when the guy got to us it was almost 8 from walking in the door at 6:30 but that wasnt the worst part the guy took my phone in the back and tested it for the concern I went there about and he didnt fix it he made it worse than before now I cant even use my speaker and he insisted on telling me that nothing was wrong with it and told me to try using my phone but it never dawned on me to try the speaker which was operable when I brought it in so now i pretty much know I made a blank trip going there it was the worst experience I have ever had with Verizon the only time I enjoyed being there was when I was getting a new phone I mean the guy went as far as saying well you could return it if you dont like it I was like are u serious I work at a dealership and I learned no one brings in a problem for something imaginative

I really cant say too much about this location because I have only had experience with them n this particular location a couple times but went there recently and just wasnt very impressed ~ with personality of the person that I dealt with nor the ability to offer everything I need here because they are limited to what they can do. For instance I was needing to bring something back n unfortunately it was my last day to get it done. I had a ton of other things going on and just couldnt get to it earlier n they couldnt handle that at this location so now Im stuck with the device n the bill.I understand that there may be certain things they cant do & handle here but to me thats what makes it worthwhile in our town... the convenience of not having to go somewhere to get to another location that can do whats needed & when you throw a not so swell attitude and personality on top of not being able to help me... I AM SWITCHING AWAY FROM VERIZON! I went into the store today to make a simple account transfer. I waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes and then someone came to assist me. Once I told them what I needed to do on my account, they directed me to a small desk with a landline phone, called the dept at Verizon and handed me the phone to wait. Long story really short, I was transferred 6 times to the wrong departments and waited over 20 minutes just for someone to get on the phone to tell me they couldnt help me and needed to transfer again. If I could give 100 negative stars I would. The stores only care about phone sales, representatives in this store ignore you, and after almost 15 years with Verizon I will not be continuing business with them, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!

This probably the single most awesome Verizon store in existence. Promote everyone in this store before sunset. I would absolutely drive 2 1/2 (two and a half) hours to visit this store again. They helped resolve all of my problems and then some. Other Verizon stores blew me off. This is the best store.

I was very dissatisfied with the service when I went to take my phone back. The saleslady was very rude because I didnt want her. I ask for someone else. She didnt explain to me that it was a $50 fee to return it if I wasnt satisfied. This phone gets hot when I talk a while. It doesnt keep a charge unless I turn the brightness down. Then, the speaker is bad and the volume is turned up to the max. This Verizon store had only two phones in my price range and not my preference. I need satisfaction i need my phone.
