I had my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced and am pleased with it. The customer service was good and the gentleman and lady that were working were pleasant and we had a pleasant conversation while the screen was replaced. The price was the best compared to three other stores (by $25-35) in the golden triangle area.

Just went to get a iPhone 8 screen replacement. The new screen is extra blurry like a android display not had at all doesn’t even look like a iPhone display and the SIM card is not reading at all and we restarted the phone and everything the sounds if also messed up sounds like the speaker is blowed out sounds like I have a walk-in talkie we brought it bakc and buddy skipped out said he’ll be bakc in 2 hours. Another customer right before us was sold a “new” phone after buying the phone they discovered there had been a iCloud signed in already. Last backed up July 31st today is august the 7th. “No refund or exchange”. Con artist!!

What to say about this place, fix my phone in minutes and good price, got my phone back like new and working excellent.

I took my iPhone 6s in to have a cracked screen repaired. Universal Cellular was very friendly and fixed the screen within 20 minutes. I got home and started to take of my phone case to replace it with my lifeproof case and the screen cracked in a perfect parabola, without the phone being dropped, etc. I called universal cellular and explained what happened and he told me to come back and we could look at it. We noticed a small gap on one side, like the screen wasn’t fully inserted. He was very friendly and took my word that I truly had not dropped my phone. He replaced my screen at no cost. I will definitely be going back in the future if there is a need!! Fantastic customer service.

I went in to get a new screen put on my iPhone they said it be $75 and one hour. Cool, I stroll around the mall for a hour come back to find they are still working on it. It will be another 15 minutes, I wait 45. Only to find out that it is now $105 because they had to replace the home button. What the hell, it worked fine when I dropped it off.

It was great experience. Fast and the best price I found and took less than 45 min to fix and it looks brand new! Very friendly staff also, will definitely be going back there for any future fixes!

Took my daughter phone there to fix the crack got it back and they said phone is dead and will not come home. Took it home to charge and wouldnt charge. Took it back this morning because the home screen seemed off and they gave it back after they so call fixed it still broke. Took it to another phone shop and they told me the screen just needs to be replaced and that he showed me that the phone was coming on. Took it back to universal and they changed the scree and it worked finally. I only gave 2 starts because they did finally fix it after going back twice.

Very knowledgeable when it comes to cell phones. I went to 3 different places & not one could fix my phone. Once I found Universal my problems were resolved. I will never use another repair service again besides Universal.

I do not recommend this store , My phone is not even a year old and the screen was repaired here, worked fine for 2 weeks then it started malfunctioning and completely stop working. Please go find a place that can give you a month warranty that way this wont happen to you.

Our family has been here twice and both times we have gotten excellent customer service. Friendly staff who knows what they are doing. The last time I was in need of their service they had ten minutes until closing, but stayed over 10-15 minutes after their closing time to replace the screen on my phone and they did a superior job. We will go back for screen repair needs in the future because of their customer service and prices.

Once again, these positive reviews are suspect. Before I shared my experience it had been 2 month since a new review was posted, and suddenly people are popping up weekly with 5 star reviews. Proceed with Caution.The glass was cracked on my iPhone 5S. I was quoted $75 and left my phone with them for 30 minutes. I came back in and picked up my phone and paid. After my phone was fully charged for the first time, the screen began malfunctioning and became moderately unresponsive. I went back the next day and they took it apart once again to make sure everything was connected correctly. Even after it was reassembled it was still malfunctioning in the store, but they suggested going home to back every thing up and performing a full reset. After this the phone worked better but still lagged.The third day I found out they used the incorrect parts, because i could no longer use the phone with my sunglasses on. I went back and requested a $45 refund. This would allow me to purchase the correct parts, and still leave them with enough to cover the parts they used on my phone.They refused to a refund of any kind. Told me they are using re manufactured parts, and I should have known that when they told me it was only $75. I did not raise my voice, nor use explicit or derogatory language of any kind.They told me if I wanted to use my phone I should take off my goggles and throw them in the trash. They asked me sarcastically Do you understand English? Are you trying to make me do something stupid? Then they threatened to call security and accuse me of trespassing and harassment.Lesson Learned Do Not do Business with Universal Cellular!

Bought 2 brand new Blu Studio 5 phones 4 years ago. Mine had a factory defect. I Brought it back to the store with the receipt. The same man that sold me the phone just a few days before told me he could not do anything to help me even though he remembered selling me the phone, it was under the factory warranty and was returned within there return period. Had to threaten to sue them before they would honnor the warranty. Bought a phone case for my wifes new phone this year. It didnt fit right. They would not return or exchange the case.

Be weary. My brother bought a case holster when he first walked into the mall and while still walking the mall an hour later he unclipped and the clip part broke. We immediately came back and let the man behind the counter know what happened and he said nothing could be done NO REFUNDS! we told him we knew it was a no refund we just wanted to replace because we had just bought it and maybe the holster was made faulty and we didnt notice. We paid $25 for it. He said only thing he could do was order another one and then give us a discount. You are better off waiting the 7 days it takes to come in through ebay or Amazon and way cheaper. Over charged and rude. We didnt ask for money back, we didnt ask for a refund. We asked for an exchamge the same day of purchase.

Underage kids working on devices.They ruined my iphone 6 Home button whereas i gave them for touch screen repair which they overly charged by $110. 0 STAR review- Hacked. He will probably delete this review considering SOMEONE already left a review themselves UNDER MY EMAIL for HIS businesses to begin with. But since he repaired my screen, my apple id was hacked, logged into on various IMACS (which I nor anyone I know has), my gmail was hacked and leaving reviews I did not leave, my phone is malfunctioning, sending random text in Chinese, and deleting my info etc. DO NOT USE HIM E V E R.IN response to your LIES. My original review which I clearly did not put considering I dont even use the term gadgets as you do, as well as multiple other reviews.. was not deleted so authorities could be shown the post. I am not the only one who has reached out saying they did not leave their review, either. There is truth in numbers. It IS in fact possible to hack apple IDs (WHICH IS WHY THEY HAVE SUCH SECURE MEASURES IN THE FIRST PLACE) you can contact apple yourself, although we all know you do not need to do so to know that answer. It is apple themselves who were able to stop the hacking and KICK YOU OUT of my account. It would have been just a guess that you were the one hacking the account until the messages were transcribed and we were able to read what the messages said! Not to mention, when it was found, there were two reviews IMPERSONATING me using my gmail for YOUR business. How likely is it the hacker just only liked your businesses and decided in his busy day screwing up my phone he decided to leave some reviews for you? With that said, this is my last response to you, I will let the authorities bring the truth to light themselves. Regardless, YOU Sr will eventually be stopped.
