Jk fon answered several months back stated theyd work on vehicle bought new from their location.Have car towed to jk From Baytown only to have some woman in Service tell me they Dont want to replace an exterior serpentine rubber belt on a NON-transaxle engine... that their mechanics dont have tools to work on them.Really?None of their mechanics possess a 10?-mm socket nor wrench?Dang! If Eye hadnt given away my tools to a nephew becoming a truck mechanic Eyedve replaced -same- myself!Thumbs Down to jk: that new vehicle I plan to purchase early next year Aint a-gonna have a jk-sticker on it!!Shame on liars @ jk chevrolet by the airport in Nederland!!

I saw the vehicle I was interested in online. I called the dealership and spoke to Carlos who answered all of my questions concerning the vehicle. I met with him the next day where he had the vehicle up front and ready for me to text drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and not a pushy salesman. Arrived around 1:45 for a 2:00 oclock for an oil change. Finally ask about my truck at 3:30. They looked for it for about 10 minutes. Service is terrible. Truck had not been touched. Bought truck there and have always had oil changed there. Left about 4:00. Ridiculous. But I did get it for free. Would have rather paid and got on down the road.

I was in the market for the new 2022 Kia Telluride. I saw through auto trader that Classic Kia in Beaumont had more of a selection then any dealer in Louisiana. Plus, once i test drove one at Kia of Lake Charles, they then proceeded to tell me there was a $5,000 mark up due to the high demand of these vehicles. I reached out to Classic Kia via email and was contacted within 24 hours. The Tellurides were already spoken for. I was not in a hurry so i held off a few weeks and all of a sudden the salesman, Mark, with Classic Kia reached out to me about one that came in and a customer backed out on. The ladies at the service department can be pretty busy at times and have always been nice to me whenever I go in for maintenance or other concerns. The absolute best part of the dealership is their coffee/cappuccino maker in the lounge - best thing since sliced bread.

These people tried pulling a fast one on us. Tried selling a car with minor damage carfax report. The dealer said that it hit a curb. The passenger rear door wouldnt shut good like it was out of whack. The car was a 2020 impala. When we brought it to the salesman attention he just tucked his head down and walked away in shame!

We bought our 2021 Kia Sorento from Classic Kia on 05/22/2021 and had a great experience with Keith James. We had previously been to another Kia dealership and had shady dealings so we were pleasantly surprised with the help and extra steps that Keith went to to help us get what we wanted.

Buyer beware, if you are doing online shopping steer clear. They will put a price on autotrader to get you in and change it when numbers are talked. Edgar was my salesmen and gave me a value of 46-47k on trade in over phone. The truck I was interested in was listed at 53k on autotrader. When the price sheet came back to me he had the truck listed at its Msrp value of 59k, not the autotrader 53k value. He also went down 10k on the price we orginally discussed of my trade in. He claimed that is not the price discussed. Not only that but he lied about the axle ratio and told it was the bigger size, it ended up being the smaller size. Carmax and every other dealer around gave me a much higher value. I would caution buyers from shopping here. They will not honor there prices and will say anything to try to get you there. This is not an honest place of business. This place is very disappointing. I would never work with this dealership again. See ridiculous price sheet.

We had a fantastic time working with Classic KIA on our purchase of a Telluride.While we were there early in the weekend, we were told by Amanda Johnson (our sales specialist) that other dealership were marking up the Tellurides, but Classic was doing right by their customers and staying at MSRP... Im not going to lie, I truly thought I was being lied to and this was just a sales tactic. Let me save you some time and tell you that she was 100% telling us the truth.We drove to Houston that Saturday and spent some time at Community Kia and Freddy Kia and there is a night and day difference between our experiences there vs Classic Kia. In short, both locations gave of this predetorial / prey sort of vibe with mouth watering sales reps with rude side remarks coming from some. It was mentioned to us at Community Kia that they were the cheapest around when it came to the Tellurides and openly admitted that theyre selling them $5K over MSRP.In short, we got a 2021 Telluride SX from Classic KIA at a phenomenal price and fantastic customer service. As far as Im concerned Classic did right by us and is doing right by their community. What theyve done by staying at MSRP instead of price gouging like their competitors shows a lot of value in their character as a company.

Took my moms truck in for her to get a routine service and was greeted by Nichole. She was very knowledgeable and the truck was serviced faster than Ive ever had it done before. I will definitely be coming back here instead of mid-county. Nicholes customer service was exceptional and it is beyond worth the drive.

Terrible place to even think about purchasing a vehicle. Miguel Carter not only insulted me, but then did nothing that I asked of him when looking for a vehicle. He has no sense of professionalism in the workplace and its a direct reflection on this store as a whole. I recommend that you go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Classic will try to push you into what they want to sell you and think that youre not worth their time if you dont want what they offer. Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

Stay on top of the mechanics at the service center. My wife had to take back her car a couple of times because the repairs they were supposed to have completed werent. Not a bad place but maybe a little mismanaged when it comes to the service center and the mechanics. The mechanics even tried to argue with us about there not being a coolant leak stating that they replaced that line and there was no leak. Well that was until we sent them the pictures I took with my phone which are dated and would coincide with when the vehicle was there. Once seen that they were like well keep looking, eventually replacing that line and now there isnt a leak. Not bad, but would definitely go elsewhere if there was a dealership closer.

Dropping of my sisters car, no interaction with anyone for me....

We bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado, the very next morning it broke down, power train was all messed up. But they made it right by replacing it with a 2018 Silverado with one owner clean car fax no wrecks no damage no recalls for the same loan amount and monthly note. This one had a few small things wrong....sunglass holder was loose but they fixed it then it was missing a gas cap. Im just going to replace it with one at autozone. Im tired of going down there lol Idk why things like this get over looked.

I would be cautious going here, friendly at first. But Classic GM/Chevy has a old business model of strong arming their customers into vehicles. I was at the location Saturday 11/14 had been eyeing a couple trucks that week, and got my pre approval from my preferred Credit Union.Upon talking to Robert and his sales manager (don’t remember his name) I said I would pick up the truck Monday when banks open and we can nail down price/negotiate.They straight up lied to my face, Robert Shivers and his manager, by telling me this paperwork was required, and it was asking some specific questions that seemed like a credit application. I had already told them repeatedly I had financing cleared.Lo and behold it was a credit application, and my credit was shopped to multiple banks and I have the credit inquiries to prove it.Mind you any business that has their own employees leave reviews for, because they don’t get enough from legit customers is one to stay away from. I see multiple reviews from their employees on Google and Facebook.

Very unorganized! Next to impossible to find the parts dept. It was like walking through a maze and nowhere to park. I was quoted one price on the phone and then when I got there the price changed! I was also told there is a 35% restocking fee if the part has to be returned!!! That is ridiculous. They failed to tell me that on the phone before I drove all the way there. I wont be back. Same part I later found online for nearly 50% less than what Classic charged me. Very expensive lesson I learned the hard way. AVOID CLASSIC CHEVROLET in Beaumont.
