I brought my Escalade to Classic for an oil change and a warranty corrected concern. They kept my car for a week, did not address either concern, and wanted me to pay $450, 3 hours shop time, to determine whether the concern would be covered under the warranty.When I went to pick up the vehicle, they didn’t want to release my vehicle to me. They couldn’t locate the paperwork. What paperwork? Nothing was fixed. Just a bad experience all the way around. Brought my car to Bayway Cadillac in the Woodlands, where I bought it from, and had the problems corrected with no issues.
