I went to Battery warehouse in Baytown asking for 2 batteries. Employee looked at batteries and asked to test them. He mentioned to me that batteries were good and i should look into a short in vehicle. He could have easily sold me 2 batteries and looked away. Honest business will keep me coming back.

Great Service! I have a newer car and it is a hassle to take the battery out but he did it free of charge. Almost spent 45 minutes working on it and didn’t require any payment. Kindness is the best business model.

Was going to buy a battery I needed but person on the was extremely rude. He asked for a part number and asked him if it was the one on battery and sarcastically said that would be it. Told me he had one so I said I would be up there in a min and he just hung up. Ill just pay the extra and take my buisness elsewhere.

Randy was extremely helpful while trouble shooting my golf cart batteries, also next time I rolled in with bad battery, Josh helped with warranty. Pretty solid folks. No gimmicks.

Great Service. Theyve never not fixed me up! A few weeks ago I needed an odd ball battery that died after a cold snap, and I was in and out of there in a hurry.

Cody reached out on the facebook page, post. He took care of me on the motorcycle battery. While i was there had him change out my mustang battery. He charged the motorcycle battery for me.
