Chris McDonald is a very respectful employee. My family and I are victims of Hurricane Laura and Ida..we were on our way back to Louisiana and had truck troubles. I ordered a brake pad and rotor kit on Monday with Express shipping. My delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday, and I had no update nor a delivery. I called their customer service and was informed that I should receive tracking information on Friday or Saturday when it ships. 2 day delivery and it takes a week! Don’t advertise what you can’t execute. I would’ve been better off ordering from another company, and definitely will in the future.

Went in today to get some help replacing a light bulb very helpful.Julian B. Helped me replace it it was kind of tricky due to the door to the trunk being in the way but he had so much pattience and was very polite and helpful🙂

Got some good help with the correct thing for my new uesd vehicle and it was fast at a good price, 50/50 antifreeze for my car that overheated because pep boys didnt put water or antifreeze back in my radiator so I over heated, good thing I caught it fast, will never go there again.

I came into the store for a battery check after having my car stop running. The lady at the front register was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The battery being changed out was going to take me a few days to get done at my dealership. She (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) had it changed out very quickly and efficiently. She made my day a lot easier.

Placed an order on Friday to be delivered to store on Saturday...did not arrive...called Monday evening and was placed on hold for 15 minutes...by that time I arrived at the store with my phone still on hold to employee just chatting by a register...finally was helped and my part was there but never received a call...horrible service...

Very helpful cashier. The young lady was also displayed patience with me & my friend, as she assisted us in buying the correct items for the car. We never felt rushed or ill informed due to her assistance. We both really appreciated that... Really, her patience will cause me to refer others to THIS particular AutoZone, as I know first hand that the staff really wants to fit each customer with the correct part that they need.

We always go to AutoZone for all our car parts but we will not be back to this particular store. A lady argued with me about what part I needed then told me I needed a part I know I didnt need. I left and got the correct part (the one I was asking for) from an AutoZone just down the road from this one.

I went into this store today not expecting much and thoroughly stressed out bc my car isn’t running right. I was approached by a woman named Krystal who asked what I needed. I told her I’d like to have my car checked with the “code thing.” She promptly grabbed this tool and followed me outside, checked my car, made friends with my dog, and took me back inside to help me figure out what the codes, yes multiple, meant and what parts I needed to have them fixed. The entire time she was so pleasant and friendly and after the day I had with work and this car problem it went a long way with me. I wanted to give her a tip but she would let me. Sometimes people don’t realize how a smile and some kind words can make such a huge difference for someone having a rough day. I’ll definitely be going back to that store. Very pleased with the experience and now I have information to take to the mechanic. Give Krystal a raise bc she’s a huge asset to your store and company as a whole.

Excellent customer service. The store manager Isaiah (I believe his name is) was a huge help I was driving back home after taking the family out to eat when I noticed my alternates guard started to show lower then normal then a service charging system showed up on dash. I turned into this AutoZone who were willing to triple check my charging system and Isaiah noticed the 2 alternators he had in stock for my vehicle didnt look like my alternator he sent another employee to another store and got me the right alternator. I installed it there in the parking lot and they even checked my new alternator to make sure it was charging the battery. Also they charged the battery while I was removing and installing the new alternator in the store. Very knowledgeable and happy to help employees and managers at this store.

I had a really bad experience at Auto Zone with the return of a bad battery I purchased at the store in Baytown on Garth Rd. They failed to put my purchase in the computer so they were not able to pro-rate my battery. Auto Zone know there batteries. The battery was only two years old.

They lie just to get you to buy from them. We took two different batteries in to be charged, first off the customer service sucks, they are rude and dont like to help customers. Second we were told both of our batteries were bad and wouldnt keep a charge, also that if we didnt buy new ones we would have to jump start our vehicles every morning with our current battery. We took our batteries back, and havent had a problem out of them since. Just because they offer free charging doesnt give them the right to lie to people to get them to buy something they dont actually need!

I came here 2 different times and each time I got a different employee and neither of them were able to help me each time, in short summary OREILYS on Decker helped me solve my issue in one visit after looking at my vehicle one time, something that 2 different people at AUTOZONE were not able to do. My car kept going out on and off for a few days so I had it checked out here, employee Tonia said my battery was perfectly fine she said maybe it was the alternator and I should look at my warranty, she looked so upset when I told her I needed my battery checked as if she didnt feel like going outside. At that moment I did not know they could check the alternator as well (if they can check the alternator, then why didnt she?) until I discovered it online. The next day I called to ask about checking my alternator and a Bobby helped me, he didnt even know at first that autozone could check the alternator while it is on the vehicle. I showed up and Bobby helped me check the alternator and said that alternator and the battery were perfectly fine. I was so stressed not knowing what the issue was and having to continue to drive in that condition. Finally I went to Oreilys and a ZACH was able to inform me that my battery was in the last quarter of its life, new battery and issue solved. Dont waste your time and stress like I did and go somewhere else.
