Adali is such an amazing person to help you with all of your wireless needs. She is informative, kind and makes sure you understand all options. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase for my upgrade. I will be happy to go back and have her help me again. Hi Good morning, I would like to personally give huge thanks to Verizon Wireless and it’s wonderful employees. Yesterday December 27, 2020 I walked into the store early afternoon and needed some information about Verizon wireless because I’m planning to switch over to Verizon from sprint. I waited for about ten minutes in line before I was seen. I must say, that was some of the best customer service I have ever experience in my entire life so far. Jennifer was the first to greet me and help me with all the questions I had about Verizon. Jennifer was extremely polite to me and she took her time to explain every detail and all information I was seeking. Also there was another employee named Adlai that also chimed in with some more helpful useful information about Verizon wireless. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience I had talking with them. They definitely are one of the main reasons I am about to switch my wireless phone service to From Sprint to Verizon. And I’m definitely gonna spread the word to all my friends and family members in this area who have different wireless services. This was by far the best I’ve ever been treated at any other wireless phone store in New Jersey. Jennifer is definitely the best, also Adali is also very wonderful as well. Happy Holidays to all!!!!

My cell phone broke so I called this store to get some answers on what kind of options I had. I spoke with James and he was extremely patient with me on the phone and also very helpful. I ended up going into the store and James was there to help me. He was extremely pleasant and walked me through the whole process of getting a new phone, setting it up, and making sure all of my data would transfer over. He did not let me leave the store until he made sure the phone was completely setup. Hands down the best customer experience Ive ever had!

I bought a phone here for my husband and my dad. They are always super helpful and nice. We’re still having issues talking on our phones in our apartment when we also have Fios but that’s a Verizon thing not this store.

You cannot return routers etc. here. Bad policy.And, to clarify why I believe this is bad policy--if I purchase internet from a company that requires me to rent equipment and then return it, I at the very least expect to be able to return that equipment at one of that companies associated outlets. It would be akin to going into a Walmart and being unable to return a product purchased at a separate Walmart, despite having receipt etc. I hope that clarifies why this is bad policy. Thanks.

What a wonderful experience! We were helped by Ed to manage our business account, review our account settings and set up new phones. He was very friendly and quick to get us set up with everything. The WORST customer service, DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AA! I would give them zero stars but couldnt!! Walked in and only 2 employees ( Jennifer and Aldali [?]) helping the 2 customers already. No greeting or direction for those new to the store, etc. Adali was oblivious to anyone who wasnt of her native tongue; going out of her way and taking lots of time with those that shared her background, ignoring everyone else. I went to Jennifer to ask if there was a kiosk to pay my bill (indicated on Google search). She said no and directed me to Newport Mall in Jersey City. When I asked if I could pay my bill here, she said yes, but Id have to wait until someone is available. Np, stood & waited for 30 minutes, until I asked Adalu should I wait for Jennifer or her. Mind you, Jennifer was working with the same customer for 45 minutes after telling me to wait. Adali said something to the customers in their language then said, Is it a quick question after waiting all this time. I told her I wanted to pay my bill. She said something back to the customers in their language and said, Ok. She took me across the store to a register. When I said I wanted to pay my Verizon Fios bill she said, No, we only do wireless. Thats why I asked you if you had a quick question! This after I had waited 45 minutes in line, being ignored, no direction or assistance. It should be noted that the customers Jennifer and Adali were helping were of the same race as them. Them and I were the only customers in there, so it wasnt busy or packed with people. Inept, substandard service delivered in an unprofessional manner. No attempts at service recovery with an acknowledgement, apology or attempt to make amends from either of these employees!! Frustrated almost 50 minutes later, I left and will he writing Verizon regarding this fiasco; as well as dropping my wireless and Fios service! #CultralCompetencyEqualsCommerce.

Went there recently to get a new phone. Found the one best fitted for thanks to the help of the associate that was there! And they helped apply a screen protector on my phone that I know I wouldnt have been able to put on by myself! Definitely would recommend going.

DONT GO THERE. I could not find less than one star to give them. I went to get a prepaid sim card. The Verizon web site indicates no activation fees for prepaid lines and you would get the option to have it to your house for free (2 days shipping guaranteed) or pick it up at the store for no extra charge. I did not want to wait 2 days to get my sim card and decided to go to this store. This is not a corporate Verizon store, this is a dealer. ED told me there would be a 30$ activation fee (knowing that Verizon does not charge activation fees on prepaid lines). He set up my line and charged me twice (2 separate transactions). One time for the $50 dollars (cost of service with Verizon) and a separate transaction under his store name for $37 dollars not $30 dollars as he first indicated.This place is will use any opportunity to steal your money.

Went to Verizon to try and solve a problem with my old IPhone. After trying unsuccessfully it was obvious that I was long overdue for an upgrade. Jordan was very calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable in explaining all of my options. He helped me with changing my plan as well as advising me regarding a rebate. Walked out with a new IPhone 7 which I love. I also have to mention that the re were two other Verizon reps there(a male and female- sorry I dont remember their names) that helped my husband with questions regarding his phone. Jordan made it a very stress free and easy purchase. I highly recommend using this Verizon location.

Ive been in on several occasions for issues w my wireless plan and each time the staff is beyond helpful, personable and patient (for someone like me who is an iPhone novice and is always full of questions!)I was most recently in this week to upgrade my plan, and dealt w a rep, Arbas (sp?), who was a pleasure to deal with. I usually dread going to the Newport mall Verizon location in JC bc there is always a long wait and the staff is very pushy. Not the case at his Broadway location In Bayonne.Highly recommend!

This is not an actual Verizon Wireless Store, rather an authorized dealer. This is confusing because the store has the same look and feel of an actual VZW store... It is my experience that authorized dealers dont always have as much authority when it comes to making certain changes...The young girl (younger w/blonde hair) that help us was awesome. She was able to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, her shift ended while I was still in the store. She was not the one helping us out. The person that was assisting me, was either a new hire, or just had no idea what he was doing. I was also disappointed when they told me that there would be a one time activation charge. If I am signing up for a new line of service, and agreeing to pay a monthly fee for those services; I just think that and activation fee is ridiculous.
