I got a terrible experience from this store, they deserve a 0 star if I can make. I went in to upgrade my iPhone today and the store employee refused to sell me the phone unless I added insurance. This is against FCC guidelines regarding forcing me to buy insurance. People are so unprofessional there.

The AT&T Retail store in Lefante Way, Bayonne, NJ.STERLING was most helpful helping an old dinosaur like me get upgraded from my Galaxy Note 9 to the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Helpful without being condescending, knowledgeable without being overwhelming, he walked me through the whole process from A to Z, making the procedure seem easy. At no point was i made to feel intimidated or hustled, just straightforward dedicated service.I have been in corporate-retail for decades, and can claim sufficient knowledge of the same, and I can tell you this -- no matter how nice the building or architecture, no matter how superb the merchandise, everything falls flat if you do not have employees who have the flair for CUSTOMER SERVICE like STERLING has.SINCERITY, ACUMEN, TECHNICALLY-SAVVY. I had a very satisfying experience at AT&T 217 LEFATNTE WAY regarding my wireless service. The reason for my visit was fully resolved with little to no wait time. I was aided by an employee by the name of Sterling, the customer service and environment was top notch.

I went to one of your offices in Bayonne NJ and the girl Katrina told me to go to another office 25 min away, because she didnt have the phone in stock. Turns out she did but because I wasnt opening a new account she did not help me. I was willing to pay the balance on the old phone and start a service with the 128g iPhone 11. This is really inconvenient considering the fact that I pay almost 200$ every month and I dont miss my payments. I went to the one in Newport mall and they were very helpful that is why I gave a 3 because it balanced out from the anger I had since I spent 320$ to get another phone.

We went to 217 Lefante Way branch, and your very efficient staff by the name of Katrina helped us and we’re very greatful since she’s not only accommodating but very pleasant & knowledgeable. She’s truly an asset to your company.

The Newport one isnt good but Bayonne was amazing. I had two associates helping me with my inquiry and they provided info that I would need later on. If you are in North Jersey dont go to Newport unless you want to be there for over an hour. Go to bayonne!!

A young lady that works here, I believe her name was Mariah, worked so hard to get me and my daughter hooked up with upgrades the about a week ago and I barely make reviews but I felt like this lady and this store deserves it. I cant explain how happy my daughter and I were when we left the store. Maria, herself, picked out phone cases and screen protectors for us as if she knew exactly what we wanted. She literally answered every single question that we had with no hesitation and knew exactly what she was talking about. Overall, amazing, amazing, amazing service!

After having issues with multiple AT&T stores, I can finally say I found a store that provides awesome customer service. Staff makes sure to explain everything clear and concise. William was able to upgrade my line while opening an additional line with an iPad and I left completed satisfied. Highly recommend!

Amazing store. I worked with Kenneth when I was purchased my phone and I must say he was an amazing sales rep. He properly explained everything to me and even took the time to transfer everything on my old phone to my new phone. I was having issues with my phone so I went to the Bayonne store. Katrina & Myriah went above and beyond to do everything to fix the issues I was having. Long story short, I left there very happy with all issues resolved. These girls really need to be acknowledged for their professionalism!

Worst company every, moves from simpl mobile with my own device and my own phone number they had a problem with porting my number from simple mobile and ended up with no phone number. Customer service unprofessional at all they let you be for hour on the phone then they hang up without resolving the problem.

5 Star service from Myriah. Upon walking into the store she warmly and promptly greeted my wife and I. We told Myriah that we were looking for better cell phone plan and were looking to possibly switch to AT&T. She helped us out tremendously. She thoroughly explained the new rate plan and the great cell phone service we can expect from AT&T. Myriah was very personable and knowlegedable.We both received the new Samsung S10 + phones with a better monthly rate plan. We are very happy customers and recommend everyone that needs help with getting a better phone or rate plan to go and see Myriah. She will definitely take care of you and make you feel like family.

Went in there with a broken phone wanted them to see if they could fix it they handed it back and immediately started showing me new phones. Terrible service nothing was in stock but the most expensive phones. Tried to sell me products I didnt need, enrolled me in things I didnt want and just an all around bad experience. After this visit to this AT&T Store I strongly considered switching to another carrier. I have been a customer with AT&T for 20+ years and this was by far the worst experience ever!!

Manager William unable to rectify. SHAME ON YOU

Myriah and Taz delivered the best customer service. I went to a lot of at&t stores before and this one has been the best that Ive ever been to. Myriah was extremely knowledgable and gave me several different option when I was opening a line. The next time I want to add a line or upgrade, this is where Im going. Totally disappointed with the service.I switched to ATT service form here. I requested the guy here to activate the base plan with data. One week later when i checked with him why i am unable to activate internet, he did the apn settings and said its working. I came out of the shop and the phone was showing no internet pack activated. Ask him again and he said, i dont have data plan. Asked him how much it will cost, he said i need to upgrade plan and need to pay only the difference in amount. He activated it through customer care and they charge me the difference amount and amount of next heigh plan. My phone was showing i was charged only 5 but they charged me 30+5. Customer care is saying that is the procedure and they wont refund the amount. Disappointing service. I will switch to some other carrier asap.

Absolutely terrible service. I came in to get a new phone and couldnt even walk out with it. I asked to see some cases and they had none. It took me at least 2 hours just to order my new phone. A week later my phone is still not at my house. Everything was completely unacceptable and the 2 men helping me had awful attitudes.

Had issues in my T-Mobile. I am using Nokia 6. T-Mobile doesnt support Nokia 6. So I went to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. I am surprised though. T-Mobile gave me 4GB of LTE for $45 but AT&T gave me 8GB of LTE for $40. Thats just awesome!

I have to say I was not happy with AT&T’s services before I walked into this store ! William was able to explain to me why my bill was so high and he gave me some great recommendations on how I could bring my bill down to a good affordable price which made me very happy .. thank you very much

Finally got my red iPhone ! I looked everywhere for this phone and they was the only that had it. Alex helped with everything from transferring everything over and getting my bill In order.

Please be cautious when doing any transaction at the Bayonne, NJ store my identity was stolen from a staff member if not more than one staff member from this store and ive been fighting this for over a year now this situation has been haunting me and is ruining my credit and I cant seem to get any help with this issue I refuse to pay close to $3k towards a bill I did not create at this point I feel my only option is reporting to the federal trade commission.

All I can say is my experience. Called 4 times over a few hours trying to reach the store to ask if they had an iPhone in stock which I was trying to buy outright before the end of the day. Nobody ever picked up. Oh well, gave my business to AT&T at Newport mall, which surprisingly had lower reviews, but they at least took my call, took down my number and info, and then called me back to tell me they had my phone in stock.
