I only go here as a last resort because I never like to buy anything from the one guy Chris. Hes been there since the store opened I think and several times he tried to sell me their GameStop insurance when I kept saying no. One time he gave me the insurance without asking me. He keeps trying to pedal subscribing to them even when I just subscribed a few weeks prior. By selling more like that, thats how they keep their jobs but its just so skeevy. GameStop and its workers need to change.

The people here are always nice and very helpful when you need them. I love the deals and everything they have inside.. beside Im always there lol

This location is ok staff isnt too bad. But as far as Gov. Murphys order as to all must have face mask on inside businesses like this be a little careful as Ive encountered certain individuals at times without a face mask even on. We will never resume back to our Norm if we cant abide by these policys.

This GameStop is the only closest place I can get my New games and consuls and the people there are very nice I really want to work there someday but I’m not old enough The job seems easy but I don’t think I can handle that because I can’t read that’s good 😅 but one day I will.

This store very impressed, clean and friendly staff. They were cleaning after every customer. Everyone wearing mask. I will go back.

The place has really gone downhill. I used to shop at this location more frequently but now they barely have anything on the shelves and the new people working there are rude, unhelpful, and completely unknowledgeable about any games even remotely popular.

My experience was very unpleasant at this store the staff seemed kind, but distracted and out of focus. My dad bought me call of duty modern warfare for my birthday, I had the case that said it was modern warfare, but little did we know the gave me call of duty modern warfare remastered. I was very disappointed by what I found especially on my birthday so I hope they can get their act together and give people the game they actually want.

Staff has a lot of knowledge and the Store Manager is very polite.

I always like looking for new/used games, systems, or add to my all ready out-of-control shirt collection.But, when Im on the hunt for games, Gamestop is mostly my first choice, but, always try different locations, as well.North Bergen, Hoboken, Lower Manhattan, or just online(when Im feeling lazy)!

This is the worst store ever. I bought a system from them and it stopped working less than a year later. All I wanted was a copy of my receipt and apparently noone there could give me it. I guess its because they have something against me since I didnt purchase gamestop Insurance so noone wanted to help me. I havent been able to play my ps4 in over a week and I havent even been able to send it out yet because this wonderful gamestop couldnt just simply re print me a reciept. Thanks a lot gamestop that Ive been shopping at ever since I was a kid thanks for nothing. I will never step foot in here and spend another dime. I look forward to the day when you go out of business and you never get to rip off another person again. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Associate or manager melissa treated me terrible while I was with my son. She asked me if I needed help. I said no. She then replied what categories are you looking for. Again I replied no , Im good. She then told me, so your here to just hang out. That was terrible customer service. I explained to her Im not a young guy and this 17 year old boy is my son. Then she tried to switch up and tell me that it was a compliment. Im sorry gamestop I need answers to why I was treated as if I was not going to be a paying customer. Btw I bought merchandise. Racism should never ever be tolerated.

I went there to pre order a game and the girl that was there named Jill was extremely rude and did not help at all with what i was asking about . If you hate your job just find another job

I really enjoyed their friendly and helpful service... I purchased a used (looked new) xbox 360 controller and for some reason didnt sync with my system ( I remember the employee dropped it by accident while trying to retrieve from upper shelf) I took it anyway and had to make a 2nd trip however they had no issue issuing me a refund.. The location is stocked like any other.. Worth the trip !

Was sold on GameStop $20.00 insurance for my Xbox elite controller but was denied the service upon my return 9 months later with receipt in hand by the same person in charge. My back right top paddle button button gave up and would not function properly however but because the rubber grips was peeling off (also a manu. defect) I was turned down and my insurance was void. I was upset and argued my complaint but was shut down. They couldnt even help me and did not want to. The person even dropped my controller on the counter by accident trying to put it back in the box. Before I lost my cool, I decided to leave and try Microsoft support center.I am not shopping at any GameStops in person or online anymore. This and past experiences have always left a bad taste in my mouth.Good news. My controller was still under warranty with Microsoft and I was not denied a service repair. Thanks Microsoft and Good riddance GameStop!
