Julia was great, she double checked our product to make sure that we were getting the correct lacquer and took extra time to explain the increased cost of the product due to shipping, labor and material increases. First, the paint is, quite simply, the best paint you can buy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always very engaging and friendly. There is no question too basic or simplistic — the customer service is exemplary! There is certainly less expensive paint, but there is certainly no better paint.

Feel like a kid in a candy store here. Wide selection and fully stocked shelves. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for your painting needs.

Staff at Sherwin Williams are great. I really appreciate their helpful advice. Make sure if you are working with a painter, you ask fir their discount. Sherwin Williams is located on Dickman Rd. between Enterprise car rental and Baxter funeral home. With my painters discount, I saved money over the big box stores.

The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and the quality of the paint is second to none! I stopped in with a 10+ year old can of interior paint from another manufacturer. I asked if they could match the color and reccomend a product for exterior painting. The employees went above and beyond to explain their recommendation and the color match was perfect!!!
