Had an 830am appointment today...but no mechanic showed up so at 9:10am I left.

I have never been so comfortable buying a vehicle at a car lot till now. My husband and I stopped to look at a truck and instantly after talking to Hannah and seeing how kind the owner was I had a great feeling about buying from there. They went over and beyond to make sure we left happy they even stayed late to make sure we got our truck that day. They have made me a forever customer and my kids will only be buying from there. *Positive story alert*When I woke up this morning I had a flat tire, like really, really, flat. Definitely couldnt make it to a gas station to put air in it.But I made it to this place called Royal Autotec, they sell cars and also fix cars.I asked the owner if he could let me fill up the tire, so I could figure out my next step and he had me pull in where he preceded to have his mechanic find the hole and plug it.I asked him how much I owed, and he said, we are neighbors. If you ever need anything, just stop in.I was blown away. In a world that has become obsessed with greed and money, this wonderful business owner, did a good deed he definitely didnt have to do.So thankyou very much!!If youre looking for a car place that will treat you good. I can definitely vouch for Royal Autotec!!

When I went in to Royal Autotec I knew I prob wouldnt get approved for a loan but it was worth a shot. After talking to Hannah I felt better about my chances and she talked to my bank a few times and I got approved the next day. I am so much happier in my new Ford! Im overjoyed with our new Dodge police Charger we got from Royal Autotec with only 72,000 miles!!! Hannah went out of her way for days to help us with everything we needed right down to the air freshener and floor mats. She helped us getting the lowest insurance rate possible by calling different places and it was all a pretty easy process. I probably wont have to buy another car for a while but if I do Im definitely coming back to see Hannah.

I was having problems with my car and i took it to every mechanic shop around they could not solve the problem and were asking for ridiculous amount of money. I finally found Royal Autotech where i was given great service. They were very honest with there pricing and the work they did on my car was great. My car is running at a hundred percent and they solved my problem and gave me a great deal.
