I love Morgan, the service writer. However, the dealership and their technicians are another issue. Took my car in for an oil leak - 2017 CT6 with 35,000 miles on it. They swore up and down no leak. Well, thats just weird cause I have put something underneath the car in my garage at home and there is for sure a leak. Called them back to say it is still leaking, they now have no technicians at all. Took it to Cole Cadillac, they found the problem immediately - rear engine seal leak that is a 16-hour job. Will not be back to Superior! I would give them no stars, but that is not an option.

I had a terrific experience at Superior last weekend. Mike helped me turn in my Cadillac lease early, address all my questions and get me into a brand new Cadillac lease at my price point. He even stayed much later than closing to ensure I drove off in my new car the same day. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend Mike and the team at Superior Cadillac!

We found Superior to be just that. The young man Jake who worked with us was very helpful. What he could not answer he found out from the manager, Vince who also came over to put us at ease. Micael put all our paperwork together. The we had Great Lakes Chemical do our rustproofing.They then delivered our new car to us- over a two hour drive. Thanks everyone for superior service.

I had an outstanding experience with Superior Cadillac in general, and with Salesperson Mike Gwillim in particular. Mike located the exact Cadillac model I was searching for, and then beat the price of every other dealer I had contacted. In fact, I was willing to drive 90 minutes from Ann Arbor to purchase from Mike and Superior just because of their outstanding customer service and ultra-competitive pricing. Then, after 3 months of ownership, I had a small cosmetic issue with my car, and Mike responded to my call within minutes and remedied the issue without any stress on me. Mike goes the extra mile for his customers, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a Cadillac to call him.

If you enjoy getting ripped off, then this is the place to go. After relying on the empty promises of a salesman by the name of Patrick, we decided to lease a Cadillac. This lease was based on the premise that the dealership would cover early lease turn in fees, wear and tear, etc. pursuant to a promotion they had at the time. The total was in the ballpark of $2,500. Fast forward 1 year later, the lease for my GM Yukon was up and I was prepared to lease another GM vehicle (Cadillac). All was great until it came time to finalize the contract, where I was then informed that there was an existing balance of $2,500 on my account. Baffled, I called GM Financial where I was informed Superior GMC in Battle Creek failed to make the $2,500 payment as promised. I have been given the run around for hours trying to clear this up and have gotten nowhere. I was told to speak to Mike but he was in a meeting for a undetermined amount of time. The dealership is quick to tell you what you want to hear to make a sale but are quicker to hide when they’re scheming ways are exposed. I am now left without a car, lost the promotion I was going to get, and wasted 2 unpaid days off of work dealing with this. I will move this forward to the Better Business Bureau if I don’t get this resolved soon.

I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a dealership than I did with Superior Buick Cadillac. Within a week I had the car I wanted delivered to my door. From the moment I purchased my Cadillac to the day I sold it, I experienced the most unprofessional service and witnessed such a lack of integrity from staff, including management and especially from the finance director, Julia. I’ve never seen a business disregard customers’ phone calls and not process proper paperwork because it’s an “inconvenience” to them. There’s so much turnover it’s impossible to reach anyone willing to help. Buyer beware...I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Took my moms 2018 Encore in to be checked because the passenger seat air bag wasnt going on when my mom sat in it... they did a thorough check even including several different people and a diagnostic check to find out my mom cannot use a cushion to raise herself up in the passenger seat... also you must weigh at least 108lbs for the airbag to switch to on... thanks everyone at Superior for the thorough check on moms car

Great dealership, great service department! Bought both of my Enclaves from Mike Gwillim, and I’ll be back for my third in 3 years. The dealership and Mike were great at making buying a car as painless as possible. The service department has been stellar at providing routine maintenance. Customer service is top notch. Bought a car here back in August. I also purchased gap insurance for the vehicle. I was very naive, it was a huge mistake to purchase gap through the dealership. Huge ripoff. I refinanced my vehicle almost immediately because they gave me a horrible interest rate through Consumers. Before I refinanced, i requested my gap insurance be dropped, to which Patrick told me was no problem but could take up to six weeks to see a refund. No problem. I waited six weeks and still saw nothing. I contacted Patrick once more and he had told me there was a problem with the paperwork (uh huh...right) and that it could take a little while longer. After an additional two weeks (now at eight weeks) and multiple attempts to contact Patrick as well as Chris to get at least a phone number to contact whatever insurance company they do the gap through so I can handle this myself, I have heard nothing. Im not one to typically leave bad reviews of businesses, but this place deserves it. I paid nearly seven hundred dollars for insurance I did not use and still havent seen my money. No insurance company takes this long to process a refund, especially when its direct deposit. Someone is benefiting, and it isnt me.

We had a great experience at Superior and in particular with our sales rep Mike Gwillim. We walked in off the street assuming we would have to settle for something less than desired due to our budget. Mike asked all the right questions and more importantly listened to the answers! He got us a price that was outstanding and much better than another dealer we talked to. We signed up within an hour or so.When we returned to pick up the vehicle he spent extra time with us going over details and answering questions. I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra from Mike Gwillim at Superior Buick Cadillac. Talked to Dan, Alex, Alicia, 2 Different Sales people, wanting to Buy a Car not single one was able to get me a Number. Dan I spoke with Multiple times since he decided he is the one that was going to help me. Called him at least 7 times and left 7 messages, he would pick up give me some BS about he is working on numbers for me and then would never call me back. Alex Multiple email, No response. I drove in 2 hours one way from Toledo to take a look at a vehicle I was interested in. Which wasnt a problem considering I drove 3 hours one way when I purchased my wifes vehicle in Akron. When I arrived on the lot at superior, I was met by Stu. I informed him that I was told to ask for Chris the sales manager and did straight away so there was no confusion as to who I wanted to work with. Chris was with someone so he grabbed the keys so I could test drive the car. I made an offer to Chris (which I know having sold cars there is a 20% markup in used vehicles so I offered them 15% below original asking price because I wanted them to make a profit, but I wasnt overpaying) but did not sit down to talk specific numbers. I received a text message next day or so from Stu asking what I thought about the car. Although I liked the car and i realize it was used, I was honest about some issues with the car (pushed in rear bumper, cracked bumper, etc) I came back a few days later with my wife because she wanted to see the vehicle as well. We sat down to do some numbers with Stu even though I came in asking for Chris. We made an agreement to purchase the vehicle after negotiating and that I would be there early the next day with payment. I ended up getting the flu and could not make it back in so I let Stu know this. I received a text message saying that I could put a few hundred dollars down to hold the car. I told him that would be fine until I could make it out the following week. I was then told on the phone by Stu that they would not take a deposit for the vehicle and that another sales person was asking to show the vehicle and that there was another guy coming from Fort Wayne to take a look at it. Although Chris was great, Stu was not. Very arrogant. Typical salesman type. His attitude changed when I informed him I could not make the trip and would need a few days due to being ill and he informed me that they would just go ahead sell it to someone else if they came along. Which i understood. What many sales people and dealerships dont get is this: ts never about a vehicle, its always about the service. Its really unfortunate concerning the lack of professionalism and treatment of people. Ive been in customer service and sales for 20 years and I had to come to learn that advocate selling is the most comfortable way to help people make purchases, but thats not the motive. ACTUALLY CARING is the motive to help people. Caring about the individual in front of you that you are SERVING in sales/customer service is something that really is nonexistent nowadays. And its because of people like Stu. Whether a customer comes into my store to make a $30.00 dollar purchase or a $3,000.00 purchase, they all get the same treatment. Whether my commission is $30.00 dollars, or $300.00 dollars, or $3,000.00 they all get the same treatment. They get treated like family. THAT is what separates those who want to serve others and the sales people whose only desire is to serve themselves. No wonder people are purchasing vehicles online at an increasing rate. Because of the Stus of the world. 🤷🏼‍♂️Whatever happened to CUSTOMER service?

I did not ever call there about an oil change. Let aline show up late!!! I would never take my vehicle to a dealership for an oil change. So maybe next time you think you know why you sick at customer service. Reefer to this. You dont even have your facts or custimers straight!!!!
