Sharon Ann was wonderful and truly very friendly. She was very informative and knowledgeable about her facility. She gave me a tour of the building gave me the advantageous and disadvantages of each unit and what was best for my situation. I tried the other climate-control facility with orange as it base color and they couldnt compare to StorageMax. Also, StorageMax follows the mask mandates which was very appreciative to someone with underlying conditions.

Best experience I’ve ever had. Seriously relieved the stress of having to find storage after a flood. Incredibly reasonable prices, and extremely helpful staff. They were very polite, and never got aggravated with my questions. Even when I’d forgotten the lock after we were done with the unit, I received a call giving me the opportunity to come and get it. I will definitely be calling them again if I need storage.

Rented a unit for the summer in between semesters. Great customer service, they were super helpful in choosing the right size unit, getting a lock, and showing me how to get in and out of the facility. I felt safe going in and out, you use your specific code every time on the keypad. The unit was very clean and air conditioned. Will be back next summer!!

After having a terrible experience at Otter Storage down the street, I headed over to StorageMax and got a unit on the spot. The office staff was SUPER helpful. I came in thinking that I needed a 10x20, but they suggested that I only needed a 10x15. This saved me a ton of money!! The facility is super clean. Everything was super professional. You have to have a code to get into the storage facility, which is great for security. There is a dumpster on site for tenants. Would highly recommend!!!!

I have 6 kids that have used storage units off and on through college and their careers. So I’m no stranger to storage facilities, but StorageMax had been the nicest of them all. The units are clean and well lit, and the staff is amazing. They are polite, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I don’t think I’ve ever met a nicer staff of people. My home recently flooded and I was in need of a storage unit quick. Sharon Ann was able to get me set up with my unit within a couple of hours of calling. She was very informative of the types of units available and what may best suit my needs. The unit she helped me select was the perfect size.The building is clean inside and out. There are also many moving carts available to help move items from your vehicle to your unit. I am so glad I choose to use Storage Max and would recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve been renting a unit at this facility for a month now. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and super helpful. Moving my things into storage is stressful and puts a lump in my day, but running into the staff has always made me smile. The location is convenient, there are many storage carts available to help you move your things. I’ve had to use a storage unit 4 times in my life and this is the best facility I’ve had.

I had to quickly pack my things and put them in storage when LSU closed down and went fully online this spring...Storage Max was the most helpful and understanding place that helped me out during this time. They made sure I had a storage unit that day and helped me move my stuff into the unit. Paperwork was easy understandable. It was also the cheapest place compared to the other places around Baton Rouge which made my broke college heart happy. 6 months later I am back in Baton Rouge to start another school year and I go to my storage unit to move out and it was left in perfect condition. No bugs, no mold, no dampness, nothing bad. Everything was the way I left it. This place is absolutely amazing and Sharon-Ann, the wonderful lady that helped me through it all, was an absolute gem. I will definitely use this place for any time I need a storage unit again!

Sharon Ann at StorageMax was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.She made check-in a breeze and helped me find the right size unit to fit my needs. All of the units are climate controlled and easily accessible regardless of which floor you are on. There are convenient carts to make moving your things much easier. The facility is brand new, very secure, and cart handles and keypad surfaces are cleaned frequently. I also really appreciated the moving truck. You can reserve their truck to help move larger items. I would definitely recommend StorageMax on Bluebonnet to family and friends!
