I hired All My Sons to move a bedroom and living room. From the start, Jared was transparent and easy to communicate with. The movers were very efficient and friendly. The price actually ended up being a tad lower than the quote. Overall very happy with the experience

I have moved many times over the last 40 years and I have to say this was the worst moving experience I have ever had. There are way too many things to list about what went wrong in this limited space but I will list a few. I was told I needed 4 men for my move. I got 2 men and 2 children. The younger one goofed off and didnt help move much at all. They gouged walls, scraped paint and door frames , cracked a board I. My wood floor dropped and broke legs on my sofa. To begin with I had to call the morning of my move because no one showed up, so I guess that is why they scraped the bottom of the barrel for a crew. They couldnt figure out how to get my refrigerator s in the house, so they left them outside. My daughter and I got them into the house after they left. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company.

My experience with All My Sons was great. Jared explained everything in detail about what to expect. He checked in with me a couple days before the move. Ken and his team of movers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They took very good care of all my belongings. Moving is never easy, but they were very professional and accommodating with me. Poor communication. Bumped from first move to last with no notice at all. Had to call to find out where they were. Moved dressers upside down, everything shifted to different drawers, etc. Not professional at all. Just a sassy Sorry but no actual apology for anything. Nicked furniture. Scratches on furniture from move. Walls and door frames scratched up. Poor overall, not worth the cost, not worth the stress of dealing with All My Sons.

Worked here for maybe a week. Was laid off because I got into trouble 22 years ago at age 18. All I heard was that safety said that they couldn’t employ me. While on this job I had all positive reviews and feedback and worked very hard. So much for equal opportunity. Yet, this is a job that allows poor workmanship,late or no shows,and drug use on the premises from employable individuals. Conviction teenager or not, they didn’t deserve me anyway. ✊🏽

This team of movers was awesome! In a time where so much of my life is in the balance due to my home being severely damaged by Hurricane Ida. Micheal and the crew came in packed what I needed packed and moved the valuables I could salvage. They took a lot of stress off knowing that my remaining items were handled with care. Not to mention they were very respectful and respectable. Thanks guys! I really appreciate you!!!

They maintained courteous and helpful attitudes and handled all of our belongs with the best of care. We used All My Sons this summer. Actual moving part was good; however, the movers were 45 min late with no phone call letting us know they would be late. Also, don’t fall for their stalling technique of “will you take a photo next to the moving van with us and give us a review online?” Taking the photo actually adds time to the clock so they can round up the pro-rated rate. Little did I know that doing THEM a favor by taking a photo with the movers would add another 15 minutes to the clock for my rate. Apparently, the movers get a bonus by getting customers’ to take pics, so it’s a scam on the company’s part to make more money. Oh one more thing: they charged $246 for packing supplies. This was furniture from one bedroom and breakfast table/chairs!!!Don’t waste your time or money on All My Sons.

I do not recommend this service for anyone who wants to have a scheduled, well planned and smooth moving experience. They do not follow their own schedule. We booked a moving date with them and called them before hand to confirm our schedule. On the day of the move, we called them to ask if they were on their way, and they told us we had to accept another moving date because they could not come on our scheduled day. We had our entire house packed and they waited until the last minute to tell us they were not coming. Not only that, but they claimed to have tried to reach out to us over the past two days. They were lying and were completely rude over the phone to us. They did not leave a voice mail or send a text message or even an E-mail in those two days. We cancelled the service and ended up renting an UHaul. This was not our original plan, since we have two toddlers to take care of. Moreover, we are still waiting for them to return our booking deposit (a month later). Again, do not waste your time or money with them.

Also reporting to BBB!!! Unfortunately, the other one star reviews are spot on. Bait and switch. Fuel and mileage not included in quote. FIVE hours late without communication. Our personal crew of 4 people moved 2x faster than their crew of 3 people. The items they wrapped improperly and poorly loaded/unloaded creating damage. A 15 mile move took their crew almost 2 hours to arrive at the second location. They then presented an inflated invoice and would not unload the truck until it was paid and the move was signed complete. Leaving minimal time for review, communication with their supervisor, and no option but to pay or not receive our own property. Then, in follow-up to all of our concerns, their customer service department is a joke. We have moved countless times in our profession, and this was absolutely the WORST company we have ever used!!!

We had a great experience with All my Sons moving company. We called them last minute due to our initial moving company dropping the ball badly, and All my Sons moving really answered the call. They were on time, very professional and all had great attitudes and displayed great teamwork in getting us moved as quickly as possible while also being very careful with handling all of our items. BEWARE! WORST MOVING COMPANY. Ive moved 7 times in my life and Ive never experienced service like this. After reading many reviews on here, it is very common for this company to BAIT AND SWITCH people with their money.I called a month in advance to reserve a spot for a long-distance move. I went through each of my items via phone because the estimator who usually comes to the house was not in town. However, the person I spoke with (Brandon M.) said his manager gave him the okay to give me a quote right then. They even sent an email that same day stating I was all set and took a $200 deposit. Fast forward THREE DAYS before my move and I get a call stating my quote is no longer valid, and they upped the charge a whopping $1700 on top of what I was quoted initially. They KNEW at that point it was way too late for me to find another company that could schedule a long distance move with such short notice. I had no choice but to use them. I was repeatedly told they would arrive between 8 and 10 AM on the move day. On the day of the move, I called multiple times and was told the truck needed maintenance. No one showed up until after 2 PM. When I questioned the movers about this, they said the company had double-booked that day. Subsequently, they said they would not be able to deliver my items on the same day. I had to pay for my own accommodations because I would not have any furniture that day. Once the headache was finally over, the movers themselves even said the company always does this to people. Also, good luck dealing with Tristan and anyone else in their lousy customer service department. What a joke. Highly advise looking elsewhere.

All my sons did a great job on my move. If I had read the reviews first, it probably would have scared me off. But my experience was great. Especially the driver, Joshua L. He was nice, professional and very careful with my things. Would recommend using them again if I were to get the same set of guys!

Made contract with movers representative. Put down deposit. Went into great detail on what was included and charges. They said there was an hourly rate, which covered three workers. PLUS one hour minimum for travel. An hour later the local rep called and was going over everything. He said there was a two hour minimum for labor PLUS the travel, and only two workers. GREAT MISREPRESENTATION!!

Tray and Josh’s crew came to my house, loaded everything in a quick and careful way. They were very professional. As a military family we move a lot and this has been one of the best moving companies and employees we have ever had. Amazing service and nice to be around, great attitude. Very Highly recommend.

This company is one of the worst!!!!! It took them 14 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment, living area and kitchen to another apartment around the corner! Granted both apartments were on the 3rd floor, it should not have taken that long!!!!! The couch ended up being torn and the Manager of the New Orleans office was rude after i called him up and refused to pay more than what was decided because one of the movers quit on the job! I do not recommend this company for any of your moving needs.

They charge by the hour so very convenient for them. They damaged two doors, a recliner and our refrigerator. They took apart my daughters bed and put it back together upside down.After telling others about my experience, I was told they have a bad reputation in this town.Me, my husband and elderly mom moved 50% of our house in less time then it took 4 “movers”. Our neighbors in similarly sized house and personal items spent half the price using 2 Men and a Truck.They hold your items hostage until you pay them and sign off that the job was done.They made the stress of moving 100% worse!!!! You have been warned.

I am furious. I paid over $1200 for 4 guys to move about 8 big items & a few dresser drawers which took over 4 hours! Being that I am pregnant I cant really move any of the things that they brought to my house. I specifically told these guys please do NOT break my vanity being that it is all glass and it was a gift that I havent even had for over a year. I went in my room on yesterday to try & at least slide what i could around and noticed my vanity was slid to the side backwards and unwrapped but the mirrored piece was still wrapped. Once i turned it around I saw that the bottom draw was shattered! Whoever brought that piece inside of the house definitely was aware that it was broken because it was backwards! I called over 10 times (3 different numbers) and no one has yet to answer the phone!

RUN from this company, at least in Baton Rouge. Jared is the worst. We booked them, they debited our money, then never showed and never gave notice. Unreliable and rude on the phone when we called, just canceled us. Never, ever use these guys.

Everything went great! They were on time and ready to work. Had everything that was needed to get all the items packed correctly and moved. I just had surgery so there wasnt much I could do to prep for them but they were able to take care of everything.

Franky and his crew did such an incredible job on our family’s very stressful move. Some moves are very exciting, But downsizing a senior citizen - it’s very stressful and upsetting. We had some precious items, they took extremely good care. We had some challenging tasks, they did it without any hesitation. Most of all, and what means the most to me, is I did not want to do this move at all. I felt extremely upset by it and the guys weren’t there more than 15 mins and I suddenly felt great about the whole thing and actually spent the day laughing with them. They made it so easy. The movers themselves were great - the bait and switch price should be illegal. we had a quote of 3 people at 179 an hour, min 2 hours or 4 for 212. what was NOT mentioned were fuel and travel charges, which basically doubled the price! would love to hire the movers directly but will NEVER use the company again

I called for a quote and next thing you know they were taking my card number for a deposit (I know I shouldnt have gave it to them but it all happened so fast) and the numbers seemed ok at first (159 per hour including an hour travel time). Then a representative called later and kind of made it seem like the prices would be what was i initially told except the travel time would be longer. Then I got a confirmation email and the price was 199 per hour and a 1.5 hour travel time plus a 10% fuel cost based on the total price and 6% cost on the weight and all these upcharges that I wasnt told about. So I called and canceled and that all happened so fast too, I hope i get my $100 deposit back. But shame on me for falling for it I guess.

Jason and his crew were absolutely wonderful. So polite and professional, even though the heat was unbearable. They never complained or seemed put off by anything and asked many times, “Is there anything else we can do?” I cannot recommend them enough!

I booked and paid a $100 deposit for All of My Sons Moving and Storage to move my furniture and boxes from my apartment in Baton Rouge, La to my house in Prairieville, La. I informed the manager of the Baton Rouge, LA location that I had two full bedrooms fully furnished and 10+ boxes in addition to several miscellaneous items. To start, I was informed that the move would start after 12 that afternoon and they showed up at my apartment at 8:00 am.On March 9, 2021, two movers showed up at my apartment in a 15 Penske truck which was not a company truck and did not display the companies information of the truck as an advertisement. I did not receive the 28 x 40 company truck that I paid for. The company took a job they could not execute. I paid $760 for a job that was not completed. The movers were great but only able to move half of my requested items. After paying $760 I still had to make over 10 trips and pay for additional movers to clear out the remainder of my apartment. The most disheartening part of the stressful experience is how I was treated by the company associates specifically the Baton Rouge location manager, Jared. When I called and told him that the truck that came was not big enough for the move he stated that the guys can go back and get the remainder of the items at the $109 rate that I was being charged. He told me that I got what they had available, it is not his fault that his trucks are broke and unless I paid additional monies there was nothing he would do. He was rude, screaming loudly and downright spiteful in tone. I called the national Dallas customer service office several times as well and was told that someone would return my call with accommodations or refund information and that never happens.I used All My Sons Moving and Storage last year for the same move. I paid only a $60 difference and they performed the tasks in the truck which was guaranteed. therefore, I am aware that they were at some point a business capable to do the job and honest people. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I would not wish this on anyone. The movers Jared (not the manager) and Blaze was amazing and apologized several times because they knew it was truly a horrendous experience. DO NOT USE OR SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! I actually give them zero stars!!

The two movers I had was micheal Colbert and cordell. They were both very professional and was able to come earlier than expected. The move was efficient and none of my furniture was damaged. Will definitely recommend all my sons moving company again

Wonderful job and they were very fast and careful, the only issue is that the final price was double the quote given without any real explanation before hand that it could possibly be that much. While expensive, they did a great job.We were quoted under $800 and paid close to $1500.

The movers were great! Unfortunately, the office staff were not professional and showed no compassion or respect over the phone after charging our family well above the initial quote. I have never left negative reviews and this is my first one. Please be warned when speaking over the phone, their lines aren’t recorded and it’s their word against yours.

BEWARE STAY AWAY. The crew was friendly but mistreated most of my furniture. Several of the pieces are damaged. They also dropped my tool box off the back of the truck by mistake. and damaged our dining room table which is now unusable. I was very understanding until their claims department only offered us $150 total for all repairs. Please be cautious when doing business with this company.

We moved from storage to a house on May 19th. Frank, Jeremiah and the crew took excellent care of us, moving an especially heavy item that was quite a challenge. They worked through the issues and made it happen. We are very happy with this company!
