Could not be more pleased with their quality of work and customer service. Not only does everything look amazing, but when I have had any issue, their technicians have been timely and professional. Great customer service does still exist in 2021! Absolutely recommend to the highest degree!

We have worked with the team at Acadian for six years now. They helped us from the time we began constructing our home until the day we sold it. Jon has an excellent crew of people and they have taken care of us over and over again. Michelle, Ashley and Sam as well as Hunter, John and the rest of the people are all professional, well informed and trained in home theater and audio visual tech. They work fast, respond to our requests quickly and always follow up with a call to make sure things are going the way they should. We couldn’t be more appreciative. Beware! We have done business with this company for 9 years now (they did initial install in our home when building) They used to be a fantastic company- but in September we called them out to investigate an issue with our remotes - it took them 10 mins to fix the issue. My husband and the technicians continued to basically hang out and talk about NON Acadian stuff for about 30 mins - and then they left- they were on our property for not quite 45 mins (their GPS logs back this up) - then we get a bill for a whopping $292.50. My husband called to dispute it and spoke to Jon Hunt. My husband was then informed about an ‘hourly rate’. This was apparently new to us bc this was not the case in the last several years we have been with them. THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED THIS CHANGE TO CUSTOMERS. Plus the girl my husband talked to before Jon said the hourly rate was $195/hr while Jon said it was $150/hr. She claims our visit took 1.5hrs and Jon said when he looked at the GPS data they weren’t even at our house but 45mins. I have no problem paying for the service I received but I have a MAJOR issue with them not communicating changes to us PLUS exaggerating the amount of time they spent on our property. If we knew the cost ahead of time we could have agreed to it before- rather than be blindsided with an almost $300 bill for 10mins of punching numbers in on our remote:( I just want people to be aware of the dishonesty that exists in this company. We will no longer do business with this company after 9years. Please stay away from them - it’s a horrible business :(

Acadian customer service has been great. We recently had WiFi upgrade installed after having upgraded home audio and video awhile back. We were having some issues with new system. I put in a service request via their app. They promptly responded and fixed the issue. Jon came out two separate times to make sure everything was working. Having such a prompt response is satisfying knowing that moving forward we have the confidence that any issues will be solved - and not leave me trying to figure it out.

Jon called me on a Saturday (his off day) and helped get our audio back working after we removed our cable box. He is always easy to get a hold to and can solve almost every small issue we’ve had over the phone. I would highly recommend Acadian. Their customer service is top notch!

Update: I received a call from the manager who was able to resolve the issue which I had. Updated from a 2 star to a 4 start.The work completed was fine, what is not fine is the communication, scheduling and billing. They request you pay a deposit, but then are unable to give you a date when they would be able to complete the work. After the work was completed, the billing came incorrect. I called to try and fix and sending an email with no response. Still no communication and it has been almost a month. It is not very professional to run a business with such poor communication.

Scott and Megan both went out of their way to help me out with an issue while I was away on vacation. Not only that, the issue had NOTHING to do with Acadian, it was an internet issue, yet both stayed on top of it and would return my call and leave voice messages etc.I am thrilled with the installation of everything at my condo from 2015, and they continue to treat me as a valued customer all these years later.I highly recommend for both installation and customer service. Once again Scott and Megan, your help was amazing and certainly noticed! I will continue to give tons of good reviews for Acadian moving forward!Adam S.

These guys are first class the whole way! When I built my house I was given a number of recommendations, but the only one that stood out was Bryan w/ Acadian. He put together a full design presentation and didnt miss any of the details. Ive worked with Hunter, Kevin, Troy, Scott, and Megan very closely for quite some time and honestly feel like they would do anything for their customers. So much in fact I just recently hired them on another project and they are easily my go-to if anyone asks me for the best AV Company from LA to FL. Great work guys!

Acadian Home Theater did a great job at my business. It was a more complex install than normal because their was a previous system before that was really not done well that created issues. The guys came out and diagnosed and diagnosed till they figured out what was causing the multiple issues. They were very professional, worked very cleanly and left our system in much better shape than it was before with the latest technology. I can’t say thank you enough to the men and women at Acadian.
