Car audio services is non exiting. Employees did not know anything about car audio equipment nor car audio installation equipment. Minimum car audio installation accessories. Best Buy is not a good place to purchase car audio equipment. This use to be the place to go.

My visit today was to purchase a new cable modem router for the office. The gentleman at the entrance door was pleasant and directed to the aisle I needed.Rez was finishing up with a customer and shortly after, made himself available to assist me. He listened to my need and promptly began his search for the exact brand and model I requested.He was knowledgeable about the product and answered my questions in a simplified way for me to clearly understand.Rez exemplified great customer service and was very helpful even at the checkout counter suggesting that I purchase additional warranty coverage.Thank you for an awesome shopping experience! 🙂

I’m not sure who the manager was onsite today for pickup orders and curbside (Aug 21) but I wanted to Thank you for helping the delivery person with my niece’s mini fridge for college. I am located in Florida, and had a hard time with Target and FedEx delivering her other one. I ordered and within the hour this was ready. I had to get a driver to pick it up being that I’m located out of state and my niece goes to school in the area. I’m so happy that this worked out. I appreciate the help.

I order all my appliances for my rental properties from Best Buy. On my last order I purchased a washer and delivery. For the first delivery appointment I had to make my tenant take off from work to receive the delivery. They waited till after the delivery window to let us know that they would not be coming. I then had to reschedule for the next week. I was very direct when I told them that if they would not be able to deliver on the day they promised then I would have to buy one elsewhere. The associate named Diego assured me they would deliver on that date. I had to take off from work this time and yet again they waited till after the delivery window to tell me they wouldn’t be able to deliver. After wasting a week of me and my tenants time, all they could say was we can reschedule with no real assurance that I would receive my delivery. I was forced to cancel and they did not even offer to give me any compensation for my lost wages and time. I will never again give my business to these unprofessional people ever again.

My washer and dryer is tore up and I was told I could pick my new set up on a certain day and here we go almost a week and still haven’t got my order yet. I could’ve went somewhere else if I knew it would be like this.

Received email about washer and dryer that I ordered three weeks ago was in and ready for delivery. Two days before delivery washer is out of stock and soonest they can have is October. Of course that model cost extra. So I can wait two months with no washer that will be a mixed match set, and pay more. Over 7 hours to get someone on phone. Don’t waste your time or money go somewhere else

The store has fallen its not what it used to be save your time go somewhere else.Lost our dryer in flood. Got one from best buy. Told us would show up at this time. Never did no call no show. Store is not taking calls so sends you to call center. Finally got someone to set a second delivery date. Again no call no show. Went to store to complain they set a third date no call no show today too. All three days sat looking at the window for them and they couldnt even call to tell us anything one time. Best buy will never get my business again. Going to get a refund and get a dryer somewhere else and wait a week for delivery. Everything I own is dirty. This is frustrating. Dont shop here save yourself the frustration.

I believe the pace of the troops is the pace of the leader, and whoever is running this location, hiring, training, and motivating this team under the current conditions needs to be commended.

Used this BestBuy probably over 20+ times while living in Baton Rouge. Never really had any issues and associates were always helpful. I always preferred stopping by here over purchasing electronics on Amazon since they are ton more helpful. Overall, always been a good experience every visit.

I paid for an order through Amazon for a tv from best buy. I walk in and asked where to go. I was told to wait in the line at check out. I looked at the line which was from the front of the store all the way to back of the store just about. I asked the guy at the door if I really needed to wait in the long line since I already paid for everything and had an email from best buy saying my item was ready for pick up. They even had a section of registers that said pick up only. I asked why I couldnt go in that line to some of the cashiers they at first completely ignored me so I just went stood in the pick up product line. They finally had something to say when I did that and made me go back to the very end of the line by this point Ive already waited 30 mins and had to start all over. I was not happy at all I was on my lunch break trying to pick up a product I paid for completely. They are and have always been very rude at this best buy which is why I barely choose that best buy if I have to go to a best buy. If they dont like the public they shouldnt work a job that requires to deal with the public.

3 time, 3 times I’ve come here and 3 times I’ve gone home empty handed. When I was building my computer I came here for a few smaller items, mainly thermal paste and RAM. And they were out of RAM. They are always out of whatever you need, that is if you come here for computer components. Their store constantly looks like it’s been ransacked, like Black Friday JUST happened. They didn’t even have PCI-e cables, one of the simplest things to have at a computer store. If you need expensive headphones or huge TVs you are fine but god save you if you need actual computer equipment because it is few and far between. They are always out of everything. The management at this store is terrible. I work retail, I know how it is, but I have never seen a store this bad in shape. Just terrible. I wish I could say I won’t be visiting again but this is the only “computer” store nearby, so sooner or later I’ll probably have to drag myself over there just to be met with empty shelves again in the vain hope of finding something

Bought a $450 laptop for $250 (open box) ....I dont remember the guys name that helped me but he was from New Orleans, was headed to Houston Best Buy but got sidelined in Baton Rouge because of the virus...said he was reluctant about Baton Rouge at first but now likes it. This guy was super helpful, he answered all my questions and then some. I couldnt have been a happier customer...he certainly made a difference!.....Best Buy is a good place to get electronics while in Baton Rouge LA.

I brought my laptop in that I purchased from them a few years ago explaining I had an issue with getting the laptop to charge. The salesman took it into a back room and came out 20 minutes later saying that the motherboard was failing and that I would need to buy a new laptop. I promptly took it someplace else and had a small issue fixed that ended up costing me 20 dollars. If you come here expecting honesty when it comes to Computer repair, don’t. They are either liars or incompetent.

Varies widely in terms of customer service. Floor workers tends to be very helpful and friendly, but checkout sometimes ambivalent or aloof. Better customer service training is neccessary. A customer should not feel like a bother, especially when opening their wallet.

Overall, a good store. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Always seem to have what Im looking for in stock with fair prices. Only downside is that sometimes product shelves can be messy and disorganized. I still recommend this store though.

The Best Buy on Bluebonnet, Baton Rouge used to be one of my favorites, now It has the worse customer service ever. I went there to buy something and there were only 2 people working with the customers. Over 20 customers standing around waiting to be helped for over 1 hour, when they asked for help these very rude employees just yelled at them and told them they couldn’t help them because there were only 2 people working, (even though there were plenty of employees just walking around). Very unprofessional and bad customer service and bad management. Save yourself some money and buy it online. It’s probably “faster” and less infuriating!.

Rating purely on the curbside pickup experience because I havent shopped the inside of the store at the bluebonnet location. They came out to me before I could even tell them I was here on the email. Super friendly employee, wish I would have got his name to shout him out. Scanned my barcode and had my items out to me faster than I expected. 5 star A+ experience.

It was okay but at the time the store was short staffed. Probably because of post-holiday staffing cuts or people quit.I like Best Buy because they have so much to offer and are somewhat competitive but sometimes a little more in price because its a brick and mortar. But I like going and experiencing the product before I buy. And they have a rewards program thats fairly decent.With the options to buy in store, online, ship to home or store, the options are much better than Amazon because you can actually touch and test the product of whatever you are buying.They have an appliances section here as well as car stereo stuff. I believe they installs but I didnt quite get that far to ask.

At least the stereos werent deafening, but the store is understaffed. I had to wait quite awhile to look at and buy a laptop because there were only 1-2 people in the department. Despite that, I worked with Brian Q and he did an AMAZING job. Very knowledgeable and clearly loves his job. He worked as quickly as he could (remember: he had virtually no help) and was even running at one point to try to take care of everything, but never made me feel rushed. Followed COVID protocols perfectly: his mask was on properly at all times and he even sanitized the station between customers. Check-out took awhile (I signed up for a few things) and he kept up a cheerful, friendly, and appropriate chat with me while he was inputting everything and waiting on processing. Give that man a raise! (and put a few more people on shift, geez)

As usual, there is almost always no one available to help. This store is ran on a skeleton crew, as all Best Buys are. Go in with low expectations and you won’t be disappointed. The prices are alright. It’s tough to beat Amazon though.What can they give me over Amazon? A human touch and they fail at that, too.

I finally got my camera!! But....Best Buy ohh Best Buy. This store needs some help and most likely better management.Guy at front of store wasnt helpful. The sales people were rude and it felt like I was an inconvenience for asking for help. After she helped me at the checkout I was asking about price matching and she got a little rude about it.Im giving a 3 stars because after 2 other Best Buys didnt have them in stock!Ill be back and hopefully next time youre a little nicer. I like to think Im a nice guy! You can talk to me!

Overall decent. Pricing is mixed bag. The only true electronics store in the area so its hard to compare them. The curbside pickup is not great. I waited on it for 30 minutes one time and ended up walking in to pick up and turns out they never got my check in.

The Curbside Pickup service was extremely disorganized and non-operational. Cars were lined up around the parking lot thinking they were in line for Curbside. The directions and steps for Curbside were largely hidden, but once read, customers realized they were not to wait in line, but were supposed to park in assigned spaces. An employee could have easily directed them to where they needed to be. Instead, they ignored the cars and let them figure out on their own. After parking, I waited an additional hour for my merchandise. Every car parked for curbside service stayed just as long as I did, so we were essentially being ignored. I would have gladly walked in to pick up the merchandise, but I was told online orders could only be picked up via Curbside. This service was set up to remove the hassle associated with the in-store shopping experience. Instead, it added way more friction than simply walking in and buying the product. This is the type of situation that drives consumers to Amazon. The next time I need to purchase something, I will save my time, money, and energy and buy it on Amazon.

Another convenience store I went there with a broken phone it was all confused all messed up I dont know what I did but I messed it up in it and I couldnt get back into it is it it just like when you touch it and it goes big the screen goes big was stay big and I couldnt get it off and so I went to Verizon Wireless when I got the phone bomb and as strong as they say they cant do nothing for it and they sent me this was supposed to do something for but they I guess they didnt feel like working so they sent me to Best Buy and thats the best thing that they ever did because I had fun I enjoyed it I did a little shopping and in the in the people in their old Lord customer service is so kind and they go out of their way to help you its just a wonderful store and I will be going back

Buying from the local store is the best way to do business with BB. Shopping online is a horrible experience when you need to return items. It took me over 80 days to get a refund. Finally brought the item to the store and they made it right within 5 minutes!!!

Terrible customer service! Went in to purchase a computer and a phone. Walked around looking at items and got NO help. At least 7 employees walking around or just standing doing nothing. (2 gossiping) and didnt ask if we needed help. I understand they may only work in certain areas but there was no reason they couldnt ask if we needed help and if they couldnt help they could have gotten us some help in that department! Ive been to places where the maintenance man asked if we needed help and went and found help! Definitely lost our business

I wanted a case for my brand new Samsung galaxy flip z 5G phone. They carry the cases for folding phones in the store. Its hard to find a case. I really do wish they would fix this issue and that Samsung should release cases for phones that they sell in a Best Buy store for protection.

I went in to just look around not really intending to make a purchase. I came across a airfrier and one of the staff members asked if they could help. I wanted to know the difference between the one on sale and the others that werent.This young man was able to enlighten me on the features of the airfriers and the differences between them. Needless to say I walked away with an airfrier, one that wasnt on sale but was the right one for me and a kureg coffee maker thanks to this young mans knowledge of products and his customer service ability. I was impressed and I made purchases that I didnt intend to make.

I purchased a washer and dryer set there over week ago. They have lied to me about the delivery date three times. They don’t care if I’m satisfied and could care less if I canceled my order. When I was shopping there was another customer very upset that his order had not been delivered and they seemed like “whatever”. I should have taken that as a warning and left. Shop somewhere else unless you endless time to wait for your item. So I get the washer and dryer today (almost 3 weeks after purchase). They hook it up and announce they are done and leave, I go in the laundry room to check them out and the dryer doesn’t work. I called the delivery guys and they didn’t care or come back to see if they connected it correctly. I’m so done with Best Buy

The people that work there were nice enough, especially the hostess at the front door. Unfortunately, as usual best buy almost never has what Im looking ,though they should . I was looking for a case for my s9+ ph. ,tbey only had the cases for the latest phones . My phone was the flag ship ph for Samsung just 2 years ago. They should have at least had a couple of options on the shelves to look at. They always say the same thing, order it online. Im sorry but after being hacked over the years several times, I dont buy online unless its absolutely necessary. They had iphone cases going all the way back to i6 phones, they had ever other kind of case including older samsung cases. That tells me that the s9+ is very popular and they run out of cases alot. It also tells me that no one seems to care whether new cases are ordered because this is my 3rd trip there looking for a case at 2 different best buys. Phones are expensive and I dont relish buying a new one every year. Maybe Ill just get a flip phone and be done with it.
