I can’t speak for the installation crew as I install all my own stuff. However the sales guys are great here. My normal guy Chad actually keeps in touch with his personal cell. If I have an issue he is quick to respond and help. If you’re an audiophile like myself Iggy (Who now does installs I think) and Jorden (Sales) really knew their stuff. Many people are quick to sound off with a bad review after one bad experience, not so many remember to leave something good for a good experience though. I’m just giving credit where it’s due. Thanks guys!

About a year I bought a 65’ high end Samsung TV including the wall mounted installation by Magnolia and the extended Geek warranty.The TV did not work properly right from the beginning it went off and on by itself (very annoying) Geeks/Magnolia came to check it out and suggested it was a problem with the internet provider. Paid a good amount of money to cancel the contract but The TV continue with the annoying off and on. Geeks came back and now it was DirecTv. Who came to change the Genies but the problem continue. I decided to call Samsung walked to some troubleshooting including a picture of the installation. When the Gentleman from Samsung saw it called it sloppy work. The problem was with the way the Samsung control box was connected to the TV because of the cable being very sensitive it did not supposed to be blended ( I guess installers did not know what they were doing) besides the TV was not set up to update The Firmware which there was an update. I called BESTBUY first they did not find my account and have to go to the store where a Geek said that Samsung did not know what they were talking about. They came back to the house still a horrible job they used double tape to hold the boxes really TV GETS HITthestarting to fall down bottom line I will not trust them again with any if my electronics.
