Kenny helped us this Saturday morning with the 40 year old Yamaha guitar gifted to our 11 year old daughter. We know nothing about guitars and he spent time away from his family on a Saturday morning to teach us how to string and tune the gift she’d been given... He himself is a gift and we are so thankful for his kindness, knowledge and patience!

Dude fixed my 1983 Marshall Amp head. Sounds better than ever and it didnt cost me a fortune. His service rate is very fair and he did the job quickly. Kept me updated as well with any additional costs and repairs.

Went in looking for a lower power amp with the sound of a Marshall. (70s rock primarily). Kenny answered all my questions and is a wealth of knowledge. He stayed late just to talk with me on Friday afternoon. Great service and highly recommended! BTW, I left with a Reason Bambino. Try finding one of those at the big box stores. Way cool place!

Online Guitar Purchase not as described and did not detail existing cosmetic issues, rust, wear, deformities, broken jack, high action too numerous to list. Took 11 days to ship after payment. Poor service unhappy customer would not make it right with $20 refund? Response to owner: Yea your right about that ill stick to buying instruments out west I cant get used to the rust and corrosion ive dealt with on this guitar you are so familiar with and felt there was no need to describe every single fastener was rusted out! Still in the process of fixing the over .016 neck relief any more I could shoot an arrow through it, all this after being advertised as being newly setup!
