I first went to All Star were I got my 2019 Impala a few yrs back, was happy until I started looking for a new one. First they wouldnt give enough for my trade in, & They did not want to give me my GM Discount, I told them we could not do business. I then came to Ralph Sellers Chevy, I looked at the 2022 Equinox, I gave the salesman my GM number & had no problem with it. I wanted to think on it a day or so, I went back & talked with my salesman about a few concerns I had & he had no problems talking about them with me. I went in the next day & told him lets do the deal. From then on it was very smooth, the finance guy was great, I wasnt going to get the extended warrant but they gave me a good price on it I couldnt pass it up. Basically from the time I first came in to Ralph Sellers Chevy I felt good about being there, there was no pressure, very helpful, 100% better then when I got my Impala. A phone call was transferred 6 times and to a different city just to order a tire. Was made to pay for the tire even though it is under warranty. Technicians do not even know where stock things on a Chevy vehicle are located. Then they lost parts on my truck and will not even return calls about replacing what they lost.

If I could put ZERO for this review I would, We have had nothing but problems since we purchased our car from them. Outrageous prices for oil changes and such that other dealerships dont charge and just outright horrible service and nothing but lies. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them and NEVER recommend anyone buy from them or take a vehicle there to be serviced. This dealership should be closed down and I am pretty I am not the on customer that feels this way. They should be ashamed for the way they treat people and how they try and beat people out of more money. Just sad all together.

Even though I didnt buy my vehicle from the delearship, they were willing to work on my vehicle. Im new to the area and now I have a delearship that I can bring my vehicle to and know I will be treated fairly.

My experience was overall wonderful. The only issue I had was, when I left, I scrolled to see if my oil percentage had been reset and it hadnt. I started to turn around because I dont know how but something said google and I did, it was an easy fix, but an overall positive professional experience. Not to mention an extra 5 stars because I actually saw someone sanitizing with Lysol, the empty seats and what not 💯

I tried to make contact with several Chevrolet dealerships near my home to no avail. Something said, go back to where you know. Little did I know the ownership had changed but my experience did not! The salesman (Alton) that responded to my call into Sales was very helpful. I told him what I’d found online and he looked around until he found it. He didn’t hesitate to invite me in to discuss getting the vehicle I wanted. In less than 2 hours all the paperwork was signed and all I had to do was return the next day to pick up my new vehicle and get a personalized tutorial. Even after I left the dealership he still responded to my inquiries to ensure me I had done my part and I could enjoy my new ride. It was awesome!

I recently bought a brand new 2021 Tahoe. This was my first Chevy vehicle, and I was new to the Chevy app rewards program. My salesman, KIRK, informed me of my points that I received with my new purchase and how it could help me buy accessories for my new vehicle. I had trouble redeeming these points to utilize on buying the factory upgraded floor mats that I really wanted. Not only did Kirk assist me with this issue, the service manager, Daniel, also worked tirelessly to apply my points, save me money, and even delivered and install my new fancy mats for me at my workplace.I would like to recognize Kirk and Daniel for going the extra mile to help me save money and time. Two things this working mom can never can get enough of!! Would not recommend to anyone! Bought used car, when we noticed things wrong with the car, we were told to claim it on my insurance or pay to fix it myself! When we asked about a second key for the car, we were told that the previous owners would be contacted about the key, and months later we were told there no key and nothing they could do about it. Definitely the first and only time I do business there.

My sales rep at Ralph Sellers Chevrolet, Jamie Anderson, was AMAZING! With all the issues going on with the shortage of inventory, (lack of vehicle manufacturing, COVID-19, vehicle chips, etc.), Jamie stayed in touch with updates she had on ANY Blazer inventory, and the vehicle I ordered back in February. She also informed that she would regularly check on inventory at other dealerships in case a Blazer became available for a dealer trade. When the dealership received a Blazer in May, that was close to what I ordered, she went out of her way and got all the parts/accessories changed out/replaced to match what I wanted. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service! I have already recommended her to two friends. I was completely satisfied with my overall experience at the dealership.

Had an appointment to have my Blazer serviced,oil and filter change , tire rotation and truck wash and vaccum. It was out right on time, serviced, washed, dried and vaccumed out. Its the wifes vehicle so when its done right the 1st time the wife is always happy!

The repair service was top notch, the only problem was the price to make this happen. Over twice what a car repair garage would charge. The alternator can be purchased for 1/2 of the price charged. Also the labor rate was double what other garages would charge.

We went in knowing what we wanted to look at, and a guy came out to check on a car then decided to help us out since it had been 30 minutes of staring at a car and no one had said anything to us. He then brought us inside and took note of everything we wanted to look at. Then proceeded to grab so many keys to different cars we did not want to see. We then told him one specific car we wanted to get details on and very close to buying. He went to get the keys and it took him 20 minutes. We stood outside waiting every second. We then decided to leave. Then 10 minutes later he calls and ask where we went he finally found the keys. It was a horribly unprofessional experience I received and I will not be returning.

PROS: Everyone was courteousCONS: The maintenance required warning came on when I was test driving a 2018 RAV4 on 6/19/21. I asked the sales person (Wayne) who was with me about it and he said the vehicle probably just needed an oil change (which may have been true) and that I shouldnt worry about it. Ive never had this happen before on a test drive... I asked to get the car inspected before purchase (always do on a used vehicle) BUT Wayne spoke to a manager and told me they would not allow me to do a pre-purchase inspection. The other 2 dealerships that I visited that day (Price Leblanc Nissan and Hollingsworth Richards Ford) said okay to a pre-purchase inspection... and so has every other dealership that I have ever dealt with in the past, so I found the abject refusal to allow me to get the car professionally inspected very troubling. IMHO a reputable dealership shouldnt have a problem with a pre-purchase inspection, so alarm bells went off... and I walked away, despite really liking the vehicle and wanting to make a purchase that day. I am really disappointed with Ralph Sellers Chevrolet for this reason... I expected more.

To be honest, my review is more of a review of my salesman, Derrick Salario, rather than the dealership. This is my 6th vehicle to purchase from Derrick and I hope to never have to find another car salesman to deal with until he retires. Id pretty much follow him to whatever dealership he went to, regardless of make, even though I do prefer GM vehicles. He is easy to deal with and never pushy. I aim for a simple car purchasing experience and thats what I know Ill get when I go see him. Always good to catch up with him and he always makes the process straight forward and to the point. I purchased my first vehicle from him when I was 19 yrs old and 11 years later, I still find myself saying I only want to deal with Derrick. Ive tried other dealerships in the past with different sales people and every time I am turned off by the untrustworthyness and pushiness most other sales people exude. Ive recommended to countless friends and family members and really wouldnt care where he went, when its time for my next vehicle - Ill be finding him, where ever he may be and purchasing my vehicle with someone I enjoy dealing with.All around a good experience. The dealership was nice looking, the process was easy and I walked away happy with the outcome.As always, a huge thank you and shout out Derrick. I can’t believe an oil change and rotation of tires takes 1and a half hours. When I can go somewhere else and get it done in about 30 min. And that was with an appointment!!! While I was unable to get my car repaired (just honest bad luck and I was on a time constraint), the customer service was fantastic! Dwayne communicated everything very professionally and quickly, and the shuttle driver (Im so sorry, I forgot her name!) was excellent as well! Keep up the great work!

Your service writer relayed the info and did what he was supposed to do. Your technician DID NOT EVEN TRY TO FIND THE PROBLEM!!! He found out it had a miss and told me it needed an engine. I took to car to another dealer and it turned out to be one injector. The car runs great now. Your guy claimed it had a bad knock. There is no knock and was no knock. He simply didnt want to actually diagnose the misfire..which is what I brought it in for.....or he wanted to rob me. Either way, it is totally unacceptable and quite honestly, he needs to be retrained, or let go entirely. He cost you this repair and all future work on any car I own. I Wouldnt recommend this Chevrolet Dealership to nobody, This Ralph Sellers Chevrolet Dealership is so disorganized and disappointing, because this dealership used to be BRAIN Harris Chevrolet Dealership and they were great and were at this location for sixty years and I didnt know that they had moved, so I took my chev Malibu in because besides the drivers side seat is all the controls for the seat,so I bought the car from there four years ago and got all extended warranties until the car hit 100,000 miles,so about a year and a half later I had to take the car in to have them changed this panel that holds the controls buttons for the seats,and so here it is about another year and a half and the panel is broken again,so I take it to Ralph Sellers which was Brain Harris Chevrolet the last time I came into this Dealership,anyway as I got out of my car I couldnt help but hear another customer fussing about his panel on his Chevrolet seat that kept breaking off, and so I went and observed and I asked if they had problems with that year of autos because I was having the same problems, so I wait three hours to finally get someone out to help me, and I told him everything and I told him that it had been changed before so he looked it up and checked my extended warranty and said everything was cleared, so he told me to bring my car back in Tuesday at 8am,so I did, and I asked him how long it would take and he told me about an hour and a half, so after two and a half hours I went and asked him if they were almost ready with my car and he said that the warranty had expired and that I would have to pay four hundred dollars for to fix it, and I asked him why didnt he tell me this a hour ago, so he wasted two days of my time of three hours each, thats six hours for nothing, and I dont believe that at all about my extended warranty ended they just wanted to make me pay,so I wont ever be going back to them,and as I told him I have bought four of my last cars from Chevrolet and that still didnt move him, but I bet you my next auto wont be a Chevrolet, theres plenty good cars out there besides Chevy. But Ralph Sellers cant sell me anything EVER, and I have plenty of family and friends who I have influences on! So lets see how long they last,because BRAIN Harris Chevrolet TREATED its customers with respect and class,but Ralph Sellers is Disrespectful and Classless!Jpmsr.
