I own a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab. My truck was making a tapping sound. I called the Dealership to bring it in was told they didnt have any appointments until 11/3/21. I had to go out of town to my daughters Birthday party on 10/23 so I decided to just take it in. From the moment I made it there I felt welcomed. They not only greeted me upon arrival with a smile but they were actually happy to see me as if I was one of their own.Long story short Mrs. Michelle is the Lady that helped me from beginning to end. My truck was in bad shape. We wouldnt have made it out of town. I can only say good things about this Chevrolet Service Center. Mind you I did not purchase my vehicle from them but they treated me as one of their own. They took care of my problem and again treated me as family. In the future I will definitely seek them out first not only for any problems that might arise but also to purchase a new vehicle when needed.

Mr. Wells was the person taking care of my vehicle for repairs. He was very professional. He made sure to keep me informed with the repairs on my vehicle. He even helped me find a rental when I did not know how I was going to get back and forth to work. We need more Mr. Wells at the service departments at dealerships. He was also very knowledgeable on what was wrong with the vehicle. More importantly, he fixed my vehicle. Thank you Mr. Wells!

Today was a very good day for me. There was a truck in the lot that I felt I wasnt getting. I went in thinking I wasnt going to get it but I ended up getting it. Long story short. Thank you Alexandria for helping me find my dream vehicle. I absolutely love my Z71 2021 Tahoe. If anyone is looking to buy.... this is your lady. She is so opposite of a salesperson when one comes to mind. Allie was never pushy or demanding. I drove there to only see the color of this Tahoe before ordering my new suburban. After seeing the Tahoe in person, my husband and I had some questions. Allie was very patient and answered them all...also informing us the new Tahoes were larger than the older ones. After taking a closer look we took if for a drive and I absolutely loved everything about it. We ended up leaving that day with the Tahoe we had no intentions of even buying. Had Allie not been so patient and not had a non-salesperson personality we probably never would have considered taking a look inside the Tahoe. I am so very thankful she was informative with all of my questions and concerns. After buying the Tahoe, it did not have a second key in stock. Each week Allie would keep me updated on the status of the incoming key. I successfully received it and had it programmed quickly in one day. Thanks Allie for everything!!! :)

I highly recommend this dealership. I was looking for an exact model and only 2 dealers in the United States had it. When I called All Star dealer, the salesperson Alex William Lang was so helpful in the information about the car I wanted. It was in transit and I explained I wanted it for my daughters 18th Birthday Party. He always kept me informed of where the vehicle was, when it was in the train, when they received it. He made everything so easy. I was also surprised when I called, he didnt ask for deposit to hold my car and I waited a few days to confirm. The best part was receiving my vehicle and he left a really nice note to my daughter. Happy Birthday and good luck in College. That was very thoughtful!. Everyone else in this dealer including the finance gentleman was extremely helpful in explaining the warranty of the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone! They really need more help in the parts department. At will call the girls stay busy and sometimes cant locate a part. Mainly due to salesman coding it wrong and the driver takes off with it even though your on your way to pick it up yourself.

Tiffany met me when I drove up. She was so kind checking up on my car. She also showed me where to sign up for the courtesy van to take me home while they worked on my car. She sent the van back to pick me up when my car was ready. I had an 11:00am appointment and my car was ready at 1:30. Appreciate the respect for appointments and fixing my car on time. Both drivers who picked me up were very nice and professional.

Update: I called and left a message to have my service advisor call because my repaired issues are already having problems and I have not received a return call. Its been almost 2 weeks. Poor customer service, period.I took my car in for suspension and brake issues. I told them my car makes noises when driving, drives like a brick and wobbles when I brake. They provided an estimate of nearly $2400 to remedy the problem. While it was more than anticipated, I agreed to have the repairs completed. Days later I receive a text that my car is complete but when he drove it, it still had a little bit of noise... and that I would get another estimate for the additional work. I expressed I was not happy with additional repairs. You are the professionals and you got it wrong and want to charge me more to get it right. I was not happy. I asked for a manager to call and I received a call the following day. He says at one point it was a new noise and another point that the noise was not heard originally so they didnt know about it. We went in circles with no resolution. I expressed I would leave a poor review and he didnt like that. He felt I should leave a good review because bad parts were replaced. Replacing the wrong bad parts doesnt warrant a good review. He then offered to buy my good review by discounting my service. I told him I would think about the review and that I would pick up my car the following day. The next day, my car was not ready and they had lost my keys. No one knew where they were and after waiting around an hour, I left even more frustrated. I do not trust this dealership for future repairs. I am not happy. With that said, my car drives somewhat better as they did replace worn parts but did not completely correct the problems for which I brought it in. Buyer beware.*** Addition: my steering wheel isnt attached straight. When I am driving in a straight line, the steering wheel is turned to the left some. Frustrating.

Thank you to Brian Duboy, my service advisor, and Ryan Wells, the service manager, for pulling some strings and fitting in my alignment service before closing. I called a little under 2 hours before they closed on a Saturday, asking if they could fit me in- I explained that I had just gotten some expensive new tires and I needed the alignment done so my tires would not get eaten up on my 400 mile trip back home to Dallas. I had gone by about a dozen places in Baton Rouge and no one seemed to want to do the work. I didnt get the name of the technician, but they got the alignment perfect. As a former dealer technician, I am picky about my alignments, but the technician got all the angles perfect- within a tenth of a degree on the specifications. I couldnt be happier about this experience.

I’m actually happy that I don’t have anymore service credits with the plan I purchased. I usually have to leave the truck at Allstar for service the whole day when I’m working, which means I have to get picked up and brought back at the end of the day. This time I made a 4:15 appointment and waited until 6:00 to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told they had only one service guy working in the back. The service entrance was not busy and the sales lot all but empty. I can change my own oil under 20 minutes and get free rotations at my tire dealer. The $100 dollar service credit that I received from GM because of the last major service problem will go now for parts only like maybe an air filter, but not service. All-Star is definitely having some issues of late. Computer issues, scheduling, and service technician shortage. I have never purchased a maintenance plan before and I thought I would treat myself this time, but my experience was poor to say the least. My warranty work was handled poorly as well. I hate to be this negative, but service at a dealership is the most important thing to me the customer. My warranty is now out on my truck. Unless there is a recall I will only be back to use points or credits in the parts department as needed.

I had an appointment to change 3 tires at 7:00 and was here 7 and it is almost 9:30 And I still here. To change 3 tire should not take more than hour and a half any are still working on it. I really think that the service is ridiculous. I think that when you sett an appointment for certain time you should have all the parts ready for what is needed to be done. Sorry for my expression but I am disappointed with the service.

Use your Ford dealer in DS they honor the oil change tire rotation special. The people there are over the top friendly. The people at the Chevy shop at Sherwood and Airline look and act as though a question is an accusation. Plus the Ford shop is much quicker. I will say that I have never bought at a Ford dealership just not a fan of Baton Rouge but big Chevy fan.

I came to the All Star Chevrolet dealership on July 9 to see a 2019 Silverado pickup. Salesperson Olivia Johnson showed me the truck and after an hour or so the purchase was completed; that was a good experience. The truck had a recent recall notice and I was told it had to be repaired before leaving. After an additional 3 hour wait it had not been repaired and I had to leave. I returned on July 12 to bring in the title for my trade-in, and I was told that the recall could be repaired without much wait, so I stayed. THREE HOURS LATER after inquiring about the service, I was told it would be another hour since work had not started yet. After 15 minutes I was told it was ready. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE DEPT and the long wait time for such a short repair, especially after I was initially told it wouldnt take long.

We were told that a diagnostic fee of $99 would be charged if we decided NOT to proceed with repair. The headlight that was not working was repaired but since they needed to look at other areas the fee was not credited. NO ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSIS WAS GIVEN on the brakes OR electrical issues but were still charged. That FEE can be credited once we bring it back. REALLY? Not a chance!

It was required that I drop my truck off and leave it. I didnt have anyone that could bring me to drop it off nor to pick it up. When I first scheduled my appt. I told the lady that I couldnt drop it off due to not having a ride. She NEVER offered a shuttle ride; never mentioned it. She simply told me that if I couldnt find a ride by the time my appt. came about, to just cancel it. I had over a week to find a ride. So, after still not having a ride I called to cancel it and was going to have to find somewhere else to bring it. I was very frustrated and angry as my truck needed to be serviced!I ended up talking to a different lady to cancel it and told her because I couldnt find a ride to drop it off I had to cancel. She offered a shuttle ride from your dealership!! I was stunned as I had NO IDEA that you offered this service!! Therefore, I was able to keep my appt.! That made me feel much much better, but still aggravated that the first lady didnt offer this!My feedback would be more to the negative side had this problem not been resolved. You might wanna take a look at who scheduled my appt. and have a talk with her! It was going to cost you my business!Other than that everything was excellent!! Thank you so much!

I was received politely and suggested services, such as cleaning the oil crank case, were presented with the full price. My car seems to run better, though the benefits of said procedure were not explained. The car was returned clean or certainly in the same condition as delivered. There were two minor discrepancies: the new tire was replaced without a valve stem; and the tires were not inflated to the recommended PSI or 35 psi per tire. In fact all, including the new tire were in the vicinity of 40 psi. This suggests a bit better QC following maintenance.

I had a 7:45 appt to get a new key fob. I was originally told on the phone it would take about 2 hours.I arrived & had my vehicle checked in at 7:45. I sat in the waiting area for about 35 mins when Tiffany Harris came out told me about a recommendation..I declined. Hours passed & nobody came out to give me any updates on what was taking so long to get my car programed to the new key. Well apparently he had to go to Prairieville to get one, but nobody told me anything until I asked about the progress. 5 hours later & several trips to the counter to inquire about my vehicle, the manager had to go to the back to find out what the hold up was. Not very good customer service on Tiffanys part. Her attitude needs to be checked.

I brought my truck in to have 4 tires installed. When I picked up my truck 3 of the caps on the locking hubs were missing. The service advisor, service Technician, and service advisor all made me feel like I was lying about the caps missing. The service manager was emphatic that the tech said he didn’t remove them. When I said the tech was lying he got an attitude and said let’s not make it a us vs. you. The service manager already made it a me vs them by his comment. He said for customer satisfaction I’ll pay up to $30 dollars replace them. However he didn’t want to do the work to find the caps. That is not customer service. I won’t go back to Allstar Chevrolet again.

Absolutely horrible. They had the truck for almost 2 months. Nothing but run around response with Rayne. State Farm was even surprised at such POOR service and communication. This experience was nothing other than horrible. They lie alot to cover themselves but the lies never add up to the time s stated. Purely lazy might I add. WEEKS to send pictured or even note the damage to statefarm. Caused me hundreds almost 1k dollars in rental fee because the truch was not completed. Will never recommend this dealership again!!!!

Car went into the shop 4/19 never received a call about the car I had to keep calling to get updates. Had a loaner car from them. The day I was returning their car tire pressure light came on. Attempted putting air In tire air machine was broken. Because the air pressure light was on they said they had to put it on the rack to check tire. Next thing I know their manager was coming to me with a bill of $198 because the tire had a nail and was not fixable in his eyes. This is ridiculous. This could of been from whomever drove the car before me but I had to pay $198 before they would give me my keys. Never again will I have my car serviced there. Nobody checked those tires before I took the car.

The only issue I personally had was how far out the service appointment was. I was given a date three weeks out with no recourse but to drive my vehicle in condition it was in. My truck only has 24000 miles and the work was under warranty. I was afraid I would do more damage to the truck.

This was the third time my vehicle was at the service dept for the same problem, failure of the #5 injector. It took three weeks this last time for the work to be done. Clearly, incompetent effort on the first and second visit lead to this third time. Service said the cause of the problem was the wiring to the injectors. Then they said the problem was the ECM after they finished the re-wiring. They replaced both the wiring for the injectors and the ECM. All this took 3 weeks. The dealer told me they would not give me a loaner during this period despite the fact this was the third time for the fifth injector failure and clearly they failed to properly repair it the first two times. $4000 total for the three visits combined for the same one problem. Double-talk from the dealer when it comes to relief for the cost due to their failure to do the job right the first or send time.

We went in and out in less than 30 minutes to shop for a car because their sales person in the used car section really showed us an ATTITUDE. We went to Team Honda and made a deal with Price LeBlanc Toyota the same day. This is the only dealership that they wanted us to agree on a price before they even showed us the vehicle. The sales lady said some people saw the price and checked the vehicle then asked for a lower price. I mean isn’t it the regular way to shop a used car? I guess she would have a nicer attitude for people who have higher budget but definitely didn’t for us.

For the second time in the past couple months, my serpentine belt shredded due to an oil leak. I was able to use my Chevy roadside assistance and received a free tow (not the best tow service, but free). Unfortunately, they can only tow the car to a dealership. The first occurrence required a seal and oil cooler replacement. A week later, my check engine light came on for a bad catalytic converter--not All Stars fault. I took it to a different shop, who upon inspection asked me if I recently had my car in for repairs. I told them I had it in at All Star, and they were shocked. They noted the intake air boot was loose, manifold heat shield bolts were loose and missing, hose clamps were missing, etc.I reported this to All Star and never heard anything back.This past week, I had to get it towed again. All Star identified the new oil leak issue, and replaced several parts. I picked it up yesterday evening, and as I was driving home I could tell the car sounded off--like there was a leak in the exhaust--and it was driving poorly. I pulled over to a gas station only to find one of the radiator hoses was about to fall off (see picture). The mechanics did not tighten the clamps at all.Ive always heard good things about All Stars sales people, but for dealership mechanics to routinely provide sloppy service at the rates that they charge is ridiculous. When I start looking for a new car, it wont be through them.

I Schedule a routine oil change on August 6th 2020 to have service September 5th 2020. I live in Houston Tx. I work Monday thru Friday 7am til 7pm. While visiting family in my hometown of Baton Rouge, I said it would be convenient for me to have my oil changed here since I dont have time doing the week. I show up at the plank rd location, 7am sharp for my oil change. Service guy tells me he have no schedule appointment for me. I said thats impossible, I called August 6th to schedule this appointment and I even called back to have my filter be changed. The person in scheduling pulled up information add filter ok done. I called back this morning spk with the operator. Im telling him the situation, he tell me he will email the dealership to have someone call me. I ask him why would u email the dealership when im at the dealership they Telling me theres no appointment for me? So then he ask for my number not name and have someone call me back. No call, 10mins later I call back the phone was transferred to another operator stating schedule doesnt open til 8am she can take my information to have someone call me back. I asked am I to sit here til 8am til someone gets there? No im taking your information and will have this expedited. Ok kool as of 12:55pm No call back from anyone... i went back inside talked to the service guy. He said he may can work me in. And he did!! I appreciate his efforts!! I have had my cars serviced numerous times at both locations. If my money is not appreciate and valued I can take my business someone that it is.. I love that thos dealer did not take advantage of me and did business well. I know a lot of dealers are marking up the C8 $20k over sticker and the fact that this dealer did not speaks volumn about their integrity. I will do business again at all star always.

I purchased a Camaro from a young lady on the used car side last month. She sits closest to the door on that side (curly gold hair and kinda tall). Huge smile and professional attire. I cant recall her name, due to old age haha but she was very pleasant and professional. She answered every question I had and knew a great detail of information about Chevrolet products. I will buy all my future vehicles from All Star. Keep people like her around!

I was searching on line for the car I wanted and All Star came up with a match. I followed up and I worked with Alex. Not only did Alex but the whole dealership worked with me to surprise my wife and get her the dream car shes always wanted. They went above and beyond and I would gladly drive the almost 5 hours for my next car or truck!!!!!

M my oil change appointment was for 7:45am. I did not leave the dealership until 9:50am. I’m not sure why an oil change and tire rotation took so long, but I was definitely frustrated. Usually they take about 40 minutes when I come here, but not this time. One of the crew members also stripped two of my lug nuts so of course, I was told that they were “swollen” and I had to pay to replace them in which, they were expensive. Probably won’t be returning here for a while.

Terrible customer service. First issue in July and now today. I brought in my truck today because my battery is dead at roughly 38k miles. I was told I was out of warranty and asked to pay full price. I called GM myself and they called the manager Ryan Wells. He told them he would not assist me in paying for it. In July I had an issue with panic alarm going off at random times. It was under warranty they gave me a new key fob. I called them days later because it wasn’t fixed. When I went back to get it looked at they didn’t have time. So they did just an oil change. Fast forward I passed my 36k and guess what I am out of warranty.
