I cannot begin to describe the generosity this store has shown me! After weeks of searching for some backordered lace for my dress that I purchased at a different shop, I reached out to see if they could help. They reached out to their rep for me and were able to source me the extra lace for my dress in time for my wedding! Through planning a covid wedding and all the craziness, I just wanted to show my appreciation to a company who went above and beyond to help me at no profit to them. I would recommend this store to anyone- their customer service is next to none and their company is run by genuinely good people. Thank you again!!

The experience I had at I Do was extraordinary! They made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on and went out of their way to accommodate during the pandemic. I do has the most amazing and beautiful selection of dresses. I visited two other bridal boutiques, but everything felt like something that I have already seen on a million other brides. The dresses at I do were so unique, and for the first time I feel in love with multiple dresses. But the real jewel of I do is Ramsey and her staff!! On wedding day, every single person that asked me where I bought my dress from had the same response, Isnt Ramsey amazing! And she is! My appointment at I Do was my first time I was trying on wedding dresses and I was anxious, not knowing what to expect. I was instantly put at ease as the I Do staff greeted me by name at the door and ushered me into a seating area and fitting room tucked away for privacy. After reviewing wedding details and dress preferences they brought me around the store to look at dresses within my price range to see what Id like to try on. I am someone who gets overwhelmed with too many options, however the I Do staff made the entire process smooth, easy and fun. They took my very few preferences (white?) and helped me navigate the store to find dresses that I liked, without ever pushing anything on me that I was uncomfortable with. Throughout the try-on process, Emily was so helpful and reassuring, assisting with everything from hair ties, alteration suggestions and bra pads. Any stress I may have had walking in, was long gone by the time we made it to the dressing room. Not only did they help put me at ease, but also catered to my mom and bridesmaids by answering questions, providing prosecco and generally being supportive, while always directing the decision making questions to me. When we found the dress, Ramsey and staff take such time and effort to make you feel like they are as excited as you are when you find your wedding dress. This is arguably the most important apparel decision a woman can make, and the staff at I Do genuinely cares about helping find your perfect dress and that you have fun through the process. I cant say enough good things about my experience at I Do. It was such a smooth, fun, fairytale experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

With mere weeks before the wedding they were able to help us find the perfect replacement gown. The new dress is gorgeous and better than the first. I made appointment online and employee called to verify etc. super easy and great! I got in the same day! Then, a second employee called about 30 minutes later ( I had mentioned i may run a little late due to previous appt to the first employee I spoke with) asking if I would reschedule since I could be possibly be late. I didn’t want to make 2 trips etc so I just said if it’s less than an hour that would be fine. She again continued to tell me about “the experience” and asking if I needed to cancel, but we didn’t. I moved my previous appointment so I could be there earlier rather than later. I arrived 15 minutes early to a locked door. There is a door bell on the outside of the door so I rang it. No one came and I called the store. The owner opened the door asking can she help us and I told her we had an appointment for 1pm (which I was 15 min early for mind you) and she turn me and my mother away asking us to come back at 1pm. I asked the owner if we could just come in and look while she finished with previous client (I asked her this twice) she basically said no that “it’s packed in the store” when I saw literally 3 workers 1 bride and approximately 4 people that accompanied her ( none of which were looking at dresses). All that being said, the employees were nice and tried to be helpful when trying on dresses. They have a small selection of dresses. I personally wanted something very different and not plain lace or solid fabric. They take your credit card over the phone so if I wouldn’t have gone back my card would have been charged $75 dollars.

When my best friend was getting married the most exciting time for her was the selection of her special wedding dress. I have never seen more class and talent than when I went into I Do Bridal Couture. They know their stuff and they know how to get you what you want. Upon reading below reviews, I am baffled that anyone could speak negatively about this establishment. The staff was beyond professional, personable, and genuinely wonderful. I am a fan of good service, as it can make or break an entire experience. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that you and your guests are comfortable and all of their questions are answered. When you are a bride, you have many, many decisions to make. I enjoyed this experience so much because there were only a few choices, but the choices are quality and extremely classy. They certainly shared my taste. Now, if you like digging through rows of ugly gowns, you probably do need to go somewhere else. All of their gowns are stunning. Instead of sorting through hundreds of dresses for hours that might suit you, and then trying them on and feeling frustrated and exhausted at the end of the day, you leave I Do feeling refreshed and estatic about the dress you just chose. The day that I went dress shopping, I Do was the first place that I visited. We chose to go a couple of other places after that, just to be sure. However, I found myself thinking back to the dress and experience at I Do, and it could not be out done. I purchased my dress here, and I cannot wait for it to come in so I can see it again. It is everything I wanted and more. Kudos to Ramsey (the owner) for going above and beyond what a bridal gown shopping experience should be.

When it came to wedding dress shopping, I wanted it to be as stress free and fun as possible. That is exactly what I experienced at I DO Bridal Couture. I found the boutique through facebook and fell in love with the dresses posted. One particular dress MADE me booked my appointment. Correspondence between Ramsey(the owner) and I, was not only prompt in responding but very informative, professional, and caring. My bridal party and I were greeted with smiles and the atmosphere was very charming. I have to say that my dream dress was a little out of my price range and Ramsey informed me of that prior to trying the dress on and had pulled many fabulous dresses in my price range. I LOVED how she did not try to push me to purchase the more expensive dress, in fact she had me try on a less expensive but beautiful dress first. I insisted on trying on MY dress. After only three dresses, I had made my decision. Ramsey and her assistant (who even took bobby pins out of her own hair to make sure my veil fit perfectly) were just as excited as I was with my choice. My dress will soon be in and Ramsey has been in constant contact with me with updates in regards to my dress. I have and will continue to recommend this boutique to friends. I am so happy with my decision to purchase my wedding dress from I DO BRIDAL COUTURE. I wish all the wedding planning was this easy and fun.

Very sweet, but generally unhelpful staff. Didn’t seem knowledgeable about their inventory or brands or how to assist clients. Bride was left alone with gowns in dressing room until she went out of her way to ask for help. Woman who I assumed to be the owner made multiple blatantly negative comments about the appointment being “a waste.” I work retail and understand the need to keep an appointment under control, but if a bride hasn’t found anything they obviously love, there is no need to pressure her into choosing something anyway or show your frustration—though I know it is frustrating, especially when she insists on bringing in a relatively large group of people. Overall, was unimpressed with her ability to educate her employees and handle herself in a situation that may not have been the most ideal in her eyes. Sadly, would not recommend.

They have absolutely NO selection. And they only carry through size 10 - who are they selling to?? Stick figures??! We were only there 45 minutes because they had nothing to show us. So they tried to have us build a dress. What a joke. DO NOT go there! Such a waste of time.

Ramsey and her staff are amazing! They helped me find the perfect dress for my special day! I would recommend I Do Bridal Couture to any bride looking for the most amazing bridal experience, plenty of laughs, and memories to be made!

I came into I Do about a week ago with my best friend and we couldnt have had a more amazing experience! As soon as we walked in we were greated with smiling faces. My friend had no idea what type of dress she wanted, but the girls at I Do helped her find the perfect gown. I am so blown away by the one on one attention we received at this prescious boutique! I had a wonderful experience with everyone at I Do Bridal Couture! Ramsey could not have been more helpful or patient in my dress purchasing experience. I visited the shop on 4 different occasions and tried on the dress that I ended up purchasing 3 of the 4 times. I was extremely indecisive with my gown and took forever to pull the trigger and finally say yes to the one that I bought, but Ramsey was patient with me the entire time and was extremely helpful when I looked into customizing the color of the dress and train length. All of the assistants that I dealt with there were wonderful as well! The dresses at I Do are moderate to sort of pricy (nothing absolutely absurd), but if a LA bride is in the market for a couture gown, this is the place to go. She carries designers that no one else in the state has and she also has plenty of other, more common couture designer lines. In my personal experience of dress shopping (I went to 8 stores in 2 different states), no one else gave me one-on-one attention for the duration of my appointment besides Ramsey and her staff. I highly recommend I Do Bridal Couture to any LA bride-to-be!

My search for my wedding dress was long and extensive.. i went to every, single place in new orleans and in baton rouge that sells wedding dresses, so i have lots of places to compare! I Do Bridal Couture was, by far, the best overall experience. The owner, Ramsey Sims, makes it a point that the appointment is completely focused around you, and finding your dress.they actually lock the door during your appointment so no one is walking in during your time there - i really didnt realize how important that was until i went other places where my appointment was interrupted.I Do also has an amazingly well-edited collection of dresses. After going to every place in South Louisiana, everything started looking the same and i was nervous that i wouldnt find anything anywhere. I Dos selection is so well-chosen - they really only carry the best dresses that are beautiful and unique and flattering - not rack after rack of the same dress over and over... they have many different types of dresses for different types of weddings and brides, but its not so many that youre overwhelmed. its an incredibly well-chosen collection of dresses.The I Do girls also really know their designers, know how their dresses fit, and know which ones you should try; the dress that i am getting married in would not have been the one that i would have picked, but Ramsey just knew and she was right! Its the most beautiful dress in the world and she knew it would look fabulous on me! i didnt try on any dresses like it anywhere else, and probably wouldnt have thought to if I hadnt gone to I Do. Im so glad I did!!I Do has a fantastic selection, a variety of price points, and extraordinary service; you really cant get any better than this. I had such an amazing experience at I Do... i would absolutely recommend the experience to anyone looking for a dress!

As a newly-engaged Baton Rouge bride with a wedding in a quick 6 months, I knew I had to start gown shopping immediatly. I love shopping to a fault and never even considered not being able to find the dress of my dreams. I shopped EVERYWHERE in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and every little bridal shop this state has to offer...and to my surprise, was VERY disappointed. Everywhere I went, I was rushed, pushed, pulled, questioned, insulted and pressured---and STILL had no gown to show for all of it. Nothing about my experiences was special. Nothing wowd me. Then I heard about I Do Bridal Couture and called the owner, Ramsey. She assured me that she could help and that I didnt need to panic (I was totally panicking anyway). I met with Ramsey and we decided that the best route for the vision I had was a custom designed gown by a designer she carries, Heidi Elnora. Ramsey went 110% above and beyond to help me with my dream. She guided me through A ZILLION styles, cuts, fabrics, and helped me specify what exactly it was that I wanted, which I realized...I hadnt known what I really wanted. The care, attention to detail, and expertise that Ramsey utilizes with every one of her brides shows in her shop, too. The shop is a little slice of heaven, right in the middle of Baton Rouge. Not only does it have a swanky, yet elegant environment (youre greeted with champagne and get the TOTAL princess experience), but they EXCLUSIVELY carry a few lines that I was dying to try on. All in all, you really cant compare this shopping experience to anything that south Louisiana has to offer because its just so special and completely bride-centered. I call Ramsey my Bride Whisperer---and I have no doubt that shell make many, many more (head case, panicky, overwhelmed) brides as happy as I am!

First off I am a maid of honor to a bride who has tried this Boutique before. We visited this Boutique a few weeks ago and we werent entirely impressed. Neither one of us enjoyed the experience all that much. The quality of the service was only good however the quality of the garments would be considered very good thats why we gave it an overall good quality. The appeal prior to the appointment was very good, we were excited to try this Boutique. However, the appeal afterward was pretty poor so we gave it an overall of good also. I cant really say I would suggest this to a bride looking for a dress though. The service was okay. My best friend had a pretty large budget ($3,000-$3,500) and the website made it seem like that would definitely be enough to have many options. When we got there we were greated by a very nice lady who turned out to be the assistant. She was really sweet the entire time. Then after that, we were greeted by Ramsey who is the owner I believe. The assistant was very sweet and helpful but Ramsey was a little rude. She didnt really like the bridal party looking at the dresses in the store and she wasnt extremely friendly in telling us that. Then there was the actual trying on of the dresses. Even with a max of $3,500 the selection was very slim! There were like 5 ball gowns in the entire store (half of which are closer to $6,000) and the rest were A line and mermaids; by the rest I mean like out of maybe 30 dresses in the entire store. So the selection was pretty poor. To us it felt like the owner was just kind of ready to get the appointment over with since we were looking for ball gowns. She kind of made us feel like we werent important customers to her. No one was flat out rude to us but we would have liked to be treated a little more like customers and less like people just looking at dresses. She didnt even suggest other styles to us. It just really seemed like she wanted us out of there. This plus the lack of selection has got us preparing for a trip to Atlanta to Bridals by Lori. We had another friend buy her dress there, plus we have all seen Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta, and she absolutely loved it! She only had a $1,500 budget but they still treated her like royalty and she found the perfect dress!All in all I would say give them a chance but dont expect too much especially if you want a ball gown.

I found the most perfect dress at this store! Such a wonderful experience and was treated so kindly! I would recommend this to all my friends!

The staff here is extremely uptight. From the door being locked when you try to go inside, to them barely opening it and asking if you have an appt, to them asking you to go shop at the store next door for a few mins bc you arrived early to said appt, to going inside and not being able to look at the gowns (they have to pull them for you), to not being offered anything to drink (even though you have a drink menu on the table), to rudely denying us to take pics of our friend in a gown (you should have signs). This experience is NOT what any bride wants when she is shopping for the most important dress she will ever wear. Would NOT recommend this place. Thankfully we were able to go to another business on the same day, and were very happy with our service there.

My daughter found her dream dress. Only complaint is we couldnt take pictures of her in it .

This was my first time trying on dresses and it was a horrible experience. The store isnt very big so not much to choose from and the blonde lady who Im guessing is the manager is SO rude! I had made an appointment months ago and I told them I had a group of 5 coming with me which they said was fine. I get there and she looks at me with an attitude and my group. There was another bride there which I didnt mind, however, she seemed to care more about that bride than me. And as we were leaving I found out that that bride did NOT have an appointment and that the blonde lady told my family to just sit there and to not make any noise because there was another bride. I DO NOT RECOMMANDE ANYBODY TO GO THERE.
