Beautiful such a great experience love the ladies very kind and helpful

Went to this bridal salon Jan 8,2021. I ended up feeling faint (due to my health problems), and let me tell you those two ladies were awesome. They did everything they could to make me comfortable and feel better. The dress selections are gorgeous, and the prices were right. I had to end up stopping the appointment, but if I were not to embarrassed to come back I would definitely be buying my dress from them.

I was in the area and saw Bustle and gave them a call to see if I could pop in and look at dresses. They were so nice and let me browse even though I did not have an appointment. Xianna was so sweet and let me try on a few dresses quickly as they were about to close. Let me just say, they have an incredible selection of dresses, and a big range of sizes, which was very nice. I’m from New Orleans, so I purchased from a local boutique, but I wish I would have gone to bustle first. I highly encourage you to check it out!

Bustle was a very nice place, but some of the employees were rude and unprofessional. We called them before we made an appointment asking if they had dresses bigger than a size 10 - they said yes. But at the appointment I was unable to try on any dresses with the other bridesmaids because they didn’t have my size. They never even called to let us know our dresses were in, I had to call them and ask if they were ready yet. Come to find out our dresses had been there for a week. The lady who does their alterations gave me the run-around. She had my dress for 2 months! I was working around her schedule. And while I do understand that things happen, she wasn’t very willing to work with me. I just got my dress and its two weeks before my friends wedding! Not to mention, I didn’t even get to try it on for her to check and see if any additional alterations were needed (which, there are.)

Sarah was so helpful, sweet and quick to respond. Beautiful wedding dresses that are such great quality! Go here for sure!

I had a wonderful experience here! As a plus size girl I was so worried about not being able to find any dresses to try on, but not here!! Bustle had a really good plus size selection to try on. Very nice place well organized and wonderful employees. If you are going to try on dresses I highly recommend asking for Rachel M! She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the dresses!

Me and my girls had a GREAT experience at Bustle this past weekend. The consultant wasnt pushy and I didnt feel obligated to buy anything extra. The place is quiet and smaller which I loved cause it felt more personal. I am in LOVE with my dress and so thankful they worked with me as much as they could on everything!

I attended the spring 2019 gown collection viewing. There was food and champagne. The girls were helpful with any dress you wanted to try on and with making appointments.

Very underwhelming experience. From the second I walked in, I felt like just another bride and was kinda just taken along the process. Their selection is pretty limited and they just didn’t seem to have it together while I was there. My stylist was really sweet, but she was constantly looking for clips and adjusters from other rooms because they didn’t have enough. They do carry pretty dresses, but nothing that can’t be found at any other salon.

Had a wonderful experience here! As a plus size girl I was worried about options but bustle had a pretty good selection I could squeeze into to get the idea of. Very nice place well organized and wonderful employees.

Can I just say, this place has amazing service. They respond so quickly and are willing to jump in on a unique (and stressful) situation to help out their customers. All with a friendly attitudes. Can’t recommend them enough!

Bustle was wonderful when helping me find the perfect dress at an affordable price for my wedding day!

Working at a bridal shop myself, I never thought I would get that WOW moment myself (since all I do is look at dresses), but I was wrong! My family and I picked a few we saw on the racks that we liked, after trying a few on my stylist Jada listened and understood what I liked and didnt like and she ended up pulling the ONE! All the ladies there seemed genuinely compassionate about what they do! Being a plus size bride, its been stressful trying to find a place I could try on multiple dresses and not be crowded and uncomfortable between other people..the whole staff at Bustle made me feel beautiful and comfortable! I would recommend to anyone!

I went in to get measured and order a bridesmaids dress for one of my very best friends wedding today and I was extremely impressed with not only the overall look and atmosphere of the store, but also the friendly faces that greeted me right as I walked in. Everything was in order and all I had to do was tell them the name of the bride and they had all of the forms for me to fill out! I even got to try on a sample of the dress (even though it was a little snug) to get an idea of the overall look! Bustle has great prices, extremely up to date styles, and friendly customer service! Overall I would give my experience with them a ten out of ten! Thanks Bustle!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Bustle! The girls were so helpful and you can tell they actually care about you and want you to love your dress. They do a great job in making you feel special and I felt so special whenever I was there. I love the girls at Bustle and will continue to send friends and family members there for their dream gowns!

While Bustle had a great selection and wonderful ambience to try on dresses, the staff wasnt exactly the greatest. She never asked me what my budget was and didnt help me put the dress on, only clip it. When I asked for help to get a dress on she seems very reluctant. However, I found a few dresses within the confines of my budget that were amazing! Even my bridesmaids didnt enjoy the experience, they saw how distant the consultant was. Id totally recommend this place if you had a bigger budget, maybe theyd be more inclined to be more social!

I got my Martina Liana bridal gown from Bustle. After visiting shops all over Baton Rouge and New Orleans I absolutely had the BEST experience at Bustle! If you want a friendly atmosphere with a great selection, then this is the place for you. I would definitely recommend Bustle!

Wonderful experience! Everyone was super helpful. My consultant even had another consultant try on a dress for me so I could see it on someone. We went to several stores in Metarie and Baton Rouge and this was the best customer service we came across.

I had the best clothing experience Ive ever had in my LIFE at Bustle this week, and I also found my PERFECT wedding dress!The girls in the shop are the absolute sweetest, and Jennifer singlehandedly MADE my wedding. After falling in love with the first dress I tried on, nothing else looked as good on me, and I thought about just buying that dress and calling it a day. She asked me to try on one she had pulled for me, calling it a potential game changer. I grudgingly put it on, and then suddenly had that bridal moment everyone talks about. I went out in front of the mirror, my mother cried, I cried, everyone cried! This dress is magic. It makes me look smaller than I am (right, ladies??) and I GLOWED in it.After tears and hugs and general squealing, the girls helped me accessorize - I got my veil, earrings, belt, etc. all from Bustle, and the whole coordinated look is spectacular. I cant stop looking at photos of myself in this dress. I dont know how Im going to survive until mine comes in. :-)This salon really cares about brides, and works hard to give them the experience they dreamed of since they were 5 years old. And its a beautiful space. None of that gross dim lighting and dirty dressing rooms. Everything is pristine and attractive, which is great if you take a lot of photos, like I do. I felt like a VIP in this shop.Cant recommend Bustle highly enough. This was one of the best days of my life so far, and thanks to them, my wedding day will be even better! ♥

Bustle was very helpful and professional in helping my daughter find the perdect wedding dress. We also were able to find beautiful bridesmaids dresses here. After shopping Metairie and New Orleans, we came to Bustle for better selection, prices, and customer service. Great experience!

Still (October 10) waiting on a phone call about swatches I ordered (August 28) for my bridesmaids dresses! Called the store 4 times about them, still they cant give me an answer!

Tried to call 4 times with no answer. Attempted to stop by and was told we needed an appointment. Door says by appt on Saturdays. Not friendly when walking in. Immediately turned away.
