Blush exceeded my expectations of a bridal experience. Amanda, my stylist, was knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. She really listened to what I wanted in my wedding gown. The salon is very clean, comfortable, and is set up nicely so that it is easy to shop for dresses. There were a wide variety of dresses in different styles and sizes. They were able to fit me in as a walk-in appointment and I was blown away by their customer service. I would highly recommend Blush!

The staff is friendly, hospitable and professional and added to an all-around enjoyable experience shopping for THE DRESS!! Amber was a pleasure to shop with and although I didnt find my perfect dress here, this shop is well-organized and has a gorgeous selection of dresses to choose from. Addionally, I appreciated the adherence to COVID guidelines (masks, temperature check, and washing hands before shopping); made me feel like I was in safe hands and that also added to my pleasant experience. Finding my wedding dress at Blush Formal and Bridal Salon was the best wedding experience ever!! Immediately when you walk into the salon you are welcomed and everyone is ready to help. I am planning a wedding in 4.5 months and the staff at Blush went to work to fit me into their busy schedule. Nikki helped me during my appointment and she was the absolute BEST! She is so knowledgeable about every single dress she has in stock and definitely knows what she is doing. She knew the style and shape that I envisioned and pulled the most amazing dresses to try. She knew me so well that the first dress I tried on ended up being my wedding dress! And she even paired it with the most amazing veil. The ladies were awesome we chatted while I tried on gowns it felt like a slumber party especially since I was paired with Miranda who loves Disney as much as I do. Not only was my consultant Nikki catering to my wants and needs, but also to my family that attended as well. She was personable, professional and so sweet! Blush offers every element of the dress shopping experience for every type of bride. The appointment was informative, fun and so special. It will always be a favorite memory during this season of life! I also chose my bridesmaids dresses from Blush and the appointment was excellent. Nikki and Samantha hand pulled several dresses in the material and styles that not only I liked, but would compliment each of the bridesmaids and their features. Blush and their team is truly the BEST and their service is unmatched to any other bridal salon! I simply cannot recommend them enough!

I had the BEST expletive with Ingrid and the whole staff. The mimosas were the icing on the cake. She asked me what I had in mind for a dress... I showed her a very random wedding dress on Pinterest and she she managed to find that dress in the store (almost identical) and my whole group was crying. 10/10 wonderful wonderful. Overall my best shopping with experience while looking for my dress! Plus size brides need to start here! Vast selection, top-notch service and beautiful store! Even the robe in the dressing room was plus size! I ended up coming back and purchasing my dress here :) Also They were one of the 2 shops that allowed pictures and for my mother-in-law to Skype in and enjoy the moment with us.

Amber was a great help and was not picky. She was patient with me as I decided to take time to decide outside of the salon if the dress was right for me. She stayed in contact with me and helped me on my return appointment to find a dress that better suited me.

My consultant was Miranda and she was amazing! She knew exactly what kind of dresses to pull from what i told her i liked, and was even able to pull dresses that beat my favorites! She really made me and my family feel welcomed and made dress shopping less stressful and such an amazing experience! As someone who isnt big on shopping, I would shop at Blush again just for the experienced and kind consultants! If its your first time dress shopping like me, I recommend Blush as your first and last stop!

Working with Blush has been an absolute dream come true, and thats not something that I say lightly. I am a plus size bride, and my consultant Miranda made me feel just as beautiful as every other bride in the shop (which was not my experience elsewhere). She did an even better job at staying under my budget, and has found me a dress that will fulfill my dream of being a woodland princess! Everyone in the shop as a whole has been so welcoming every time Ive come in, from bringing in my maid of honor in from another state, to popping in with my mom while she was visiting to just see the dress in person. My fiance and I have been joking that were going to divorce each other just so we can get married all over again, and if we do, Blush will be my first stop. I went here at the end of 2019 to try on wedding dresses, pretty good experience. I found a few dresses that I thought were the one. I called yesterday to set up an appointment to retry on the dresses, and the rather rude receptionist said with a monotone voice that they now charge $50 to try on dresses. I asked if the $50 was refundable if I did not find a dress there, and she stated that it was not refundable and could only be transferred to the balance of a dress that you pick out. That is one of the most absurd practices I have ever heard. Brides spend a lot of money of wedding dresses, and weddings in general. To try to take $50 from a bride to be just to try on dresses that she may not like is discerning. They just implemented this policy in the new year. Even though I had dresses saved on my profile, I would still have to pay the appointment deposit. I called another dress shop right after hanging up, and I found THE dress there that same afternoon. Brides, beware of this weird $50 appointment deposit!

Ingrid was SUCH an angel to have helping me find my dream gown! She and the entire Blush team made the process a breeze. I said YES! to the dress! Ingrid was awesome. I went to 2 bridal salons before this - one in Dallas, one in NYC and finally Blush. I knew what dress I wanted but I still wanted the appointment to be special for my Grammy and mom and Ingrid let them pick dresses out for me and put me in 4 or 5 dresses before I finally couldnt stand it and put my dress on! She was so patient and understanding. She took tons of pictures for us and even took the time to put me in another dress to make sure sizing would be perfect. While we waited for paperwork she let us grab bridesmaid dresses to hold up to my dress to get ideas and they sent me home with a goodie bag! I had the best time and it was everything I wanted my wedding dress shopping to be! I cannot wait until my dress comes in!!! Thank you!!

Shannon was a dream come true. This was my first time ever trying on a bridal dress, and not only did she respect my budget, but she read me like an open book. She picked dresses I never thought Id like, and taught me tricks of the trade to stay in my budget! I will recommend ANY bride in Baton Rouge or Louisiana to come here and work with Shannon. I checked 3 different bridal salons for the style of dress that I wanted and in my price range and Blush was the only salon that not only had what I wanted, but worked with me hand in hand to make the whole process less overwhelming. They even gave me a discount on my dress because I cried when I put it on!! The ladies here are fabulous, and amazing to work with. They make you feel special! I wont go anywhere else!

Upon being helped the person who I was pushed off on didnt seem to really help me very well. I was already nervous due to my mother being deceased and not really having anyone to go with me. After yesterday, I was totally discouraged from going to any other shops
