Absolutely massive with so many levels and stock. One stop shop for literally everything. Can be rather overwhelming so dont come when you are tired. You will need to spend a while in here to look at everything. Its quite tight to get around as they put so much everywhere. We did majority of our shopping here. Make sure to bring your passport to get tax free. They have souvenirs, snacks, cosmetics, toys, homeware, suitcases, designer bags, and grocery store at the basement level. Very good prices too.

Great department store with cheap products in every category you can imagine for souvenirs, travel or fun, from packaged food to cosmetics, tools or a sex shop. If you’re going there prepare for an hour of wandering through loud and crazily cramped corridors. Probably not a good idea if one has a headache! But then again that’s a unique aspect of Japanese experience

Nice place to look for souvenirs. Troves of delightful and rarely seen items. With this, comes the tourists. Long lines at the tax free check out counters. Some alleys are really small. Love coming and shop at Donki Quijote. I could easily spend hours every time I came here, just like we did this time when we were in Tokyo so much memories here. Tons of selections can be found in this store, tons of snacks are sold here and the prices are sometimes cheaper than buying else where. Don Quijote is a popular discount chain store that sells just about anything. Items are stacked on top of each other and crammed onto shelves like some sort of modern day bazaar. It’s huuuuuge. They have a crazy amount of items, including lots and lots of snacks - perfect for souvenirs. However, they did have multiple stands throughout the floors for the same array of KitKats - not all of them had all of the flavors, so if you want them all you better search carefully. The registers on the upper floors are extremely crowded - there was a police officer directing the line away from the escalators. Go to the registers on the first floor for sure.

Horrible and rude service at 3F tax counter. Visited to buy in Japanese goods when I was temporarily visiting Japan (which is my home country). In 2019 they used to have a large tax free counter but not in 2021 when I visited (due to COVID I guess). Two men at the counter rudely taken our passports, and even other personal information we were never asked for in any other places with no explanation. Felt very disrespected and saddened as a Japanese to see how poor Japanese service has become. Will never use this donki ever again.
