Purchasing new mattresses for our beds at the Mattress Firm on 2011 Millerville Road in Baton Rouge, LA was a delightful experience. The store manager Derrick Williams is very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right type of mattress to try out for our taste and comfort. Then, we were able to exchange the mattresses for ones that exactly fit our needs. Mr Williams helped us greatly in completing this deal. Altogether a five star purchase experience.

I was surprised at the sales person’s knowledge. Would have bought a mattress online But went to the store to try the mattress we had in the past -found a better option and so happy we went. Added an adjustable frame too. Price was similar to online.

We wish they would have told us, when choosing a delivery date, that there was a possibility that the mattress that was promised, might not be in stock after telling us that it was. Our salesperson, D’essence, was great, even more so for only being there a month. Still waiting on the mattress that we need so bad !

I had been to 2 other stores and had no luck, but I’m glad I decided to come here! Jade was amazing! She was so nice and answered all of my questions. I got exactly what I was looking for and spent less than I had planned to.

Sales associate stated I could choose my delivery time. Warehouse assigned me a time stating I didnt have a choice and would have to reschedule for a different day. I kept the appointment, but only the mattress was delivered without the box spring. Was told they would return that afternoon, they did not. Then told it would be delivered the following morning, it was not. 3rd day Mattress Firm called and told I could reschedule delivery for another work day. I had to refuse box spring because I cannot take off more work and they were unwilling to work with my schedule. Gets two stars because the mattress arrived and the customer service reps were pleasant on the phone.

Justin is a great employee, he helped my wife and I pick the perfect mattress for me and her, he’s great at getting you exactly what you need and helping you not break the bank. Huge thank you for the above and beyond service!

We were repeating customers this time, but will NEVER buy from them again, nor will I recommend this store to anyone to purchase their mattresses! We were totally misled by the salesperson and a sales ad going on. When our mattress was delivered, we had NO ADJUSTABLE BASE!! The whole reason we went to Mattress Firm was to purchase a king size mattress & receive the adjustable base FREE!! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! Now, were here at home with a king size mattress on the floor and neither of us can even get down there to sleep on it!! Went in yesterday to check out their Labor Day sale. Gerard was extremely nice and very helpful. He asked me questions on what we like and what we needed out of our bed. He explained what the differences and pros and cons were in each mattress he showed me. He converted us into a believer of an adjustable base by showing us how much more comfortable they make you! I’m a repeat customer and will definitely be back in the future. Highly highly recommend!!

Nice mattress at a good price! My local store did not have the mattress I wanted but I was able to go to the local warehouse and pick it up.

We went into the store looking for a Tempurpedic because we’d heard great things about them. Unfortunately, we didn’t know where to begin because there’s so many options within that brand. Ray was working that day, and we’re sure glad he was! His knowledge was much needed. He was informative, and super friendly! We wound up spending almost 6 hours there trying to figure out what mattress we wanted. Ray made it fun and we ended up picking out the BEST hybrid mattress....we’ve never slept better!! Do yourself a favor and get to this location and ask for our boy Ray!!

My wife and I received our new mattress and adjustable base this morning. We are happy with the purchase. Went in for a box spring and frame and there was only only guy working and he was with other customers but he stopped with them for a moment to talk with me and was super courteous then went back to finish with them and helped me out with my issue . Great experience!!! Was greeted immediately when I walked in the door. Ray was awesome!! Looked up what kind of mattress I bought previously and listened to me ramble on about what I was looking for. He made a couple of suggestions and I found exactly what I wanted. In less than an hour I picked out a new mattress, set up a delivery time and paid. My husband and I have had an amazing experience with this Mattress Firm - especially our awesome sales lady, Ellie. She was very patient with us in choosing what we hoped would be our next bed. About a week later, delivery was made - another great experience. After a month or so, we decided to return the lift mechanism as we had not used it. Ellie was very gracious and accommodating in this process. Sadly for us, we are not able to keep the bed as my husband has serious back problems and cant sleep in it. So today I had to tell Ellie that we would have to return it. She offered to help us find something in the store that would work, but we had found the kind of bed we needed at another store. Again Ellie graciously prepared the paperwork for the return. I would, with no reservation, recommend to anyone to go to this Mattress Firm and ask for Ellie. She is a true gem for the firm.
